Breathtaking views and generous sized rooms. Great pool area serving delicious pizza! The breakfast offerings were excellent. Mixed service at the Veranda restaurant at dinner, we felt they rushed our meal between courses. But we addressed this with hotel reception. We had some issues with paying toll charges in Rapallo and the young lady at Concierge provided us with exceptional customer service to try and resolve this. Thank you! Our highlight was the spa / sauna area, we relaxed here for 2hours and it was amazing!

Beautiful hotel overlooking the Italian coast. The spa and pool were huge selling points. The pool is huge and overlooks the ocean. Their beach club is very secluded and peaceful! It's also only a short walk into town. The restaurant also had gluten free pasta and breakfast, which I appreciated! Highly recommend staying here.

Great Hotel. Staff made my stay very special. It was my honeymoon. Upon arrival they put a display for my husband and I in the hotel room. Very accommodating. Restaurant staff very nice. Food is great. Room was clean and updated! Hotel provides free shuttle too and from the town of Rapallo.

We stayed three nights at this lovely hotel. The welcome was very warm and came with a delicious glass of local wine! We enjoyed the spa, outdoor pool, daily breakfast and pool-side restaurant. The other great thing about GHB is the close proximity to the local town. It's a quick 10 minute walk along a scenic path to access all kinds of shopping, other sights and adventures.

Our booking was a little complicated with credit card points and multiple booking avenues, but the Front of House Manager, Sabrina helped us to sort everything out very quickly. She was very attentive and helped me multiple times during our stay.

We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Rapallo!

The lotion itself wasn’t the best since it was out of town, but it offer the most wonderful getaway from all the fuss that we have endured at Milan
The hotel spa was one of the main reason we stayed and my parents adored it but I didn’t get the chance to since we had a short stay (which we regretted because we couldn’t get enough of the hotel)
As for my personal favorite, it was the hotel’s beach club, they provide their own shuttle service to the area and it was one of the most beautiful places that I ever been, charming, luxurious, and most importantly secluded
Hotel’s breakfast wasn’t ranged but it was definitely impeccable
As for service it was 10/10 ! Couldn’t recommend a better option when it comes to comfort and service, specially the nice lady working at the concierge (i think her name was Monica) she was amazing! Such a nice hardworking woman
As for hotel reception and shuttle, they went above thier way to make our stay special
The restaurant down the terrace was amazing too and responsibly priced
As for the rooms, we got our at the first floor since we had an offer ( wasn’t great, but diffidently beautiful and 100% clean) don’t get me wrong! We got what we paid for and we were completely satisfied, but it was a bit small
The worst part of our stay was leaving, we went to good other hotels at rappalo and fancier ones at Santa margarita, but this stay was special at all means

Fantastic hotel with very polite and friendly staff! Wonderful views from the hotel on the whole Portofino coast. We had some initial problems with our room but everything was resolved very quickly and we were offered a better room with a stunning view at no extra charge, great work by guest experience manager, Chiara. A truly 5-star hotel, we will be definitely back next time we are in the Portofino coast!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Bristol Hotel in Rapallo and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and luxurious amenities that made my stay very comfortable.

One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by Imad in the hotel's restaurant. Imad went above and beyond to ensure that every meal was a delightful experience. He was attentive, friendly, and truly went out of his way to make sure that I was well taken care of. Imad's exceptional service truly made my dining experience at the hotel memorable.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Grand Bristol Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Rapallo. The combination of beautiful surroundings, top-notch amenities, and exceptional service, especially from staff , make it a truly standout destination. I look forward to returning in the future.

I’m not one to often write reviews but we had such a lovely time at this hotel! This service is was excellent, we were treated with such kindness. The views from our room, from breakfast, and from the pool were amazing. We’d absolutely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Portofino coast. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Stayed here in 2017 where I proposed to my now wife overlooking the sea to Portofino. Lovely Hotel, friendly staff and excellent service. Walkable along the coast into town, a lovely setting. Dream would be to go back again one day.
