Free parking at the seaside of the hotel. Its public parking so you might have to wait a bit for others to move their car!

Booked a suite with sea view and superior package; great room with lots of space and Jacuzzi tub for two. The problems start when you leave the room and find out there are very few services available most of the time. Nice pool area, but limited service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all buffet style with food running out..? Don’t order a cocktail before dinner, it takes 20 minutes to arrive....

The place is great, beautiful and quiet. The food is very good, the staff is kind. I didn’t like the bed, the mattress has a poor quality considering a 5 star hotel Its a shame that the whole area’s project haven’t finished, it should have been a wonderful place

It is hard to decide how to rate Hotel Marinagri. We arrived at a very absent and lone area. It should be a great luxury resort with its own port for yachts in the past. Because of money problems the construction stopped suddenly and as a result the whole resort is in an unfinished condition. Fantastic place, loved it from the moment we walked in. We were late from Bari airport and the staff welcomed us, parked our car and took us straight up for dinner, despite the restraunt being closed. Brilliant service. Hotel is quiet and relaxing, perfect for couples looking for a relaxing break. There was some young families here too, the staff were great with the kids and accommodated foe everyone...

Good location, a couple of hundred metres from the beach. Rooms renewed but not thought through (sockets extremely hard to find, no toilet paper hanger, no water in the fridge etc). Expected a bit more for breakfast from a 4-star hotel. Too expensive for this quality

The hotel is located 1 km from the beach. Prices are average and the service( room cleaning, food etc) is good. It also has football and tennis courts and a private area on the beach dedicated to the hotel's guests. Hotel bus service is provided.

Davvero un posto incantevole e ben curato, a due passi dal mare di policoro. Personale altamente qualificato e cordiale, che ha reso la cena il top, naturalmente impossibile non parlare della qualità altissima dei piatti. Una cena di famiglia da rifare assolutamente.

Hotel con camere ampie e confortevoli, con un servizio di pulizia accurato.Personale cortese e sempre disponibile.Colazione con ampia scelta a buffet e con attenzione anche alle varie esigenze dei clienti.Maitre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta o addirittura a prevenirla.Menù vario e di grande qualità.

Personale gentile e buona scelta di dolci e salato per colazione. La stanza si è rivelata abbastanza grande e ben climatizzata (anche di inverno), purtroppo trattandosi di inverno non ho avuto la possibilità di provare gli altri servizi offerti dalla struttura, ci tornerò in estate.

We stayed here for seven nights which is a long time to stay in one place but we had a fabulous time and loved every minute of it. The hotel is spotless and the facilities are fabulous especially the pool. The food was beautiful and best of all the staff were all so friendly. What more could you ask for. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Thanks again.

Wonderful , hyper clean, Covid protection measures taken, amazing staff, incredibly helpful... when arrived late and all restaurants were closed, the sweet and thoughtful receptionist had a terrific pizza delivery menu awaiting, took the order and delivered it fresh in less than 1/2 hour! Incredible!!! Fresh and delicious to boot! Beautiful breakfast with a wide assortment of tasty delights was laid...

Hotel pulito e accogliente, staff gentile e disponibile. Bella la piscina. Andrebbe arricchita la colazione con prodotti freschi del territorio.

Mi sono fermata spesse volte in questo hotel , quando sono di passaggio x lavoro. Sono stata accolta benissimo, alla reception ho ricevuto una bellissima camera suite, comoda spaziosa e pulitissima, una ricca colazione, dolce e salata, personale gentile e disponibile. Una bella conferma!

L'hotel gode di un'ampia piscina con giardino,curato nei minimi particolari ,la colazione abbondante continentale dolce e salato.Personale molto gentile e affabile. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Ci ritornerei volentieri,ottimo il servizio.

Sono rimasto soddisfatto, bella scoperta. In moto, di lunedì, un po' difficile trovare un ristorante aperto, ma il bikers Emilio, grazie ai suoi amici sparsi x l' Italia ha avuto questo indirizzo. Ampi spazi di parcheggio, ambiente pulito, ci siamo accomodati in quattro. Ambiente con arredamento moderno, ampio spazi, persone già presenti che consumavano i pasti, ci siamo accomodati. Camera comoda e molto pulita. Biancheria e cuscini ottimi. Colazione sufficiente ma andrebbe un poco migliorata. Posizione comoda solo se si dispone di automobile, Comodo parcheggio custodito gratuito. Fare attenzione alla accessibilità, una uscita con pompa di benzina pochi metri prima dell'uscita Policoro. L'appartamento e' molto pulito e curato nei minimi particolari. Il villaggio è ordinato, silenzioso e il verde ben curato.

Crispy clean apartment. Very well furnished and equipped. 2 balconies! Excellent place to stay in policoro. Apartments are located in a holiday village where a lot of Italians have a (summer) home. There is a big pool as well with lifeguard. In June it opened at 4pm on a weekday, maybe in weekend and summer time it's open all day. There are a lot of kids around so don't expect the pool to be quiet...

Let's start with the cons: Relatively small rooms, the bare minimum. Small television. The numbers of the parking spaces are not visible. Distance from the sea not really 500 meters but 1 km, so not very comfortable, in the end you have to use the car to reach the sea anyway. Campo scuola 8-12 Aprile: bungalow e pertinenze curati, puliti, immersi nel verde. Cucina eccellente, cibo abbondante, attenzione per le intolleranze alimentari di tutti gli ospiti. Lo staff è speciale, preparato, super accogliente, si prende cura di tutte le studentesse e degli studenti e degli accompagnatori. Le attività all’aperto sono varie e ben organizzate. Un’esperienza da vivere!

Beautiful place, gorgeous sea, friendly and helpful staff, great food. We had a really good 2 weeks. We also enjoyed the pleasure of sailing with really competent and prepared instructors. Great.

A place where you leave your heart. The managers are two wonderful, passionate and attentive people. The collaborators are equally attentive and professional. My daughter was here on an organized trip, then she came back to visit, she had a great time. There is particular attention to the care of the structure and to the management of everything. Highly recommended ♥ ️
