we had our flights cancelled and we booked this hotel as had passed it earlier in the stay, the staff where beyond helpful our room incredible and the views wonderful

Very clean and quiet family hotel, extreme kind and available staff, generous breakfast. Logistics to beaches, shops in the village and restaurants facilitated by central location. Good value for money.

I really loved the vibe of this place. Staff were very friendly, the outdoor restaurant was prettily decorated with canopies and lights and the pool and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean. There was a huge choice both on the evening menu and the self serve breakfast, and all of what we tried was excellent.

So the breakfast is v good - a lot of varied items, all fresh and abundant. Also staff are friendly and helpful in all that you need.

Not a 3 star hotel. Let's just say that the place photographs really well but it's not exactly like the pictures. I was expecting more for the price we paid. It is unfortunately very rough around the edges. Bathroom: Shower is uncomfortable, tiny and dirty looking (there are even broken tiles). Great staff, good location and a lovely pool area make up for slightly unexciting rooms, which are perfectly comfortable and acceptable, but a little darker and less high spec than they appear in the official photos. The dogs and peacock are great no complaints there.

The loveliest stay in a welcoming and idyllic countryside location with beautiful surroundings. The staff are so friendly, the food is fantastic. If you want to get away from the ‘busy’ and ‘touristy’ places, this is the hotel to book. 10/10.

The staff went the extra mile with all the small details. This really impressed us and elevated our experience whilst staying there. The tennis court overlooking the private beach was a real highlight.

Very nice and courteous staff. The restaurant is high standard. The breakfast buffet is great. They help you with every little problem. There is a shuttle service by the hotel or they organize you a car-rental-service in the hotel. The hotel-beach is beautiful. You.can use a.lot of things for free. Like kayaks, paddling-boards, the pool, fitness-center and more.

Beautiful views, nice (salt water) pool and beach and friendly, professional service. Decor is quite dated, but room facilities are good and AC works well.. Smaller standard rooms are a bit cavern-like so recommend upgrading if you can afford it

Relaxing secluded place ..... clean with top swimming pool 5 minutes from Olbia airport ..... from Tavolara and from wonderful beaches you want more ........ if you like confusion chaos and stress ....... it changes track and path more than coral I would say a real gem 🤪

Fantastic view, and very friendly / helpful hosts. We had a couple of extra requests that were graciously reponded to. The beach access is a bit hard to find from behind the property, but worth it to see the Flamingos and Herons across a long wooden bridge - perseverance paid off ! The beach with view of Tavolara is unbelievable - shallow soft sand that you can wade out a long way. Good breakfast...

I stayed two nights in this b & b, you immediately breathe the air of home, the owners are very kind and helpful, the place is very quiet away from the noise of civilization, a stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches, you are immersed in the countryside, and then the view … Having breakfast on the terrace and enjoying that view really makes the difference. I highly recommend it.

The host Ivan is fantastic and does everything to ensure you have the best time possible. He took the time to send us links to hotels, shops etc. Residence La Rosa is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are spacious and set in beautiful grounds. I would recommend Residence La Rosa to anyone staying in the Porto San Paolo area.

The host and his family were very friendly and open and gave us some tipps what to do. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. There are parking spaces and a beautiful garden available. We will definetly come back!

Absolutely stunning, I had an amazing trip and Ivan was so helpful! I would absolutely recommend a stay here. It is easy to get to even if you don't hire a car on the local bus which drops you almost at the end of the road. Great location for going out and exploring the local and further afield sights. I was on my own safe and easy! Loved it!

Beautifully located, very quiet and yet well connected. The landlords are unbeatable - no matter what it is about, they always take the time and time for the wishes of the guests. The apartments are nicely furnished. Cleanliness on arrival good.

Great Apartment !!! However, note: no Wi-Fi, only winter blankets. Great kitchen! But equipment for cooking was not enough (small pot, large pan was missing). No dishwasher, but great washing machine. Overall, except for the lack of internet, great apartment.

Beautiful in the center of the village and 800 meters from the beach

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here , it's absolutely amazing. Such friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to help. The apartment was fantastic as it was last time I stayed. Car and cycle hire available at reasonable rates/prices . Everything located on the doorstep shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. And only 10 minute walk to the beach, very nice restaurant located on beach overlooking...

The residence is strategically located, one step away from all services (supermarket, greengrocer, fishmonger) without where to take the car. Our three-room apartment was spotless, beautiful, bright and above all equipped with every possible comfort and this is not something that happens frequently in residences! They also provide a small entry kit with dishwasher tablets, washing machine, waste bags...

The staff was very kind, they allowed an early check-in and helpful in giving advice as they are from the area

the property was a short bus ride from the airport and close to the bus stop. also just a 10-15 minute walk away from the seafront, bars, restaurants and the weekly market. the two ladies who owned the place were super accommodating and despite the language barrier, they were helpful and friendly. I liked the option of sitting outside in the private area and that we were provided with a mini fridge...

We stayed in the apartment “La Mimosa”with our 2 young kids (9 and 6) for a week - kids shared a pull out sofa which was large and comfortable. Such a beautiful place surrounded by such beautiful nature and mountains. A nice quiet location with only other B&B guests nearby...the only other noise was the cicadas! Just a 15 min drive from some lovely beaches and restaurants so didn’t feel remote....

A very beautiful place in the middle of the hills. A very pleasant garden is surrounding the rooms which have each its separate entrance. The host is so nice it can't be imagined and the breakfast plenty and for everyone. The roos are spacious and very quite decorated. We had an excellent stay at l’aglientu. Breakfast was good and they have a nice little pool where you can relax. Rooms were big with a small kitchen which we didn’t expect but was very useful. Also the hostess is very kind and helpful!

This is a little special place to stay wonderful sardinian countryside close to the beaches (you can reach Istana's Beach in 10 minutes). Very good breakfast, large and tidy rooms, beautiful garden.
