However, I did find it disappointing that the towels and other laundry items were only changed once every 3 to 4 days, despite being charged for the room daily. That’s something that could be improved.
The air conditioning was switched off entirely, which I understand is due to local regulations managed by the city of Reggio Emilia. When I inquired, the staff suggested simply opening the window, which might not be ideal for everyone depending on the weather.
Food options at the hotel were decent—not an extensive menu, but not too limited either. The location is on the outskirts of the city, yet still walkable to nearby restaurants and shopping areas, which is convenient.
If you're visiting Reggio Emilia for business and prefer a quiet, slightly out-of-town location, this hotel is a good choice. But if you're looking to explore the city more efficiently, a hotel closer to the city center might be more suitable.
