I just love the vibe! Old charm and attentive service. The views are just magical. Only thing that could be better - arrangement of sun beds in beach club. Sun beds shouldn’t be booked with towels for the time they are not actually occupied. At least the ones that are close front by the water. And you could put couple more floating sun-beds - it was creat addition this year to find! Will be back! ...

breakfast has very little choice and is the same everyday. Only one type of scrambled eggs from warm dishes. We asked for something else, so the waiter got angry. The better rooms are small and outdated, need renovation. We were celebrating a special day and asked for a nice view, but there was construction going on downstairs and we could hear noise. Very nice hotel with tons of worth museum artwork, the staff was very friendly with us and our dog, the room was beautiful with splendid view on sea and city on the balcony. Bed was very comfy and king size. Amenities could be better brand and flat tv was without Netflix or airplay. Nice breakfast. Not usually one to google review, but we had such a great stay at Hotel Blu Di te. Aside from the homey interiors, great location and delicious breakfast this hotel wouldn’t be what it is without the staff - kind, helpful and professional. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

We had a perfect last minute getaway at Hotel Blu di The. The staff were incredible, very sweet with our three year old, we especially appreciated the warmth and personal touch from Giulia, who made our stay so nice and made us feel so welcome from the first moment. Fantastic staff who are friendly and helpful at every opportunity. The breakfast is very good, aperitivo solid and drinks well-made. Nice space to hang out as well. The only complaint is that the spa services were very average but they're optional, so I recommend skipping them.

Gorgeous stately hotel on a perfect stretch of rocky beach, just a short walk from the center of town in Santa Margherita Ligure. Perfect place to have lunch, also, with a scenic view of the city, marina, and sea.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful and spotless. You always see someone cleaning something. Beautiful flowers everywhere too. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to Claudio the lifeguard, who is such a lovely man, my wife and I were always so excited to go to the pool just to chat with him. Highly recommend.

From the lifeguards at the beach who picked up my towel when it had fallen on the ground and kept an eye out for a better placed lounger to become available so I wouldn't get burned, to the housekeepers, bar staff, doorman and front desk staff, everyone was incredibly charming, thoughtful and polite. I had a wonderful stay here in the summer and didn't want to leave! The setting is of course beautiful...

One of my Favourite Hotels in the World❤️. Will come again next year. Food is amazing, view is amazing, staff are funny and very friendly. Dinner is very very good and prices for dinner are very reasonable. Great history. Some rooms are not 100 up to date but it is more than compensated by all the positives and the general atmosphere.

Nice location on the bay

Overall a solid place to stay, yet very overpriced. Big plus for spacios bathrooms and the engaged staff. Regarding the beds I can assure you from travel experience in 3rd world countries: These DO NOT come short in giving you a 3rd world experience. North Korea provides better beds, without a doubt. Even in the Swiss military I've had more comfortable beds, it was a shame.

I recommend it with flying colors! Very kind and hospitable staff were able to accommodate all our requests and information. The hotel is located in the very center of the city with attention to every detail. Suites with jacuzzi and spa offer moments of complete relaxation.

This hotel is fine, but I’m not sure it warrants 5*. On our first night we were given a room with no shower (!) which seems a bit unusual for a hotel of this standard. After complaining the staff kindly offered to change us to another room at no incremental charge, but I think this is very unusual for a 5* (and certainly should have been communicated more clearly on the website to avoid the unpleasant...

This hotel offers a perfect location for a visit to Santa Margherita and Portofino. The dock is in easy walking distance for a boat trip to Portofino, and there is also a train station within and easy walk. Lots of restaurants are nearby as well. The hotel is very nice, and the staff is excellent!

Very obliging owner and staff, nice rooms, best location to start exploring the area. Portofino is in hiking distance, about 1.5h away. There is also an option provided to charge your electrical car allowing you to continue your trip with a fully charged car (Type-2 charger as well as 3-Phase and camping outlets).

Hotel Minerva is a prime example of how a perfect hotel should be. Amazing breakfast with alot to choose from, amazing service, close to restaurants and Portofino/Rapallo/Cinque terre. The cleaning is excellent, AC is good. Hotel Minerva is without a doubt where I would be staying when I come back. Recommend this hotel for everyone. Thank you very much Frederika & co.

Just as an example, the owner went out of his way to recover our mobile phone which we had left in the back seat of the taxi. Given the location this is great value and highly recommended. I went once alone with my uncles upstairs and downstairs there is a hotel but I don't know how beautiful it is or how spacious I don't know how it is I just put a nose inside. Excellent service

Close to the city. On average clean but you will notice things they forgot to clean sometimes. Towels, shampoo. No toothpaste. No lundary room. No water boiler. Friendly reception. Helped us with finding a good restaurant and lundary, and give us a map of Rappalo. There is a supermarket close to the hotel. Overally expensive for what they offered.

The staff was more than extra kind and friendly, actually best in Italy, location is great, the hotel is super clean and comfortable! The best hotel experience on Ligurian coast!

Hôtel stella is very well located in Rapallo. The personel is very friendly and accommodating. They gave us even a card to allow us to park free in the neighborhood. Rooms are clean but old fashioned. Awesome experience staying here. It's the second time we came and we will come again.

Very nice, clean room. Breakfast was surprisingly great, despite it not being a buffet. They offered croissants, focaccia, yogurt, cereal, hot chocolate and coffee, jams, butter, nutella, and fresh fruit. And the lady serving it was the nicest person you could ever meet! She was so sweet, our mom called her a "sunshine"! Overall great place!

Recently renovated accommodation facility. Tasty breakfast. However, extremely high prices. Moreover, no parking place in front of the hotel. It's extremely challenging when travelling by car and trying check in or out.

A bit dated, but great service and the location was very central. We asked thrice that the concierge wash our car and they never did. Food was high quality although not once did we get 100% what we ordered. There was always at least 1 major element missing. The balcony was spacious and relaxing.
