Beautiful hotel with great accommodations. Friendly staff, nice rooms, nice bar and dining room. Hotel is in an excellent location, next to a beautiful park and very close to shops and fabulous restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place for staying around reggio emilia, near the town hall and there is a beautiful park just in front of the hotel, good for morning/afternoon exercise. And there's museums/art galleries nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in room 406 and it was, overall, a good experience. But, there were very few other guests which greatly contributed to our positive experience because the noise insulation in rooms is indeed poor. Very average. Room and furnishings were pretty tired and bland, breakfast used cheap ingredients and charged extra for some items, which was particularly inexcusable as they claimed to provide a free breakfast. Reasonably central location, but otherwise not much going for it.

Only one night to explore. Unfortunately, it was a Thursday which is half day closing. Most of the restaurants did not open until.at least 7 pm and even then seemed to be an eccentric mix. Even the Hotel has a 'up market' restaurant which looked too expensive when all you want is a pizza or a plate of pasta. Room was good, staff were excellent. Breakfast as usual.

Very centrally located. Quite nice as a hotel but rooms were quite old and needs upgrading very soon. Shower had rust at the bottom etc. Breakfast was not bad. Bread on both morning we stayed there were dry but there were a lot of good stuff for breakfast, including eggs, bacon etc Reception people were up to standard Free Parking facility

It could've been better. The rooms are way to small for my liking ( my family of five stayed here ), there was barely enough space for us to move around. Not to mention that there weren't any of the basic necessities most hotels have. I recommend staying here if you have a party of one to three people.

Great Holiday Inn Express. Arrived at night with 4 kids sleeping in the car. Mauro in the reception was absolutely awesome. He checked us in and provided everything in the easiest way. I stayed in Hotel Europa for six days during my business trip and it was in the center of the city and easy access to the railway station. Coming to the rooms they were well maintained and they provided the complimentary breakfast with a good amount of dishes. Finally it was a budget friendly hotel.

Good location, close to railway station for day trips to Parma, Bologna, Piacenza, & Modena. But also only a short walk from the centre of Reggio. Comfortable hotel with large bedroom (two toilets).

We stayed 2 nights here in October. We were cycling and arrived very wet and bedraggled. The staff could not have been more accommodating - they dried our clothes and generally took great care of us for the whole of our stay. Great hotel in the middle of town but that’s the problem. What a nightmare trying to find it and get there by car through narrow restricted streets and then garage full when we arrive! It’s an old palazzo with large rooms and quite small bathrooms and our outlook was bad. Well located with nice reception staff and buffet breakfast was ok but not extra special. Disappointed!

One absolute un-pretentious gem, hidden in the middle of nowhere on the country road to Reggio. Comfy and super clean rooms and great attentive reception team (Nicola & Alex) and restaurant staff. Will be back soon again.

Nice in-town hotel conveniently above a super market, ample parking and friendly staff. Reception is very nice and a alcoholic beverage can be purchased here. Only two small bad points, no fresh rolls for the meat and cheese at breakfast plus no lock on the bathroom door, in my twin room that I shared with a work colleague.

A nice discover in the small village of Sesso. We got there for a quick night after a work and were happily pleased by the rooms as well as the breakfast service. Location of the hotel just fine, staff really great and helpful. Rooms smaller. Shower with a curtain that sticks to your back during taking shower. I really didn't expected that in hotel in 2022. Small rooms with noisy air conditioning, but ok. Toilet ventilation not working. Breakfast poor and you couldn't serve your self, but that was maybe due to covid restrictions.

Fantastic all around hotel. The staff are friendly, inviting and helpful. From helping at the front desk to the superb service at breakfast, it's pretty much everything you need. For a 2 star Hotel, it was a very good experience. Even though it is an older building, everything was clean, the room was nice and warm. A calm neighbourhood but thin walls so you hear the neighbours. Italian breakfast. Friendly personnel and a free pass to park your car in the centre of town (provided you find a free space). No luxury but cheap stay in the historic centre of the town.
