The hotel is situated in the centre of Riccione, in a quiet location just a few minutes from the centre and close to the beach. The hotel offers modernly equipped rooms, restaurant, panoramic pool, bar. A good choice for a comfortable beach holiday.

Located near the centre of Riccione, 200 metres from the sea, 5 km from Rimini airport.
Consists of one building.
Only 44 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Sun beds, umbrellas - for a fee. The length of the beach is 7 km away.

Reasonable prices, whatever the request the staff always answers with a smile. Breakfast is worth it and the parking too. Near the center, 3 minute walk to the beach. Marco is a hidden gem. Vielen Dank bis nächstes Mal

Nice hotel all in all, with friendly personal.
In my eyes, however, it should be no more than a 3-star hotel.
There is nothing special that elevates this hotel above the other.
Second disappointment: I had issues while booking. I had booked way in advance via Booking.com but I kept getting emails stating that my credit card was invalid (it was not). Every time I sent a message to the hotel, and every time they answered that it was all OK. But the next day I would receive another such message about the invalid credit card (two different credit cards were both very valid).
Finally, a few minutes after having checked in physically and without issues at the hotel, I got a cancelation of my booking from the hotel via Booking.com.
My guess is that the hotel wanted to save the fees they should have paid at Booking.com. I paid exactly the same as in my booking, but if I would have had any issue (noise, complaining, change of room, etc) it would have been me against them, since Booking.com was not involved anymore. This gave me a bad taste, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff. They really take care of you and guarantee a pleasant stay. The pool on top of the building is simply amazing. The hotel is located close to the bars and restaurants but far away to have a good sleep in the very comfortable beds. The air condition is quiet and can run throughout the night. The size of the rooms depend on what you pay for it and they are great. Very clean and in good condition. Highly recommended!

Great hotel owned and managed by the lovely Ines. Nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly clean. Great central location to Riccione town centre and rail links.

Great view over Riccione from the rooftop pool which offers two depths for kids and adults alike. Great staff, super friendly. Recommended for families given how close it is to the sea and Viale Gramsci with all the shops and sale giochi for the kids.

Room was clean (5. floor) with great seaview from balcony. The staff was very kind, I have not seen a such for a long time. Also kids were surprised - I have never seen pancake for the breakfast as the surprise for kids and coffee for parents with no asking just offering and serving :-)) Recommended!

Very kind staff, beautiful rooms, which are cleaned up everyday. In the evening sangria. And at last but not least, excellent breakfasts. They have realy everything there: smootie, bacon, yoguts, grill vegetables, cakes and excelent Italy coffe. I realy never saw such a good hotel. It is also good, that it is near the beach and sea.

Very friendly staff, our room on the fifth floor was in a good shape and with a nice view from the balcony. Excellent cleaning staff, the breakfast is not too fancy but still good. This hotel is ideally located with a 5 minute walking distance to the beach and to the main shopping area. We felt very comfortable and would use this hotel again for a relaxing vacation on the beautiful beach of Riccione.
