Very clean and quiet family hotel, extreme kind and available staff, generous breakfast. Logistics to beaches, shops in the village and restaurants facilitated by central location. Good value for money.

I really loved the vibe of this place. Staff were very friendly, the outdoor restaurant was prettily decorated with canopies and lights and the pool and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean. There was a huge choice both on the evening menu and the self serve breakfast, and all of what we tried was excellent.

So the breakfast is v good - a lot of varied items, all fresh and abundant. Also staff are friendly and helpful in all that you need.

Great staff, good location and a lovely pool area make up for slightly unexciting rooms, which are perfectly comfortable and acceptable, but a little darker and less high spec than they appear in the official photos. The dogs and peacock are great no complaints there.

The host Ivan is fantastic and does everything to ensure you have the best time possible. He took the time to send us links to hotels, shops etc. Residence La Rosa is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are spacious and set in beautiful grounds. I would recommend Residence La Rosa to anyone staying in the Porto San Paolo area.

The host and his family were very friendly and open and gave us some tipps what to do. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. There are parking spaces and a beautiful garden available. We will definetly come back!

Absolutely stunning, I had an amazing trip and Ivan was so helpful! I would absolutely recommend a stay here. It is easy to get to even if you don't hire a car on the local bus which drops you almost at the end of the road. Great location for going out and exploring the local and further afield sights. The residence is strategically located, one step away from all services (supermarket, greengrocer, fishmonger) without where to take the car. Our three-room apartment was spotless, beautiful, bright and above all equipped with every possible comfort and this is not something that happens frequently in residences! They also provide a small entry kit with dishwasher tablets, washing machine, waste bags...

Amazing service. A little out of the city so you have to take the bus bus this hotel compensates everything with their service, rooms and staff. One of the best and complete breakfasts ever had. These apartments are spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. They are managed by the opposite hotel La Locanda del conte Mameli, so you have the reception staff at your disposal. The location is perfect.

Loved our 3 night city break in Hotel for You Olbia. The most friendly check in we have ever experienced. Good value compared to price We stayed in a room about 20m2 with 5m2 bathroom and 5m2 balcony. Also room had high ceiling about 3 and half meters maybe. Really nice hotel. I loved the decoration. Rooms big and comfortable. Note they only provide shampoos in the toiletries' set and shower caps. Extra toiletries on demand at the reception and at a cost. Breakfast included but average quality. Running only until 10 am, including on weekends. Unless you are put off by the location, which is quite far from the sea or, properly speaking, from everything else, it is a nice place, quite a good bargain to stay at.

Had two 2 night stays here a few days apart. Rooms are clean and comfottable with excellent sound proofing. Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was (if I am honest) was a slight let down with a focus on sweet items. However, as a regular traveller in Italy this is not uncommom. Would I stay again? Yes!

The hotel is old style, located in front of a gas station, at 15min walking to Olbia center. The rooms are also old style, but clean, with smart TV, free bottle of water, the staff is friendly. The breakfast should be improved, they have to think also at the foreigners, as they offer only sweets like Italian breakfast style....but this is on the whole island like foreigners don't matter...Anyway overall...

We spent a wonderful week at Hotel CalaCuncheddi. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable and quiet rooms, superb food and very friendly staff. The hotel is directly located at the seaside with a private beach (very clean!). If you prefer, they have a beautiful pool with an awesome sea view too. It's not your typical family hotel but our toddler thoroughly enjoyed her first beach holidays here...

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the pool restaurant at Hotel Cala Cuncheddi on Sardinia island, Italy. We had a very good lunch there with superb views and great service.
