Television positioned diagonally to the bed, therefore not very visible..
Some power sockets not working, I had to charge iPad and iPhone at the bathroom socket, bathroom mirror light not working..

Today Valentine's Day, my wife and I went to a spa, a beautiful, relaxing place, the lady was very welcoming, kind and very good at her job, she gave a sweet and relaxing massage. Then we had dinner in a nice, welcoming, warm restaurant with affordable prices. We had a great dinner.

We used the hotel's services between the end of December and the beginning of January. Holiday with friends. Large and welcoming structure, various spaces available to the customer: spacious hall, refreshment rooms, spa, outdoor spaces. Cleanliness and courtesy much appreciated. Simple but functional rooms. We were assigned a mini apartment with lounge, kitchen, equipped balcony, bedroom and bathroom. We also had the opportunity to taste the restaurant's cuisine during the New Year's Eve dinner, which was very good and refined. The breakfast was adequate but could be improved with a few more options for both sweet and savory options. The service of hot drinks at the vending machine is not particularly appreciated, as it creates annoying queues... Overall we had a good time: recommended!

We spent 15 fantastic days in complete relaxation. Excellent welcome from the front office. Thanks go to the entire structure, from the reception to the kind and always available restaurant staff, a particular thanks to Mr. Raffaele and Mr. Marco who have a real and his own passion that makes his work unique and unforgettable. The structure is convenient and comfortable. The room was spacious, comfortable, well furnished and clean. I thank the cleaners. The breakfast was very rich and assorted, with the possibility of sweet and savory options. Excellent catering as the chef has never repeated himself and has always proposed successful land/sea combinations with excellent products. Hotel equipped with a beautiful swimming pool, associated Lido, spa, padel courts, and bicycles. We were able to enjoy a truly sea spent in a beach 400 meters from the structure. The experience was positive and I recommend this hotel to those who want to spend a few days of relaxation. We just have to wait for the 2024 holidays to return. Thank you Hotel Eraclea!

Hotel Heraclea has all the potentials to be a great hotel and offering an memorable stay. But it was a rather disappointing stay. Management and staff should wake up an reflect on al lot of things. But it isn’t all bad. Rooms are large and kept very tidy, breakfast is more than satisfying and offering a nice mix of Italian and more Northern ingredients. Dinner is nice as well. But. Staff is friendly but lame. The bartender is not always on top of things but like the others, tries hard. This hotel is big. But I have been to hospitals with far more warmth an coziness than the entrance, hallways and rooms, which are rather cold and basic. Rooms are noisy as well. One can hear too much from the adjacent rooms, let alone the one above. Most shocking experience was the welcome drink. Sounds nice and sympathetic. But offering some tiny drops (2cm?) of Italy’s finest prosecco in an even tiny plastic cup was flat-out embarrassing. A refill was hard to get, staff ignored the guests. Management should be ashamed (foremost for the plastic cups)! This of course, is an occasion on the side, but it is quite representative for the whole stay. With summer season on its way, they really should get their act together.
