We had a very good stay in the room with a view enjoying the good restaurants, the nice SPA and the swimmingpool. We got very good service also for planing our excursions and visits to local restaurant in Rapallo. The shuttle was a very good service.
From a sustainability-wise, we could have used towels and sheets a bit more/longer.
The late night music on the veranda was a bit disturbing.
The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff very friendly and we felt so welcomed. Perfect with the shuffle-service. The breakfast was great. We would love to go there again.
Enjoyed a few days and nights here. The hotel is very clean, the food is amazing and the service was the best I ever experienced.
