Nice hotel, and probably perfect if you are a senior German citizen. If you don't speak German or have kids (god forbid) then the staff and guests will look at you like aliens. Rarely do you experience such a warm and uncomplicated treatment as a guest in an owner-managed hotel. When we asked what was worth seeing in the area, we were told with heart and soul what you can do and what is particularly worth seeing. Clean and well situated with two pools - inside and outside. Warm, helpful staff. The rooms were welcoming with dressing gowns, slippers and a mini bottle of prosecco provided as an added touch. And of course, stunning views from our balcony. :)

The landlady was very nice and accommodating. The holiday was a total success. However, the accommodation is quite high up in the village of Tirol, which you should know if you are not very good on foot. However, there is also a bus 🚌 so everything is fine.

The hotel is run by the Paler family, the owners. It's very clean. We had an apartment with a very large balcony and a beautiful view over the village of Tyrol and Meran. The rooms were nicely furnished and everything necessary was available. Due to the location at the upper end of the village of Tyrol, it is inevitable that after dinner you have to walk about 500 - 600 m down a relatively steep road...

Excellent if you want to spend a few days in peace, perfect location a few minutes walk from the center of Tyrol where you can admire the apple orchards of the area. Staff very friendly and attentive to customer needs. Good breakfast, indoor swimming pool accessible at all times without restrictions and comfortable rooms. If I had to visit the area again I think I would come back here for the kindness...

It is an old fashioned hotel. Nothing special. It has the minimum to offer, what I can expect from an accommodation. It was ok for that price (25 euro pp).

The single room had a nice balcony with a view to the mountains. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wonderful variety. The location is great for starting hiking as well as nearby the town center.

Simply a super family hotel, the location, the facilities and the service leave nothing to be desired. The food is great, be careful holiday belly danger. The hosts are very authentic and you quickly get a family feeling. During the day you can also meet the host family in the pool, which I find very nice. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay with the Prantl family. The hotel is very comfortable and lovingly furnished and the hospitality is very warm. We have been to the Oberegghof several times, because we really liked it there. The garden apartment has been beautifully modernized, the pool in the garden is great, the location with the view of the Passeier Valley and the church in Rifiano is unique and we also really liked the hospitality of Martin and his family.
