Absolutely loved my stay at Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort! The rooms were elegant and spotless, the views over the coast were stunning, and the spa was a true highlight — incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. Staff were warm and attentive throughout. Great Hotel We had a very good stay in the room with a view enjoying the good restaurants, the nice SPA and the swimmingpool. Beautiful hotel overlooking the Italian coast. The spa and pool were huge selling points. The pool is huge and overlooks the ocean. Their beach club is very secluded and peaceful! We got rooms with a view of the railway station and of course the view was disgusting and you could hear the trains!

Faultless experience! This beautiful hotel has the best views of Santa Margherita and Portfino. Our suite with balcony and sea views was spacious and beautifully decorated with 2 bathrooms and a separate sitting room. The staff were excellent and breakfast on the terrace was stunning. For 4 days in May 2025 it felt like a fairytale in a palace.

Beautiful hotel in centre of Rapallo. There is construction going on but we heard no noise inside. The only downside for us was the spa/swimming pool. It's really small compared to the price.

The property is in an excellent location, in front of the Castle. The room was clean and spacious, with a partial sea view. Average breakfast with lots of fresh products. The bathrooms and soundproofing between the rooms should be renovated. But for me it is still an excellent hotel!

We were not able to stay, but we did pay for the reservation, so I do not value the location, cleanliness or facilities. What did happen was that we had a medical problem, with official proof, and they did not offer us any solution. We did not ask for a refund, but for new dates, and the answer was the same. Very poor customer service.

We stayed 3 nights in August and could not have been happier with the hotel and service. Everything inch of the property is very clean and every member of the staff was polite and helpful. The concierge reserved all of our dinners, rides to/from the airport and Portofino, and an incredible boat trip which saved a lot of stress. Piano player at the night bar was a nice touch. It has an amazing garden and is right next to the sea. The concierge is very helpful and helps you organise activities. The rooms are well equipped and the beds are very comfortable, and some of the rooms have a wonderful sea side view. The one problem is the WiFi was quite slow so if you’re planning to do work in your hotel room, note that you may need to use a private connection. But other than that...

Best Western Regina Elena is an average hotel with decent service. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing outstanding either. Parking was a bit pricey, and while the room was okay overall, the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was simple, with an okay selection — enough to get you started for the day, but nothing memorable. It’s fine for a short stay, but don’t expect anything fancy.

Warning - this is NOT a 5* hotel. If like us you opt to stay in the residence for space and privacy, you'll find yourselves staying under a residential flat with a child running around overhead late into the evening and 1st thing in the morning. This is a fantastic hotel, close to everything. Very hip and stylish lobby and outdoor lounge. The only thing that could improve is the hot tub was cold and we could not get it to heat up but we would highly recommend this property when visiting Santa Margherita ligure.

Very close to the train station and central area. Rooms are big and modern. The service is great. Only downside is that the hotel is split between to areas, the spa area and some of the rooms are located in a different building then the main building which isn't very comfortable, specially if your room isn't located where the spa is. But other then that, it is a really good hotel.

Our room did not include use of pool area. Requested 50 euro pp to use the pool .ordered a cappacino in the morning and they charged me the full price of breakfast buffet 30 euro. Front staff was rude.

Our room showed serious sign of wear and tear Our sink faucet was replaced with a bidet faucet which would splash everywhere when opened. The hallway carpet are beyond cleaning and need to be removed. But the location is very good

The hotel was average with basic rooms and sadly the service wasn’t up to scratch. There were too many “no” to things we asked about. In particular the lady at reception can be quite rude and abrupt. On the plus side the staff at breakfast were super friendly.

Stayed a few nights here the staff is amazing, had a few issues with wifi and after talking to the front desk they promptly resolve with a wifi extender went from 5 Mbs to 50 MBs. This place is FANTASTIC. Kind’ve a hidden gem a short boat ride north of Portofino in Santa Margherita which, in our opinion, is a better town to stay in for multiple nights. The hotel views are incredibly beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful, the private beach club is relaxing and gorgeous, and the air conditioning is strong and cool.

Stayed in one of their brand new suites. Everything and everyone was EXCEPTIONAL. Escorted to our room, tour of the grounds, free breakfast, valet parking, and dinner reservations. Food was amazing. Hotel with modern rooms in the center of Santa Margherita. For a 5 star I would have expected evening turndown and breakfast with more choice and more quality products. Hotel does not have a garage: we booked parking but our car was parked on the street in front of the hotel.

We enjoyed the beautiful view and cleanliness of the room. For a family of four the family room was slightly small but still convenient enough. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Blu Di Te is a charming boutique hotel in a great location! We loved Santa Magherita, but the front desk concierges helped us enjoy it even more with their restaurant recommendations, maps, and tips.
