We found this place in 2009 and finally made it back and WOW! They have really upgraded the rooms and service. It definitely has a luxury feel to the place. Dievole was an absolute DREAM!!! My husband and I stayed here for our delayed honeymoon. The property was serene, the staff was courteous, and the restaurant services were very convenient and always good. We had a lovely wine tasting as well and purchased several bottles to ship home! If you're looking for a quintessential Tuscany stay, Dievole raises the bar. We can't wait to go back.

Italy is my favorite country in the world and throughout my many visits I have stayed at a variety of different hotels, and by far I can say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The hotel building itself is stunning, set in the middle of Tuscany’s quiet and beautiful nature. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The rooms are a bit out dated, but that’s part of the vibe. Keep in mind there’s poor sound insulation between rooms, so you can hear everything.

Le Gallozzole is an excellent choice for a holiday in Tuscany. Quiet and relaxing, it's well situated in the hills, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. It's a few minutes away from Sienna, and about one hour from Florence.

Wonderful location right in the middle of the Chianti heartland. The castle setting made it a special place but being in the middle of the countryside surrounded by forests and vinyards was a quiet bliss. The location, the vineyards, the pool, the comfy club chairs and fireplace in our room. Fabiola and her staff were friendly and efficient. Fabiola was especially calm and caring during powerful thunder storm and power interruptions.

Loved staying here! Beautiful views, very relaxing. Room was very spacious and had a kitchen and living room. Great price. Very clean, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good with pastry, meats, cheeses, bread, coffee, juice, yogurt. Wine was amazing and there are plenty of places to sit outside, enjoy the views and the wine. Would love to go back!

Favorite stop of the day on our wine tour, worth going back again. The family that runs the vineyard was extremely knowledgeable, very kind and provided a great experience to try their wines. Even bought a couple bottles for back home.

We stayed at Casina di Cornia for 6 nights. Loved the stay so much! Great experience: we gathered a bit of grapes, walked along the olive oil trees, talked a lot with Antoine and his family, had a great wine production tour and ate from well designed pottery by Antoine‘s wife! An excellent place to stay, close to Siena. Very clean accommodation with everything you need. Comfortable beds, perfect shower, air conditioning in all rooms and a nice patio for dining. The host, wonderful. We recommend it 100%
