The ladies checking us in were so helpful to store all of our luggage until time to get in room. Amazing staff going above and beyond to get us taxis to the cruise port! We would definitely stay again!!
All of these pictures of this place are fake. It does not look like this. It is run down, old and falling apart. The shades are frayed and don’t block out the stage light shining directly into the rooms. Elevator was scary. The lady at the front desk was the nicest part of our experience.
The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and patient, especially considering we were a large group. The only drawback was that the walk to the hotel was somewhat inconvenient. However, we easily took the bus from the train station to the hotel and arranged transportation to the cruise port without any issues.
The staff and service was excellent, and the location was OK. Rooms were super basic, quickie overnight type hotel. If it wasn't for the staff it might have ended with a 2.
Although it is far from the station, it takes less than 10 minutes by bus from the station, the rooms are very clean and the staff are kind. I recommend it for the price as well.
Hotel located on the outskirts, easy to reach by car. The service is average, without any particular exceptions. The furnishings of the rooms are very basic, but functional. Suitable for those looking for a practical and no-frills stay.

Comfortable apartment for a family, great location if you want to go out on foot with children. It is located in the historic center and is a pedestrian area, but a 7-minute walk away is a parking lot where you pay 3 euros for the whole day.

I stayed here two days with my daughters. Due to my (serious) inattention, I created a problem (not just) that the owners have solved in the best way. We received a warm welcome with a lot of information about the city and a tasty breakfast in the morning. The room is cozy and bright with a nice view. We enjoyed the music of the violin from the garden and we appreciated the kettle in the room to prepare tea during a rainy evening.
