Great location and great service. Cozy and comfortable rooms. Stay to repeat.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast is wonderful, but it hasn't changed for a week. Having the same breakfast every day gets a bit boring.

Also, having to get out of the car to press the buzzer to open the parking gate is very annoying. A solution for this would be appreciated.

And also there is a problem with the elevator. If you are going to two different floors, it only recognizes the last floor selected and automatically ignores the previously selected one.

The hotel has a wonderful terrace, but it is not being utilized. Setting up a cafe bar there would do very well.

Hotel was spotless, well located and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend the Grand President and would like to thank all the staff who made our trip so enjoyable. The cleaning staff were very efficient, the restaurant staff were helpful and attentive, the reception staff were superb. Thank you Gessica, Elisabetta, Elena, Margetta, Daniele, Eleanora and Stefano. The hotel manager very quickly resolved a problem our son was having with the phone in his room for which we are very appreciative.
The location was central, the air conditioning was excellent, the rooms were well equipped and well sized and the bed was comfortable. I would be happy to use this hotel again.

Excellent hotel on all sides. The receptionist allowed me to check in early. She indicated for me very good adresses to eat Italian food in olbia. The room was excellent and well maintained. Very spacious, with beautiful paintings and a big balcony. the breakfast was exceptional with a large variety of fresh products. On another day, although I have left the hotel several days before, I was in urgent need of a taxi so I asked it from the receptionist and she was very nice and she provided it to me. Very close to the airport (10 minutes by cab and costs 30 euros - standard price in olbia, or 20 minutes by bus which costs only 1 euro). This is your place to go if you want a stay in Olbia.

Breakfast was great, rooms nice and clean. One room had a weird smell, but everything seemed in good order. Check in and check out was easy, and all smiles. Location good for visiting Olbia for a day in our case.

Very nice hotel in great location - few minutes from the port, sea, old town, many restaurants. Room was clean and big, with nice balcony which gave great view. Breakfast was fine, a lot of sweet options but also some other things available. We are very satisfied with our staying there.

Classic style and very well maintained hotel, perfectly located in front of the sea, the Ferris wheel and the fantastic and free Archaeological Museum of Olbia. The breakfast is abundant and varied, and the staff is a gem. Exceptional views from its terrace on the 6th floor, accessible with the elevator.

Magnificent hotel with everything nearby. Too bad the parking lot fills up quickly, other free parking lots nearby. Pleasant stay, I recommend.
