Staff is very friendly accomodating. Rooms are clean, but small. Can easily walk to the town areas churchs and mosaic museum. Few good restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was excellent with great cappuccino and croissants. The room we received was airy and roomy and bright. Very happy with the service as they even lent us their adaptor. Excellent location…300 m away from the RCI pickup point for our cruise.

I had only one regret, which was that I could only stay at Villa Noctis for one night. Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice. If I return to Ravenna, and I hope to do so soon, I will certainly book my stay at Villa Noctis again.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautifully designed, very quiet and cozy. It is located in a quiet area of Ravenna but within minutes of the centre. It takes only 5 mins max to get to the shops and restaurants and 10-15mins for all of the archeological sites. The staff are extremely helpful and will guide you in the right direction. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying...

Beautiful house, very kind hosts, perfect location within walking distance to all the main monuments, shopping area and all the lively and yummy restaurants of the city. Very beautiful modern bathroom and new comfortable bed in a suite that had all the charm of antique furniture. The internal parking is an incredible perk in Ravenna!

Villa Noctis - a must for a short stay in Ravenna We chose to stay in Ravenna so that we could use it as a base prior to attending the Imola F1 Grand Prix. it was an excellent choice and the Villa Noctis was exceptional.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at....I was upgraded to a larger room and it was beautiful...the bed was so comfortable!!

What a beautiful hotel! We loved everything about it. Located on a quiet street, but walkable to everything, even the train station. Our room was large, bright, clean, and just beautiful. Nice touch that bathrooms feature modern glass mosaic tile, echoing the ancient mosaics that drew us to Ravenna.

Small, charming, delightful hotel located very close to the UNESCO world sites……in fact, the Basilica di San Vitale was located directly across the street from our hotel room. We stayed in le Case Di San Vitale Easy in the downstairs room and can highly recommend it. The B and B is just a 15 minute walk from the station and directly opposite the Basilica, so ideally situated. Our room was well appointed with tea, coffee and fridge; good air conditioning. There is a quiet courtyard to sit out in . Staff all very pleasant .

Good shower and bathroom facilites. It would have been great to have access to tea/coffee making facilities but know this isn't standard in many European countries, so not complaining! I had a wonderful stay at Ai Giardini di San Vitale! Warmly welcomed by Monica and Concetto and treated with excellent customer service throughout my stay! Lovely place with a beautiful garden in the back where a lovely full breakfast is set each morning with excellent cappuccino available to wake you up. Easy walking distance to the Unesco mosaics and some really fine restaurants. Even though Ravenna hosts so famous an art center, people are friendly and helpful to tourists and the couple that runs this pleasant little hotel are very helpful and engaging...

Beautiful place, with great attention to detail, clean, and the owner very helpful and kind .. The rooms overlook a beautiful garden. We spent two days my husband and my 4-year-old daughter to go to mirabilandia, it is about 20/26 minutes away. We really enjoyed it.

The location was good, very clean and friendly staff.

We had a camper van that would not fit it their garage and they suggested parking2 blocks away next to the post office which was free after 8:00pm.

The owners were on site for a lovely breakfast in the courtyard. The room was large and clean. Nice shower. Comfortable beds.

Nice hotel in the middle of Ravenna. We had a family room no 7 and there was plenty of space for 4 of us. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Lady was kind enough to give us some gluten free options for our daughter who is a celiac. The hotel also booked a taxi for us to Port Corsini and that was a smooth process. We really enjoyed our 1 night at the hotel.

Great R&B in a quite, but central part of Ravenna. Staff was available and supportive whenever there was a need / question. Highly recommended.

The staff was amazing! They were so friendly accommodating and very helpful. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. They even provided an amazing outdoor brunch which was much appreciated. It is conveniently located near some great dining options, shopping and a major train station. We enjoyed our one night stay and would love to return again in the future.

Il Rudere has a bit of romantic magic to it, thanks to the charming owner. It has a rustic feel andl the value for money is amazing.. It's in a quiet location but there's a great bar/restaurant in walking distance. I had a happy stay here

Great family run B&B. There are only 5 rooms in the building so it's very intimate. Our hosts were incredibly, so lovely and breakfast is included in your highly rate. We stayed for 2 nights and found it very pleasant. It's just a short 15 min walk to town and 20 mins to the station. Our room at the front of the building had a balcony and the jasmine that adorns the building was in full bloom. ...

I was in this b & b with my family and our girls. Everything was organized in a simple way thanks to the helpfulness of the very kind owner. Once in Ravenna, we were greeted, checked in and taken to our room. We have been assigned the Rosa room. Large, large and spacious and with everything you need to spend the night in a peaceful way. There is the possibility to have breakfast, but we did not use...

We stayed with our children in August. I can only recommend it. Owner very nice and very accommodating. Hotel very clean. Breakfast fresh tasty and tidy. Father and son try very hard. We were very satisfied until next time.

Everything perfect and very clean. Unfortunately, we had the room on the street which, although small, is a somewhat busy crossing point. The location is good and allows you to move on foot in the center of Ravenna

Pros: The accommodation was clean, it is near the beach (just a few steps from the beach 🤩). The staff was SUPER nice, willing and supportive. There is a private free parking for hotel guests. A pretty backyard with seats and pool. Cons: Maybe just a problem on our side, but our children had a bit problem to choose from dinning list. I’d appreciate more to have a buffet style dinning. It depends what you want from the life, if you're a happy person, you can see the sea where you lie down in your bed. Great view. The breakfast is very very simple but this is what Italian people like it is very normal for them. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent cuisine & service, extraordinary choice of regional food del Reggio Emilia at lunch and dinner time. Nice pool & beach plus cafe with menu, rooms for family (4 p.) a bit small, but you never stay there but go to the beach, Ravenna, Basilica di Sant'Apollinare in Classe etc.

Clean, large apartment. The parking lot is right next to the building. Very close to Mirabilandia theme park and Safari park.

The property is located exactly one minute drive from Mirabilandia and the Safari zoo park on the main road, we found it right away. The room is large, spotless and the beds very comfortable. We also had a small kitchen and a nice garden with table and chairs. The owner was extremely nice and kept our bags for us before check in to allow us to go to the park peacefully.we slept great. I absolutely recommend this structure !!! 3-night stay in an apartment with B&B formula, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and terrace, perfect for two families. Clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Breakfast not included but available in the adjacent bar. Great location, a stone's throw from Mirabilandia, perfect for us and our girls. A wonderful hotel in a great location. Our 4th floor suite was beautiful and comfortable with a large terrace and full kitchen. Unfortunately there were torrential rains and flooding when we were in Ravenna and the steps with mosaics were all closed. It just means we will have to find a way to return and we would like the same suite! Philip at the front desk was really helpful with organizing alternate...

From a historical perspective, the hotel is situated directly opposite to all things pertaining to Dante; his house, tomb and museum.
