The minute I went into my room you could smell the mould. The bathroom needs either a deep clean or a total Reno, Carpets in the hallways were faded and buckled - major trip hazard. Although the reception area looked nice that didn’t flow through to the rooms. Service in the restaurant was abysmal - 2 hrs to put together a plate of cold meat & cheese, did not appear to have enough staff in the kitchen. All I could see was one poor man who was ran ragged. Unless they did a major revamp I would not stay here again

Large hotel with spacious outdoor pool, nice indoor bar, lounge and restaurant. Rooms clean and comfortable, many with balconies. Traveled with tour group and staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Dining spaces and options well planned.Short walk to waterfront with other restaurants

This hotel was very disappointing. The lobby was large and inviting but our room was dirty and reeked of mold. The bathroom was particularly gross and dirty. The staff throughout the hotel were rude and disinterested. Ragusa is lovely, do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel!

Very basic services. Rooms are ok, breakfast is in an upleasant echoing space. The selection is very limited except for sweets In between and for lunch you have to move to other places because there is no offer. Most of the staff is unfriendly

We had this as one of our stops for 2 nights. Lovely hotel. Very clean and quiet. No traffic sounds and very peaceful. Good breakfast and nice staff. Room was well organized and clean nice decor. Would recommend it to anybody who wants time away from hurly burly. We didn't have time to experience the pool or spa unfortunately.

Excellent location if you want to visit the Ragusa area. 10 minutes by car to get to the sea. Clean room and comfy bed! Abundant breakfast, also gluten-free (on request). The owner is very nice and helpful.

We had a lovely room with a balcony that faced the gardens in the west affording us great sunset views. The hotel also has a nice spa and we availed of foot massages. The prices were reasonable and the service was good. Break fast was great, loved the latte macchiato Food overall was great

Excellent new structure, welcoming and a few km from Marina di Ragusa. Large, modern-style rooms with bathrooms featuring a large shower and complete courtesy set. Good breakfast, full of desserts with various fillings. I highly recommend it.
