Centrally located hotel about 2 minutes drive from QC Terme. Professional and friendly staff, excellent food. We were lucky enough to sleep in one of the renovated rooms and it was very nice with a breathtaking view.

Our Room Cima12 was spectacular! The view from the bed seems to see a Van Gogh! We enjoyed it and will remember it for quite a while. Great food and perfect location for hikes and walks in the village. I recommend it to everybody.

We stayed a few days ago and we were fine, the hotel is just outside the center but still convenient also because we mainly travel by car. Seventies hotel in classic Ladin style, courteous lady a room for 2 adults plus a 5-year-old child 75 euros per night with breakfast so I would say excellent. Too bad for the finishes of the bathrooms that are those of the 70s era ... but all clean ... the towels...

We had a great time. Excellent location, close to the ski lifts and the characteristic towns of Canazei and Moena. Gorgeous view from the balcony! The location is excellent for walking towards Pozza. Dated but clean facility and very friendly staff! Breakfast not very abundant but included in the price... For what we paid (€34 per person) I'd say it's fine for a long weekend!

An old hotel, nearly a century old, but renovated. The heating was sufficient, so powerful that I woke up several times in the middle of the night. The front desk service was very good, as there was a problem with the curtains and the windows were not blocked, a temporary solution was arranged. There is a parking space downstairs, free of charge. 10 minutes walk to the hot springs.

The location of the hotel is quite central, close to ski slopes, shops and more. The staff is very friendly and good with kids. Views are excellent. There is a pool and a ski room, as well as a restaurant, bar and kids room. Modt of the staff is bilingual, speaking both English and Italian.

Modern, clean and well situated among the main sights. The staff was very friendly. The spa was wonderful to relax and from the jacuzzi there is a wonderful view of the mountains.

Panoramic view from all spots. Great pool and play area in particular for younger children. Our children (11 and 14) were too old for most of the play areas and too tall for the bunk sofa bed in the trilo apartment, but they still enjoyed the pool, the chess game and the table tennis.

This resort is surrounded by beautiful mountain and you can enjoy outdoor spa looking at those beautiful mountain. Only with the view, this resort is worth to visit. Location was great and the facilities were nice (e.g., a pond running around the building with trout). Unfortunately, the place was crowded and there was no enforcement of social distancing whatsoever in the pool.

Bellissimo! We were guests for a week in September and felt very comfortable. The whole staff is very nice and courteous. The rooms are very well kept and comfortable and the breakfast and dinner were delicious and very varied. As a starting point for hiking tours the hotel is ideally situated. We will come back.

I stayed at Valacia 7 nights. I liked the location of the hotel because it allows access on the slope a few meters from the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and with good sonic insulation and the hotel staff is friendly. I didn't like the food. In the morning I had only ham, cheese, boiled eggs and some cereals. For travelers who plans to stay 1 or 2 nights is OK but not for 7 days. No tomatoes or cucumber...

It's my seventh visit here and every time my stay is wonderful. The staff is always helpful and smiled. The rooms are comfortable and modern furnished. The ski track is just 20 meters away from the hotel. Hotel Valacia is the perfect place for an amazing winter holiday.
