Had two 2 night stays here a few days apart. Rooms are clean and comfottable with excellent sound proofing.
Staff were extremely nice.
Breakfast was (if I am honest) was a slight let down with a focus on sweet items. However, as a regular traveller in Italy this is not uncommom. Would I stay again? Yes!

I spent tree nights there and I was satisfied, quiet, clean and a tipical italian breakfast

The hotel is old style, located in front of a gas station, at 15min walking to Olbia center. The rooms are also old style, but clean, with smart TV, free bottle of water, the staff is friendly. The breakfast should be improved, they have to think also at the foreigners, as they offer only sweets like Italian breakfast style....but this is on the whole island like foreigners don't matter...Anyway overall hotel is ok, maybe a little bit expensive, but everything is overrated in Sardinia and after 8 days of travelling around, I don't understand why?!

It’s quite a decent place for a family stay. Breakfast was good. Rooms, hot shower, air conditioner etc. pretty good. Location is good in a way that bus stop is near by, pool of eating and drinking option at the door step. Petrol station right outside. Airport is 15 mins bus ride. Staff were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend. Room service can’t comment as we started overnight as a family of 3.

Ok ok yes, it is in front of a petrol station. But, unless maybe you are a sensitive villager from some forgotten mountainside hamlet it isnt that loud. The rooms are very decent for the price and the employees are kind and helpful

Small family and frendly hotel. Recepcionists speak English.
Room was clean and has balconu.
Every second day room is cleand.
If you want you can have breakfast in hotel.
Location isn't so nice. It is noisy because it is on main street and in front of the entrace of hotel is gas station, so many people and cars passing whole day.
Has parking lot.
Price is ok.
Reccomend.

Very warm and familiar welcome.
Feeling safe and home instantly.
Free and safe parking available on site !
Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable definitely worth the price.
They also have a restaurant and a bar on site.
