Faultless experience! This beautiful hotel has the best views of Santa Margherita and Portfino. Our suite with balcony and sea views was spacious and beautifully decorated with 2 bathrooms and a separate sitting room. The staff were excellent and breakfast on the terrace was stunning. For 4 days in May 2025 it felt like a fairytale in a palace.

A charming hidden gem, tucked away up the hill from the main drag of Santa Margherita. Stayed a few nights here the staff is amazing, had a few issues with wifi and after talking to the front desk they promptly resolve with a wifi extender went from 5 Mbs to 50 MBs. This place is FANTASTIC. Kind’ve a hidden gem a short boat ride north of Portofino in Santa Margherita which, in our opinion, is a better town to stay in for multiple nights. The hotel views are incredibly beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful, the private beach club is relaxing and gorgeous, and the air conditioning is strong and cool.

Stayed in one of their brand new suites. Everything and everyone was EXCEPTIONAL. Escorted to our room, tour of the grounds, free breakfast, valet parking, and dinner reservations. Food was amazing. I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. Yesterday I asked them to print my boarding pass and emailed the file as requested, but after sending it, I waited 10 minutes with no update. This unnecessary delay caused me to miss my scheduled train. For a hotel of this level, basic services like printing should be handled more promptly and efficiently. Room has no sound proof.

Two nights in Rapallo Hotel is in a great position. Whilst it doesn't looks the smartest, everything works. The Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The rooms with a sea view are lovely.

Staff at front desk is super friendly. Room was very nice size. Loved the shower and the size of it compared to other hotels on our travels. Loved we were located right next to the castle but unfortunately it was closed for renovations. Also close to the train station and we took a nice walk along the water and over to Santa Margherita for shopping and dinner.

Overall a solid place to stay, yet very overpriced. Big plus for spacios bathrooms and the engaged staff. Regarding the beds I can assure you from travel experience in 3rd world countries: These DO NOT come short in giving you a 3rd world experience. North Korea provides better beds, without a doubt. Even in the Swiss military I've had more comfortable beds, it was a shame.

I recommend it with flying colors! Very kind and hospitable staff were able to accommodate all our requests and information. The hotel is located in the very center of the city with attention to every detail. Suites with jacuzzi and spa offer moments of complete relaxation.

This hotel is fine, but I’m not sure it warrants 5*. On our first night we were given a room with no shower (!) which seems a bit unusual for a hotel of this standard. After complaining the staff kindly offered to change us to another room at no incremental charge, but I think this is very unusual for a 5* (and certainly should have been communicated more clearly on the website to avoid the unpleasant...

This hotel offers a perfect location for a visit to Santa Margherita and Portofino. The dock is in easy walking distance for a boat trip to Portofino, and there is also a train station within and easy walk. Lots of restaurants are nearby as well. The hotel is very nice, and the staff is excellent!

Blu Di Te is a charming boutique hotel in a great location! We loved Santa Magherita, but the front desk concierges helped us enjoy it even more with their restaurant recommendations, maps, and tips. The location is a feature that makes this place worth an experience: a wide view of Santa Margherita Ligure and the Tigullio Gulf. The service is very efficient and courteous. This is not per se a luxury hotel. But it is really comfortable and the luxury is with the spectacular view, the great service and the intimacy. It feels like being in a private home very nicely renovated. The pools are fantastic and heated. The garden is great.

Hotel with modern rooms in the center of Santa Margherita. For a 5 star I would have expected evening turndown and breakfast with more choice and more quality products. Hotel does not have a garage: we booked parking but our car was parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Comfortable and convenient location. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was included which was a plus. We also had a view of the beachfront from our room. Only downside was that the WiFi was slow at times and water was not provided in the rooms although this can be purchased from nearby stores for cheap prices.
