Huge room! Decent sized bathroom. Lacks charm but very well equipped with fridge, kettle, cupboards etc. clean as a whistle. We were the only guests so it was very quiet. Central location. Two or three restaurants serving great food in the village. Be aware that even in May there is nowhere open for breakfast before 10am: we went without, which when you’re on a long off-road cycling trip was not ideal

We stayed in the dovecote on a cold and rainy day ... the apartment is warm and welcoming. The mezzanine is very impressive.

Very neat and especially clean house, maybe I'm a bit spoiled but missed the air conditioning. Very good contact with the owner (mainly via app). It was a bit tricky to find and had to walk a bit with the bags, but it was well worth it. It is a beautiful authentic village.

Charming farmhouse surrounded by greenery not far from the town of which is a gem. The only flaw if you really want to find it is the uneven dirt road that leads to the farmhouse.

Immersed in a secular wood isolated from any human presence for an experience difficult to find in a holiday resort. If we add that, despite living in close contact with nature, you can enjoy a well-furnished environment with all the comforts for a pleasant holiday, the picture is certainly remarkable.

Surrounded by hills and trees, it is so peaceful here. The views are amazing. The meal cooked for us by the chef was delicious with homemade jams and liquers and local food and wine, eaten on the terrace looking over the valley. We stayed as a couple in this hotel for two nights, we had a great welcome, and we were pampered by Mrs. Catia at mealtimes, it felt like we were staying with family! We also made use of the swimming pool which is located outside in the middle of the green, beautiful! Maybe we will also return with friends to take some nice walks in Mount Amiata where you can walk in the largest beech forest in Europe

Quiet hotel in a central location. The owners are very kind and attentive. Very comfortable bed. The rooms are fine and would be perfect if there was air conditioning or at least a ceiling fan because summers are now hot even at 800 meters. There is no lift but that wasn't a problem for us.

An "old" hotel, simple but in the end there is what you actually need. The breakfast is excellent, especially the cakes and the cappuccino/coffee. The only flaw is the lack of air conditioning, which in these hot summers has now become a basic necessity. Decent, cost effective place, not far from the hot water springs.

We stayed one night while passing through the area. The hotel has free onsite parking. The room was clean and comfortable. There was an Italian breakfast included with coffee, juice, an assortment of brioche and baked goods, yogurt, fruit and a small assortment of meat and cheese. We had everything we needed for a nights stay.

We stayed for one week in Hotel Fabbrini in Abbadia San Salvatore, situated near the old city center. It had a big parkingarea. The rooms are large, good beds and shower. There is an excellent breakfast buffet, free wifi. Personel is very kind and did there utmost to make our stay a very pleasant one. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to return next year. Great hotel! Located in the center of the town with its own parking area. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and big. There is a great breakfast witch is served every morning with various juices, cakes and coffee. They also serve lunch and dinner and it is nice to have a beer in the evening at the bar. It's a lovely hotel, and even if the view isn't much (it has houses all around) it provides a good bang for the buck. Our economy room was small but functional, tidy and clean. Beds are comfortable, staff is corteous.
