Spent a week at this wonderful hotel. The staff was beyond friendly, courtesty, and efficent. They were superior in service. The food was very varied and delicious. Not only was it presented well but plentiful yet fabulous in flavor. It was one of the best vacations I have ever had in Europe or the USA. Highly recomend it and hope one day to return.

Family room was a bit small for us (family with 3 kids), so we moved to the apartment where we had enough space plus a walk before and after the dinner, which was really charming with great views of X-mas town and snowy mountains. We spent a week in this structure, a little dated, but certainly clean. Spacious rooms, even for a family of 4. The cuisine is excellent, varied, abundant and very attentive to the needs of my son who is celiac! Definitely recommend it to those who need a gluten free diet!

Because you eat well and it's not too formal. The elevator is missing (or you can't use it) they don't give tap water to the table and force you to take the mineral one (which is worse). It was a really big room and a lot of space on the balcony as well. The man who runs the place was super kind and even brought the coffee to me personally at breakfast. I had a very pleasant stay.

We have stayed 4 nights each at at 5 different resorts at Dolomites late July and August and Olympic is the best. The room was spacious and we had a view. The people are warm, service was great.
