Pet friendly. Breakfast was good. You must clean and throw your trash - very disappointing for 4* hotel, more like airbnb. Very poor internet - about 5-6mbps per room, not good for business video calls.

Hotel located in an excellent position you can reach the center in a few minutes ... run by a very friendly staff makes you feel immediately at ease, the rooms are spotless and the cuisine is of excellent quality ... if we return to Moena it will be back again our choice

Great facility with swimming pool, Spa and plenty of common spaces. Its a shame that the WiFi is not working in the hotel. Also the food is sub par for 4 start hotel, it should be improved.

The food is delicious and with a lot of options for vegetariens. The hotel is dog friendly and really tolerant to dogs! We’ll be back.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms were great, just a bit chilly sometimes. The breakfasts are good as well. Staff is very nice and helpful. For ski rentals they cooperate with some stores that offer a discount. The place is very easy to find and it has very nice view.

Small room. Old furniture, but clean. Bathroom is also not very roomy. It took some time for hot water to start flowing. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very hospitable and nice. In short, you get what you pay for.

Nice quiet place. 10 minutes walk from Moena town center (quite steep though). Skibus stop right in front of the hotel. 5 min by skibus till Alpe Lusia ski area, about 20 min till San Pellegrino, 36 min till Pozza di Fassa, 75-80 min till Canazei (with 1 bus change in Pozza). If you have a car it will be much faster. And don't forget: this is 3-star hotel. Fair 3-star. Fair price. Good cuisine, absolutely...

The decoration hasn't changed since 1975, not my vibe but why not. But the floor need to be changed, it really looks old, and even though they clean it every day, that floor doesn't look clean. Horrible sound isolation, I can hear what's being said in the bar in front of the hotel while being on the last floor. The owners are nice though.

The hotel has a great central location, unfortunately it does not have much private parking, but there is free public parking nearby. The rooms are very "vintage", but the hospitality and kindness of the owners is infinite. Excellent and abundant buffet breakfast.

Definitely stay here if you can! Great deal for the price and along the Alta via dos! The dinner is incredible and included in the hotel price. Starts with a buffet for the “appetizer” and followed by a 3 course meal! Breakfast also included. Loved the design of the hotel. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Visited here while hiking the AV2. Had to book a week in advance. Very good value. Enjoyed the food a lot, especially after working up an appetite! Service was good. Room was a little small but, very comfortable bed made up for that. Would definitely recommend.

Prós - great location between 2 ski lifts. Warm. Food is not bad. Evening entertainment for kids. Play room for kids. Cons- the breakfast is mostly cake. No toaster - oddly use George foreman grill instead. Don't exit garage via squash court. I ended up in corridor I could not exit due to doors locking behind me. Hotel staff seems uninterested in helping rescue me.
