Wonderful staffs, clean, beach access and nice pool. Better to have a car.

Plus free shuttle bus to take you to Salerno Station or haven!

Great and pleasant staff however they do not take pride at making coffee at the morning or simply not trained, pitty as they got all the right gear, breakfast is ok and accommodate gluten free ( you'll need to ask for the bread ? ), we booked this hotel as it offered a balcony as we like to have our morning coffee that way but when we arrived we were informed that this is not the case so verify prior to arrival and get it in writing just in case, our mattress was broken and they ' fixed' it by turning it over which didn't help

Incredibly clean. Friendly staff. Amazing free shuttle. Only downside was that the restaurant was overcrowded which put a strain on the service, and they lock the air conditioning so you can't make your room comfortable

This is now my fourth time at this hotel. It's a very lovely looking four star hotel, with all mod cons. Lovely swimming pool. Breakfast included in the cost of your room with fantastic a la carte menu. Cost of the room is very reasonable and competitive considering it's four star. Highly recommended. All the staff are very friendly and hard working, always catering to your needs. They speak good English. Parking facility is off road which is located behind the hotel. Highly recommended.

Great food and wine, hotel ? rooms are clean and comfortable with access on to the beach, good sized swimming pool, staff are very helpful, friendly and polite, all in all had a fantastic week and rooms are fully air conditioned which was well needed being in 36°,will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family has they have family apartments

We had the most wonderful stay as a couple in a superior double room in July. We wanted a week of total relaxation by the sea and Olympico did not disappoint: immaculate pool area, outstanding breakfast, comfy room, huge bed, serene ambience, five star service. They've matched us with what probably is the best room in the hotel, number 206, sea view (and sunset over the Amalfi coast view!) on the top floor with balcony hidden by the palm from direct view from the pool. Room service was very discreet and quick - no knocking on the door, they know when you're in if the room is locked from inside.

A few things to note:
- They offer a 10% discount if you pay by cash for the room and book on their website.
- Beach towels were not provided so pack yours.
- Private beach is a rarity in Italy and we really enjoyed hassle-free and very clean beach. Sea was a bit of a let down when we couldn't swim for a couple of days because the waves were too high, but then we hanged out at the pool.
- You can use laundry room including washing and drying machine and detergent for 10 euro x3 hours
- Parking is free, part of it is under cover, part of it is out in the sun
- There is no supermarket within walking distance, just a couple of restaurants where we found food didn't taste that nice but prices were comparable with Olimpico.
- As you can see on the map the hotel is in the middle of nowhere so there's no promenade or a place to walk.
- We hired a car and drove around Amalfi coast and to Vesuvius, that was spectacular but don't attempt to visit all of the coast in one day - the roads are winding and busy so spread the joy. Positano alone deserves a day trip.
- Restaurant in the hotel was spectacular, we never booked in advance and they always had the best table for us. Food was delicious, prices as you would pay in town. During the day they serve gelato, snacks, pizza, drinks in the pool and beach bar.

We enjoyed a taxi ride from the Naples airport that you can book for 130 euro.

Definitely a place you'd like to come back - and we will, not least for the freshly cooked Nutella pancakes and tasty cappuccino. The team are wonderful, ciao Antonio!

We stayed in Hotel Olimpico during the summer in June. We are a family of 6 from Ireland. The hotel is outstanding in terms of it's service and food. There was a large pool and a mini playground with a private beach reserved for the guests opposite the hotel. The seating at the beach was very comfortable and free of charge. There was a bar there also for our use. The meals were large and very delicious. The waiters made the meals even better! They were always polite and happy. The rooms were in good condition too. We had lovely sea views which were fantastic when the sun was setting. We could hear the sea from our rooms. Overall our experience with Hotel Omlipico was amazing! Thank you to our waiters Loris, Antonio and Christine who made it even better! A car is useful for sightseeing. But there is a shuttle bus outside the hotel.
