A hotel where you can recuperate. Excellent food, well equipped wellness center, beauty salon/massage. I wish it was downstairs, not to mention the kindness of the waiters and above all the "hosts" who know exactly how to put you at ease. I highly recommend this. Our Room Cima12 was spectacular! The view from the bed seems to see a Van Gogh! We enjoyed it and will remember it for quite a while. Great food and perfect location for hikes and walks in the village. I recommend it to everybody.

Very good spa hotel in Pozza di Fassa. Very, very kind staff, excellent meals and good wines. Indor and outdoor pool with hot thermal Water. We had thermal water bathtub in our room. Definitely recommend for all ski,mountain and spa relax lovers.

Excellent hotel with all necessary facilities for skiers. The room we stayed was very spacious and trendy furnished with private hydro massage bath. Spa center is very good, with small outdoor pool with hot water. Staff is great, helpful and friendly! The food is excellent. Highly recommended!

Beautifull camping, alway crowded, but nice atmosfhere. Pet and kids friendly place, with all the facilities that you need. Nice view of the mountines. Panoramic view from all spots. Great pool and play area in particular for younger children. Our children (11 and 14) were too old for most of the play areas and too tall for the bunk sofa bed in the trilo apartment, but they still enjoyed the pool, the chess game and the table tennis.

Location was great and the facilities were nice (e.g., a pond running around the building with trout). Unfortunately, the place was crowded and there was no enforcement of social distancing whatsoever in the pool.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the skiing slopes (we went there by foot)! The included breakfast and dinner are very very generous. The staff are helpful and kind! Overall, a great stay!

Hotel owned by a local family, well maintained and well managed. The cuisine is decent and generally good value for money. The only flaw is that the hotel has no relevance with green spaces outside, except for a nice terrace that overlooks the busy road.

The ladies managing this property truly provide a 5 star service to guests. We stayed there for 1 week and enjoyed our time greatly. The bus stops right in front of the hotel and it has great access to all skiing areas. Their cleanliness is impeccable, cannot recommend them enough!

We spent here 1 week in March 2019 and everything was perfect. clean room - everyday cleaning, nice view, great location, friendly owners and amazing kitchen - sometimes too big portions :). we really recommend to everyone.

Bellissimo! We were guests for a week in September and felt very comfortable. The whole staff is very nice and courteous. The rooms are very well kept and comfortable and the breakfast and dinner were delicious and very varied. As a starting point for hiking tours the hotel is ideally situated. We will come back.

I stayed at Valacia 7 nights. I liked the location of the hotel because it allows access on the slope a few meters from the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and with good sonic insulation and the hotel staff is friendly. I didn't like the food. In the morning I had only ham, cheese, boiled eggs and some cereals. For travelers who plans to stay 1 or 2 nights is OK but not for 7 days. No tomatoes or cucumber...

It's my seventh visit here and every time my stay is wonderful. The staff is always helpful and smiled. The rooms are comfortable and modern furnished. The ski track is just 20 meters away from the hotel. Hotel Valacia is the perfect place for an amazing winter holiday.

Breakfast was made of very good quality products. Good variety and super gentile personal. Room is in typical alpine style. Big and cosy. The family is super kind and gentile. Wonderful hotel right next to the ski lift. Location couldn't be better, with local shops and bus stops just a minute from the door. Also includes a great breakfast, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. It's also a great place to try some of the local food, which is cooked to perfection.

Family run hotel. Staff very attentive, kind and helpful. Dream room for 5 people, very comfortable and comfortable, with a large terrace overlooking the mountains. I'll be back.

Everything was just perfect! The entire hotel was recently renovated, everything is new and very well decorated and perfectly clean. Secured parking lot, close to all skis resorts. i wish i could stay more ❤️

We stayed a few days ago and we were fine, the hotel is just outside the center but still convenient also because we mainly travel by car. Seventies hotel in classic Ladin style, courteous lady a room for 2 adults plus a 5-year-old child 75 euros per night with breakfast so I would say excellent. Too bad for the finishes of the bathrooms that are those of the 70s era ... but all clean ... the towels...

We stayed one night to go and do the sellaronda by bike on Sunday morning .. Excellent structure, a bit spartan as room decor but we were fine, excellent and plentiful breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff .. He left us the room at no additional cost until Sunday afternoon at 17.00 .. We will definitely be back ..

We had a great time. Excellent location, close to the ski lifts and the characteristic towns of Canazei and Moena. Gorgeous view from the balcony! The owner was always available and kind, even allowing us to leave the room in the late afternoon so that we could settle down after the last ski. good and plentiful breakfast. The location is excellent for walking towards Pozza. Dated but clean facility and very friendly staff! Breakfast not very abundant but included in the price... For what we paid (€34 per person) I'd say it's fine for a long weekend!

We had a nice view from our room. Hotel is in good location surrounded by mountains. They gave us reservation and discount for QC Therme. My wife liked temperature in the room. For me it was too hot.

The strengths of this family-run structure are two: the impeccable cleanliness and the great availability of the owners, who not only came to pick us up by car, upon our arrival, from the bus stop located a few hundred meters from the hotel, but they also did their utmost, at our departure, to remedy the failure of the bus to Bolzano, from where we had, in a very short time, the train to Verona airport...
