It’s a beautiful historical building in a beautiful setting. The room is very nice considering the age of the hotel: large, very high ceiling with views of the plaza. The décors are “old” (as they should be), but some areas were showing signs of neglect. The front desk staff was helpful, courteous and made us felt welcomed. Paid 50eur for a night and at this price i think the service was really good. The interior is quite old but everything worked well and the noise from the central square below is not a problem once you close the double glazed windows

Nice Hotel which is stucked in the past, can‘t remember when I had a „room key“. Great location as well, simply a good choice if you are in Rieti

Nice rooms, freshly renewed, wonderful view over the river and the city centre. Streets a bit loud in weekend evenings.

My husband and I visited this hotel Sept 2021 whilst doing the Via Francesco. The hotel had everything we needed. It was positioned very nicely overlooking the river and there wasn't far to go for the bars, cafe's and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very courteous, we enjoyed breakfast very much and there was plenty of choice.

Such a lovely hotel on the river bank of Rieti. The staff is friendly & sweet. The Hotel rooms are spacious & very clean specially during these covid-19 times. The neighbourhood is very scenic with lots of bars & good restaurants just located down the hotel. We loved our short stay at hotel Cavour & looking forward to return soon :)

Hotel Cavour is a "real" 4* Hotel with wide contemporary rooms that looks like having been recently refurbished. I have upgraded "on site" my room to a 3rd floor River-View one and did not regret the small price different. Clean and friendly place near the city center, just across tge river, nice view from the balcony, good breakfast with a choice of cereals, sweets old cold cuts, nothing amazing bur definitely good value for money (55€/night)

Rooms are recently renewed, nice and there's a wonderful view. Too much noise in weekend evenings, but we were advised about it and we could choose a different room when we booked.

We have stayed at the Cavour for the last 6 years usually 3-4 nights . Great hotel the staff is amazing. Federica has been most helpful over the years. The 2 men who serve breakfast make great eggs and the selection for breakfast is always good. We live 30 kms from Rieti and come to town for events and movies. The Cavour has always been able to find us a room. This is a prime location for the events...

Amazing place with a Royal feel to it. Very old noble-castle style. Service is great, food is really good. Super breakfast too. Amazing location in the forest. Loved it!

Very good experience here! Especially the restaurant was amazing! I forgot his name but the owner of the restaurant was very kind, treated me like his son. And of course he cooks they best! Lovely food! I was very happy to stay there for a couple of days. I was treated not as a guest but as a family member!

Don't let the haters in the other reviews scare you away. After a long day walking, a room with airco, a warm welcome and a clean bed is all you need. Room was clean and bright. Excellent value.

B and B very characteristic and well cared for, impeccable cleanliness, owner Mr. Paolo courteous and always present, breakfast with homemade products by Mrs. Mary of very good quality, honest prices in line with the market. Highly recommended

When you go to a BnB, which is not a historic residence or similar, cleanliness and friendliness are a must. In Mary's garden you can find them both

Great B & B to visit Rieti. In the center on the third floor with a panoramic view. The building where it is located absolutely does not convey the idea of ​​the rooms. Modern with large bathroom and very spacious shower. Fully equipped breakfast kitchen. Recommended.

When we entered the room, I in jest asked about the annual rate. In fact, I could happily live here. All is well thought out, well designed and newly renovated, not furnished from Ikea, very comfortable—good mattress. Ample breakfast room. And Bernadette has thought out COVID-19 issues.

Wow. Feels great inside, beautiful warm and welcoming. Newly built, great heating and hot water makes it very cozy, excellent location and above all kind and happy hosts. Highly recommended.

Beautiful building with very large rooms and adequate and spacious services. The managers are extremely kind and helpful, they prepared us an excellent breakfast, which gave us the energy to face the stage of the Way of St. Benedict. In the evening it was possible to have the dinner we ordered with home delivery in the lounge.

Amazing historical villa on the outskirts of Rieti with panoramic views. Probably the best place to stay in town. Meals are served on request but I'd prefer to eat elsewhere. Breakfast is very nice here. Bathrooms are very luxurious.

We are very close to Rieti, this house transformed into a B & B, a great surprise despite the location being a passageway, a quiet place at a modest expense given the August period. Excellent everything, very comfortable bedroom for 3 with en-suite bathroom, super-equipped kitchenette to cook and have breakfast like at home. The welcoming owners, very kind and hospitable. Very hospitable owner, full freedom with the keys even to the gate (I had to return late in the evening), rich breakfast, quiet and welcoming. Only the road is rough for a small stretch.
