Hotel Falli in Porto Cesareo

The hotel is very beautiful especially on the outside and especially in the evening because it is very scenic. there are many positive sides: in particular the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, there are some flaws that I point out in order to improve them, therefore they are to be understood as constructive criticism which I hope will be read by the owners. First of all, being a 4 star hotel, I would like to point out the lack of a kettle with tea and herbal teas in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was good, but not at the level of a 4 star in terms of quantity and differentiation of products. The breakfast waiter staff was very kind, but a tall guy with glasses was always sulking and never said hello and another, smaller guy always with glasses was very kind but it is unacceptable to hear "hello" when you leave seen that you are a guest and you are an adult. The bicycle rental service in a 4-star hotel should be complete and available to guests. The soundproofing of the rooms in the annex at the back of the hotel is completely absent!!!! I heard my neighbor go to the bathroom, carry out his needs and I even heard when he flushed the toilet...not to mention his morning alarm at 6.30 which I could hear perfectly from my bed in the next room... I could hear even the door opening and closing and all the talk about the stairs...this is truly unacceptable. All these shortcomings mean that a 4-star hotel must deserve 4 stars. However the stay was very pleasant overall.
