Good service, very nice staff and good food. Hotel rooms are dated and quite basic more of a 4 star from the 1980s (even basics like coffee machine are missing).

As usual, we have already enjoyed the welcome and the catering service, always attentive to make us happy. Although the comfort of the room seems a bit rough considering the quality that can represent a 5 star, the view of the room compensates for a large part. Our stay unfortunately was shortened not by the weather unpleasant but by our professional load too intense and we are the first sorry ... and affected.

Wifi: Worst wifi I have ever seen in my life, even a 56K modem would be better. The hotel staff is very nice but incompetent regarding this issue. Don't go there if you ever need to do even a WhatsApp phone call. The 4G and even 2G coverage is random which leaves you with limited connectivity. However they have a meeting room with a better wifi and I could use it for my important calls. Wifi is the biggest problem there.

Food: Food is good in general but not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. There is a lot of choice despite COVID-19, which is commendable. I stayed two weeks and there is a huge variance of quality, most evenings it was really good but a few times it was truly not possible to eat (just to give an example, uncooked potatoes).

Rooms: Rooms are spacious but quite simple and some are ill-located, requiring you to walk a lot in paths that are not well lit up at night. The bedding is bad with an uncomfortable mattress and no double bed (they just put together two simple beds and you can really feel the gap). The air conditioning had an issue that made our room smell like toilets.

Others: The swimming pool is really nice and the beach is clean. I recommend the swimming teacher, whatever your level is, he is awesome.

Excellent in all manners! Food is super delicious. Staffs are so well mannered and kind. The pools are awesome, specially the one with warm water and bubbles. There are two tennis courts. One does not need to go out of the hotel in order to reach the beach. Very organized!
