I went on a tour of Palazzo San Niccolò today and it is absolutely beautiful. Half of the space has a modern feel while the other half took on an older approach. We stayed in the B&B and it was great. The B&B is right on the side of the Vineyard and gives great views of Tuscany from every window. The B&B is built in or connected to (not sure which) and old church and the oldest part of the building is over 800 years old. We repeatadly come here when visiting Tuscany. It is little Tratoria but with wonderful food served, with pleasant wine and very authentic service. Eventhough people here do not communicate in English, it is not problem to understand to each other. Also the Tratoria woeks as a small local shop, so you can Pick up some groceries in here!
