Location, Location, Location! We only had one full day in Pisa and wanted a hotel we could walk to the Leaning Tower and Museo from. We could see the Tower from our room, it was so lovely! They offered a shuttle from the airport, which was wonderful. The staff is fantastic, you're working with the owners themselves! The breakfast is wonderful and be sure to have dinner at the restaurant next door (La Lanterna)! There's complimentary drinks in the lobby, and the rooms are spacious. This is a great neighborhood to walk around. Oh, the gelato right next door is delicious and they have several delicious vegan options too. Thank you for your kindness, Indrit!

Small but clean room in a great location. Convenient location to the Tower, restaurants everywhere, shopping just a 10 minute walk. This hotel made Pisa my favorite city in our trip. Highly recommended.

The best experience in Pisa. You are so close to "Piazza dei Miracoli" and you can see the Pisa Tower from your hotel room. The staff is soo nice to you and I am sure you will have the best days here in Pisaaa!

Great hotel. Great location right. Right beside the leaning tower of Pisa. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had. The rooms were clean and simple. Had everything you may need. If your spending a couple of nights in Pisa look no further than hotel Francesco.

Hotel Francesco is an old hotel in the centre of Pisa. The location is perfect as it's just a couple of minutes away from the leaning tower. The quality of the room is not that hight. The beds were not that comfortable and the water pressure in the shower and the sink was far too low. The service was however very good and they helped us with quite a few things.

The place is extremely close to the tower. The room was clean and the staff super friendly

The location was superb. They had weird wifi rules. The toilet could only be flushed every 5 minutes. The shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The room was pretty small for the price.

Great location . Just 100 m from the Leaning Tower . Very friendly staff. Beautiful view in Santa Maria street.
