We were looking for a cheap hotel by the sea and found GEA. Basic services, but we had a great time: parking, free beach (or with equipped beach) in front, simple but clean room, sea view, excellent restaurant and a lot of courtesy. In summary, for what we paid I wasn't expecting much. We will be back.

After 35 hours of travel all I needed was a hot shower and a comfortable bed in a quiet room. Saint Joseph provided both of these. The hotel is built in a "U" shape - balcony for the rooms are on the inside of the "U". Each room gets a view of the beach which is right at the edge of the property. When we first entered the hotel, they first asked for money saying that children are paid, then we opened trip.com and showed them and convinced them that we paid in full. It was hard to convince them. The pool was closed, I had chosen the hotel especially for this feature, but they did not allow it even though the pool was ready and said that we had to wait for the next day!!! The hotel has convenient parking, delicious breakfast, and quick response from the staff. There are many Asian guests staying in the hotel. As soon as you enter, you really feel like you are in a hotel in China, haha.

Polo Nautico is a very nice place to spend some good time. Placed on the sea it allows you to enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday immersed in a quiet atmosphere. Professional and friendly service.

We just returned from a lovely stay at the plaza hotel. Perfect location across from the station, handy for Salerno airport and ferries and boats for trips just a 5 min walk! The four of us found this hotel comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Good location for visiting with family in Battipaglia. Fee parking under the hotel. But, the room was small for the 4 of us, but we just had a 2-night stay. The staff are pleasant. There is a comfortable lounge off of the lobby.
