Beach: own sandy beach is located 50 metres from the hotel at 1 beachfront. Between the hotel and the beach there is a narrow square and the road. On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs: free (umbrella + 2 sun beds from 15 Euro/day).

I recently stayed at this four-star property with my 3-month-old child and found the experience to be a mix of commendable elements and significant shortcomings that fall below the standards expected of a hotel in this category.
The initial welcome was warm and professional, setting a promising tone for our stay. The restaurant deserves mention for its good-quality food, although service was hindered by a language barrier, with only one server proficient in English. This occasionally made communication challenging for non-Italian-speaking guests.
Operationally, the hotel struggled to meet practical needs for families. The lift was extremely slow, forcing us to carry our baby’s stroller up and down stairs multiple times—a considerable inconvenience and certainly not in line with four-star service expectations.
More troubling was the presence of cockroaches in our room. We reported the issue four days before departure, yet no action was taken while we were on-site, nor were we offered a room change or meaningful assistance. Only after we had checked out did the hotel propose compensation, offering a €100 voucher towards a future stay of at least seven days—a gesture of limited value given that we do not plan to return.
Equally disappointing was the noticeable decline in service after full payment was made. The attentive hospitality shown at check-in did not continue throughout our stay, leaving us feeling unsupported during significant issues.
In summary, while this four-star property offers positive elements such as good dining and a welcoming arrival experience, it falls short in crucial areas of service recovery, operational efficiency, and guest care—particularly for families traveling with young children. It is difficult to recommend under these circumstances.
We booked 4 rooms, and it was a very nice surprise that all of them had a sea view — it really added to our experience.
The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping did a great job.
Special thanks to Ivan and Mykola — they were polite, helpful, and spoke several languages. Their service created a warm, welcoming atmosphere during meals.
However, there were a few issues:
– drinking water was not included during lunch or dinner,
– coffee from the thermos is free, but proper espresso or cappuccino must be paid for,
– sunbeds on the beach are not included,
– parking is also extra,
– the pool is too deep for children,
– no entertainment or kids’ programs at all.
These things don’t match the “all inclusive” label, and it would be helpful to clearly mention them on booking websites.
Overall, we had a great vacation — the sea is close, the location is great, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Due to the drawbacks, we give it 4 out of 5. Thank you for your hospitality!
From the waiters, reception, cleaning ladies top notch. Overall experience was amazing, we appreciated a lot being here. For sure will return! Amazing for famillies with kids!
The rooms were very clean and well taken care of every day.
Breakfast was tasty and had everything I needed. Lunch and dinner were also very good, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to extend the lunch time by 15 minutes, just to make it a bit more relaxed. The sea view from most rooms is a wonderful bonus. I’d happily recommend this hotel to friends and would love to return in the future😊

Near Rimini beach and 5-10 min to Rimini train station by taxi.
The room had a very modern atmosphere, nice sea view, and clean! The cleaning lady was cleaning every day, and they changed the towels as well every day.
The food: very wide variety, and delicious, if you have food intolerance you are able to eat almost 60% of the foods which is served. Breakfast was buffet, lunch was buffet, and dinner was a la carte+buffet!!! so a looot :)
The staff: they were very kind, and helpful. Really 5* service
The hotel was few minutes walk from the beach, so really close, the beach was very clean. All inc. package included 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for our whole staying.
Also the parking was included in front of the hote.
