We stayed as parents with two young children. Staff very friendly, breakfast was very nice with wide variety. Rooms always clean, quiet with good freebies. Location is quite busy but rooms are quiet. Location right near beach. Pool was good not to large but chairs were excellent. Playground on site. Restaurant choices could be better as also some only serve after 7 so that's the only negative. Right next to a cheap extensive supermarket for conveniences and all sorts of food and drink at bargain prices. Would definitely recommend for anyone. Not much culture around so it's more about relaxing

Very cool hotel! Beautiful and cosy, comfortable rooms. We had a room with a sea view - and it was incredible!
Near the beach, bus stop, and near the railway station - 20 minutes on foot.
The hotel staff is incredibly friendly, always helpful, very pleasant to socialise. We took the offer with breakfast, because the difference in price is small - breakfasts are delicious, there were a choice of hot dishes (fried eggs, omelet, etc.) and cold (various croissants, vegetables, yoghurts, fruits and much more).
If I choose Rimini again for vacation, I will definitely choose this hotel! Everything is relative here - price, quality and the people who work there✨

+ wonderful staff and night porter.
+ they upgraded to a double room for free.
+ very cheap for a 4* hotel.
+ free parking just outside the hotel.
+ blinds at the window.
+ great cleanliness.
- wifi signal very weak, I had to use mobile hotspot; this is not admissible for a 4* hotel in 2024.
- there was a strange noise coming from outside and starting at early morning around 6.30am, till 8.30am... I was not able to get if it was coming from the harbor or whatever else, for sure it was very annoying.
- small room, small bathroom and small shower.
- breakfast has cheap price and cheap value, starting with juices so colorful with a taste everything but natural... same poor quality for cakes and croissants... fresh fruits at least were good.
- minor issues in the room like lack of hooks for towels and toilet paper.

I can't understand why the arrogant travelers who stayed here write bad reviews 🤷♂️ I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved everything. For such a price you will not find good conditions in Italy! The rooms are clean, the staff is polite and kind! I especially want to thank 2 managers named Francesco! They were always ready to help and sort out all the situations. As for the breakfast - it is wonderful, as if you were visiting your grandmother! I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Rimini for a few nights. And have a sense of respect for the staff! If you are too lazy to walk 1.5 km to the center of Marina, then it is your fault. The hotel copes with its functions perfectly 👏 I will come back here again

The hotel is really very nice, it is hygienic, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied. The location of the hotel is also very nice. There are lots of play opportunities for children. We liked it so much that we extended our vacation by an extra day. We will definitely come again. The only thing that bothered us is that the pool is not really clean and the water smells a bit. Also, other vacationers throw their cushions into the pool, which makes the water even dirtier and the lifeguard does nothing about it.

Very nice hotel. We stayed for a week with 2 little children and really enjoyed it. Room was very nice and the staff was very friendly and forthcoming. It's not far from the beach and has a very nice pool area and even a big playground. WiFi was also surprisingly good. We will definitely come again.

Every now and again you can come across a hotel that’s has everything, spacious and modern bedrooms at great prices, in a perfect location and with great facilities. However, the difference with the Gregory is the staff. Whether senior or junior every staff member is attentive, always smiling and can never do enough to help. Well done to the team in Rimini

The hotel is in a great location-at a walking distance from the centre of the town and the railway station. The service is great. The staff are felpful and friendly. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a variety of delicious food. It' a brilliant place for staying while visiting Rimini and nearby cities.

I stayed here for one night and really enjoyed my stay. The room was modern, with a comfortable bed and large, clean bathroom.
Air con worked really well and the breakfast at the hotel was excellent.
Staff here are amazing - so helpful and friendly. They really added value to my stay, thank you.
Location is €15 in a taxi from train station or about a 25-30 minute walk.
The hotel is in a nice area, close to the marina with some bars and restaurants.
Highly recommend this hotel and would stay again - it represented great value for money.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach, a ten minute walk to old Rimini town. Hotel has great amenities, a nice pool, bar, and seating areas. Lots of activities for children to do including a built in play park.
Staff went over and beyond to help with every little thing they could including supplying us with an adapter when we found out we had packed the wrong one.
Excellent selection of breakfast foods, drinks and cakes included.
Would recommend to anyone and would stay again if coming back to Rimini.
