A friend and I spent one week at Conte di Cabrera. It was my first time in a big size resort. I was very positively surprised. The room ( a superior) was very spacious and clean, catered to the needs of a beach life (a big balcony with view on the garden and sea with drying rack, and a big bathroom with separated toilet; in addition, close to the pool and the beach are water and soft drinks station...

Overall we had a good holiday. Rooms spacious, comfortable, air conditioning great and cleaning generally good. Food served exclusively by buffet but a wide choice is available and was for the most part good, waiters very efficient and instantly clean away used plates. Animation team very friendly and plenty of activities to participate in IF you want to but they’re not insistent (Asia is fantastic...

We had an excellent stay all the staff were fabulous.Christina reservation manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The food was great quality and there were many choices,the desserts in particular were outstanding and delicious.We would definitely visit again

Just a Nice place for relaxing. Helpfull staff A bit diffucult with information if you du not manage Italian / French. But every staff did outmost to fix the lingual barrier Some drinks were not included, but these were at reasinable pricing. Great Beach/ area for relaxing, swimming or being active. The Italien buffet was good & showed us a lot of the Sicilian food qualities. We Would Go again,.

5 adults and 1 child had a great experience at the hotel, friendly staff, good service, fabulous beach and swimming pool and great food. For us it was a great family resort. With easy access to Virty Ferries and trip to Malta plus easy hire car service qnd trips to Syracuse etc. we managed to combine relaxed summer days with nice excursions. This is a nice hotel, quite comfortable but noise carries through the rooms. In fairness the room was quiet during the night. A mighty big plus is the wonderful staff who greeted us on arrival and assisted us in booking a Taxi the following day to get to the Ferry for Malta. In this regard it is very close to the port. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. The shower in the morning took a long time...

Room is simple but clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice too as you get choice of different pastry and drinks. The building is located in a very good area as everything is close to it. I can only recommend this hotel, it is perfect for a short stay.

Great and very affordable hotel with a super location in a seaside gem of town. Very very clean and super friendly staff. We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were taking the ferry to Malta the next day and it met all of our needs. The hotel was very clean with nice rooms and bathrooms. This hotel is very accurately represented in the pictures. It is a clean modern hotel centrally located and easy transfer for the trip to Malta. Wow, this place exceeded our expectations! The staff were amazing, the hotel spotless and the breakfast excellent. We would definitely stay here again!! The front desk people were very accommodating. They arranged for a driver to take us to the ferry, opened the bar at our request and provided sightseeing recommendations.

Great stay if you are catching the ferry to Sicily.. The hotel was modern, clean and well run. Room was clean and fully equipped. Breakfast was equally good and perfect for a traveller. Parking outside was easy. Restaurant close to hotel also very convienient.

Nice place, very close to the beach, with dedicated parking right in front the apartment. The apartment was clean and with all the services and furniture needed for a long stay (washing machine, etc.) The residebce has a pool, however they have access hours and the use of swimming cap is required. Overall a good stay.

Unrivaled location one step away from the sea. Private swimming pool and large and comfortable apartments with adjoining kitchen.

Was a wonderful experience and just a crossed the street from the beach. Also great for biking. The owner was very accommodating and even allowed to check out late in the evening instead of the standard 11am check out time.

Nice location near the sea, the house is very clean and owner of Residence was very kind and always availble. There was private parking of apartment and private access for each house. Accomodation was clean and I enjoyed my vacation. I highly recommend :)

Gentlemen, if I tell you that this is the best residence in Marina di Modica, I'm not kidding. the owner is as good as bread, the village is quiet, without mosquitoes and there is fresh air every night, plus you eat like hell ..... I don't know what else to say. !!!

Thanks to the Modica Beach resort and all it's staff for their support in organising our beach wedding. It was a fabulous day and we loved every moment. We especially want to thank the directors, the chefs, the maître d', the bartender and everyone else involved behind the scenes. Large and modern designed room, the rollaway bunk bed was fine even for two teenagers. A large terrace for the ground floor rooms. The reception staff is friendly and speaks good English. Delicious breakfast. The road between the sleeping and restaurant/pool facility didn't seem like a problem. Beautiful and clean beach.

Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. Spot clean. The beach was brilliant and quiet. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff always helpful and smiling ready to make your stay perfect. We most definetly recommend it and will come back here if ever around in Sicily. Everything was perfect! Lot of attention for cleaning both internal and external areas. Central position at 200mt from the main beach. Residence is very quite and is perfect for a relaxing holiday with families and little ones. Staff was just perfect! The apartments have A/C and are fully furnished with everything you could need for cooking and cleaning. We will definitely come back there next...

I’m from the UK, fantastic value for money beautiful pool, so clean and well kept, black out blinds, air con. Very safe environment all gated, staff were so lovely and had great English. Very suggestive ancient structure in local stone, spacious apartments, taps and toilets to be modernized. Breakfast to rethink, frozen croissants, some soft fruit and poorly kept in the fridge because it is frozen, no typical handcrafted products. Pity. Very nice, well-maintained complex with lots of greenery. Kindest staff ever! A shuttle to the private beach section is provided - a great service also. The resort is secluded and unless you have your own car, it is not worth going around the area. This resort is good for families with children as there are lots of activities for them. The beach is very good and the sea very clean and clear.

We spent one week here. We stayed at the bungalows in the garden and had noisy neighbours who used to smoke outside. The food was ok, there were things that were very good and things less good. We spent a few days in this resort as a family. It was well situated, lovely gardens, very clean rooms. Food was decent but not stellar, as were some of the staff who were at times brusque and seemed annoyed at our requests. Hotel very quiet a ghost hotel staff could not do enough for you room was very roomy and spotless. Food was very good coffee excellent .
