We got rooms with a view of the railway station and of course the view was disgusting and you could hear the trains!

Faultless experience! This beautiful hotel has the best views of Santa Margherita and Portfino. Our suite with balcony and sea views was spacious and beautifully decorated with 2 bathrooms and a separate sitting room. The staff were excellent and breakfast on the terrace was stunning. For 4 days in May 2025 it felt like a fairytale in a palace.

Stayed a few nights here the staff is amazing, had a few issues with wifi and after talking to the front desk they promptly resolve with a wifi extender went from 5 Mbs to 50 MBs. This place is FANTASTIC. Kind’ve a hidden gem a short boat ride north of Portofino in Santa Margherita which, in our opinion, is a better town to stay in for multiple nights. The hotel views are incredibly beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful, the private beach club is relaxing and gorgeous, and the air conditioning is strong and cool.

Stayed in one of their brand new suites. Everything and everyone was EXCEPTIONAL. Escorted to our room, tour of the grounds, free breakfast, valet parking, and dinner reservations. Food was amazing. Even the beach chairs and umbrellas set up to our liking. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Overall a solid place to stay, yet very overpriced. Big plus for spacios bathrooms and the engaged staff. Regarding the beds I can assure you from travel experience in 3rd world countries: These DO NOT come short in giving you a 3rd world experience. North Korea provides better beds, without a doubt. Even in the Swiss military I've had more comfortable beds, it was a shame.

I recommend it with flying colors! Very kind and hospitable staff were able to accommodate all our requests and information. The hotel is located in the very center of the city with attention to every detail. Suites with jacuzzi and spa offer moments of complete relaxation.

This hotel is fine, but I’m not sure it warrants 5*. On our first night we were given a room with no shower (!) which seems a bit unusual for a hotel of this standard. After complaining the staff kindly offered to change us to another room at no incremental charge, but I think this is very unusual for a 5* (and certainly should have been communicated more clearly on the website to avoid the unpleasant...

This hotel offers a perfect location for a visit to Santa Margherita and Portofino. The dock is in easy walking distance for a boat trip to Portofino, and there is also a train station within and easy walk. Lots of restaurants are nearby as well. The hotel is very nice, and the staff is excellent!

Blu Di Te is a charming boutique hotel in a great location! We loved Santa Magherita, but the front desk concierges helped us enjoy it even more with their restaurant recommendations, maps, and tips. Single beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent. There were dogs often barking loudly outside our room. But overall, nice hotel and good service.

Hotel with modern rooms in the center of Santa Margherita. For a 5 star I would have expected evening turndown and breakfast with more choice and more quality products. Hotel does not have a garage: we booked parking but our car was parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Comfortable and convenient location. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was included which was a plus. We also had a view of the beachfront from our room. Only downside was that the WiFi was slow at times and water was not provided in the rooms although this can be purchased from nearby stores for cheap prices.

An old hotel but in a good position. The wifi only works on looby, absurd for a place that say that the hotel has wifi. But the biggest problem is the attendant, the rudest person in the universe! She didn't want to give the wifi password (from the looby) before we confirm that we will stay at the hotel (after seeing the hotel's conditions), she said we could leave if we wanted to! Incredible service. We arrived early and left late and it was no problem. The room was super comfortable and quiet. The shower was too powerful and the toliet was not powerful enough.

I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. Yesterday I asked them to print my boarding pass and emailed the file as requested, but after sending it, I waited 10 minutes with no update. This unnecessary delay caused me to miss my scheduled train. For a hotel of this level, basic services like printing should be handled more promptly and efficiently. Room has no sound proof.

Staff at front desk is super friendly. Room was very nice size. Loved the shower and the size of it compared to other hotels on our travels. Loved we were located right next to the castle but unfortunately it was closed for renovations. Also close to the train station and we took a nice walk along the water and over to Santa Margherita for shopping and dinner.
