Excellent hotel. Highly recommended.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me sort out an issue with luggage. They provided a generous and delicious aperitivo. They helped with restaurant recommendations.
The room is clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. Excellent coffee.
The hotel is in a great location for all the major sites and it is very easy to walk around the city.
We highly recommend this hotel. A true gem.

We stayed 4 nights in this lovely hotel in Ravenna. It is located very centrally in the historic centre of the city a block away from one of the important Unesco World Heritage sites (Church of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo) and close to numerous restaurants, museums, shops,and all the important Unesco sites. The staff could not have been kinder or more attentive, even before our arrival they sent us a detailed email with names of recommended restaurants, potential tours, and instructions for parking. Parking was very easy and facilitated by the team at Reception who obtained a pass for us to park daily and to be in the Limited Traffic Zone.
Once there the staff booked all our restaurants and a great tour of the city and its mosaics. They were helpful with every request.
We had 2 rooms because the executive room that we requested (and which had not been available when I booked) was available for 3/4 days after which we switched to a junior suite. Both rooms were large, newly refurbished with attractive furnishings which were modern, including large comfortable beds and well-lit modern bathrooms. The rooms were very clean, quiet with lots of light. I was happy that the bathroom had a makeup mirror. Buffet breakfast every morning was very good with many sweet and savoury choices, fruits, every sort of filled or plain croissant, pastries, tarts … On our last night there was also an evening aperitivo with Prosecco, wines and appetizers.
We had an outstanding experience at this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend it.

I loved my stay in this hotel. Great for families, they take the kids in consideration and leave little gifts for them. Incredible service, location and food. It really stands out from the usual hotels. Maybe it should have less stairs for more accesability.

Great service, very welcoming and professional. Very nice room (stayed in junior suite 407 with my two kids), clean and well designed and btw a great offer of alternative food for allergy sufferers (my daughter has the celiac disease) eg. at that incredible breakfast buffet. Coming back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Palazzo Bezzi in Ravenna, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect in every way.

The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Ravenna. The amenities were top-notch, including a happy hour with snacks, a complimentary 15 minute massage given to me upon arrival, high-speed Wi-Fi, and luxurious toiletries.

The hotel’s location is ideal, situated just a short walk from the train station, Ravenna’s historic sites, charming shops, and delightful restaurants. I was able to explore the stunning mosaics and rich history of the city with ease.

Breakfast each morning was a highlight of my stay. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries and fruit to savory dishes and perfectly brewed coffee. The dining area was inviting and provided a great start to my day.

One of the standout features of the hotel is its exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, they provided me transportation to our cruise port for a small fee.

In addition to the wonderful accommodations and service, the hotel offers beautiful common areas, including a lovely courtyard and a relaxing lounge. It was a pleasure to unwind in these spaces after a busy day.

Overall, my stay at here was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ravenna. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and prime location make it the ideal choice. I can’t wait to return!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon and we enjoyed our time here! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was always so friendly and helpful. They even gifted us with a card and local honey to take home with us. It is a short walk to the main street and the train station which was important to us. We highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is excellent on all counts! Location, service, breakfast, rooms... We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to everyone. When/if we visit Ravenna again, this will be where we are staying!

I couldn’t wait to write this review! This hotel is A+++++ in service and the rooms are beautifully appointed. Everyone from the front reception, food & beverage service, and housekeeping were all phenomenal. Every person was very accommodating and top class. We only stayed a night as we were leaving the next day for our cruise. I wish we had more time in Ravenna just to stay at this very beautiful hotel. The town square was in a very short walking distance which had an excellent variety of restaurants and boutiques. Don’t hesitate to book this gem. Thank you Pallaza Bezzi for a great stay!!!! We will return.

It is a realy nice hotel. Very closed to the center. Absolotly great breakfast.
