We stayed here as a couple for a 3 night stay . The hotel is absolutely spotless clean ! Rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels . Beds are quite hard though ! Pillows also. . Rooms and bathrooms are so spacious and so clean ! The drive up to the hotel is a little strange . It feels very abandoned but once at the hotel it’s beautiful surrounded by water and boats and nicely kept garden and walk...

Great luxurious hotel, lots of space inside an on the beach so it is not crowded at all even in July. Located inside a high end gated community with a private marina. Access to the beach is also limited and the beach is vast. The pool area is small and not recommended as it is no wind there so it gets very hot. Just take a free golf cart ride to the beach.

Resort is incredibly beautiful. Most if the staff were very friendly. However the keycard I had to purchase for 30e did not work at restaurant and bar. And the property is very large. I was directed back to the check in twice which was annoying the second time. And they don’t accept cash or visa. Just the key card. The grounds were gorgeous. Right on the beach. Quiet, clean and crisp. The facility is movie worthy. For the price paid I thought we were dreaming. It was the deal of the trip. Courteous staff, beach proximity

Relaxing hotel with great vibe I really enjoyed this hotel. Facilities were clean and modern, staff was friendly, has private parking, and the breakfast was delicious.

Nice resting place while travelling with a decent 3 courses menu at a very reasonable price.

Television positioned diagonally to the bed, therefore not very visible.. Some power sockets not working, I had to charge iPad and iPhone at the bathroom socket, bathroom mirror light not working..

Today Valentine's Day, my wife and I went to a spa, a beautiful, relaxing place, the lady was very welcoming, kind and very good at her job, she gave a sweet and relaxing massage. Then we had dinner in a nice, welcoming, warm restaurant with affordable prices. We had a great dinner.

Another privately owned hotel that is well managed. The staff was courteous, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Go here. You will be happy that you did. I am.

Close to beach but no restaurant close

We stayed here for seven nights which is a long time to stay in one place but we had a fabulous time and loved every minute of it. The hotel is spotless and the facilities are fabulous especially the pool. The food was beautiful and best of all the staff were all so friendly. What more could you ask for. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Thanks again.

Wonderful , hyper clean, Covid protection measures taken, amazing staff, incredibly helpful... when arrived late and all restaurants were closed, the sweet and thoughtful receptionist had a terrific pizza delivery menu awaiting, took the order and delivered it fresh in less than 1/2 hour! Incredible!!! Fresh and delicious to boot! Beautiful breakfast with a wide assortment of tasty delights was laid...

I am not exaggerating when I reiterate that it is a place of peace and serenity and inner well-being.

I am ultra happy to have slept in this beautiful hotel and I recommend it to everyone, wonderful people, friendly and helpful at any time of the day or night. Clean and ultra modern.

Nice restaurant. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. The waiters were a little confused and asked about each course at our table with 9 people and wrote something wrong. Sometimes drinks and food were simply forgotten. Otherwise okay. The big problem there are mosquitoes .... There are lemon candles everywhere, but they are just everywhere and bite everyone and everything ...

Very kind staff, attentive reception girls available for every request, spacious and clean room. One more reason to go back? A quiet and well maintained swimming pool.

I would have liked to give 4 stars but the breakfast was okay, ordinary. Beautiful structure, clean, tidy, with swimming pool and services, modern and easily accessible. Friendly staff. To be taken into consideration for other occasions.

Crispy clean apartment. Very well furnished and equipped. 2 balconies! Excellent place to stay in policoro. Apartments are located in a holiday village where a lot of Italians have a (summer) home. There is a big pool as well with lifeguard. In June it opened at 4pm on a weekday, maybe in weekend and summer time it's open all day. There are a lot of kids around so don't expect the pool to be quiet...

Let's start with the cons: Relatively small rooms, the bare minimum. Small television. The numbers of the parking spaces are not visible. Distance from the sea not really 500 meters but 1 km, so not very comfortable, in the end you have to use the car to reach the sea anyway. Wonderful resort in the middle of a quiet pine tree wood

Beautiful place, gorgeous sea, friendly and helpful staff, great food. We had a really good 2 weeks. We also enjoyed the pleasure of sailing with really competent and prepared instructors. Great.

A place where you leave your heart. The managers are two wonderful, passionate and attentive people. The collaborators are equally attentive and professional. My daughter was here on an organized trip, then she came back to visit, she had a great time. There is particular attention to the care of the structure and to the management of everything. Highly recommended ♥ ️
