We have not been lucky with our room, spacious but ... with no air conditioning... Yet, the place is very nice, very well organised, excellent food, great service. So, if you ever need plan to visit and stay, make sure you ask for a room properly equipped.

Stay at the fuerstenhof for a week with 55 school kids, couldn't of been happier with the service and the rooms, the staff were helpful especially with kids with alergys, food was lovely, lots of pasta,ravioli,salads,and the kids fav was the chicken, pizza and chips. We’ve just had a really lovely couple of days in this hotel. We were welcomed by a really nice gentleman called Peter who showed us to our room. He made us feel very welcome. Decor is gorgeous and views are to die for. So many lovely little touches that made us feel very special. Our two boys loved the pool and slide and the kids area. Thank you so much.

Incredibly warm staff. Great view. Pool and spa area super nice. The food was not much in the evening but of the best quality. Breakfast has great variety and was a treat. You could borrow hiking maps, rucksacks and hiking sticks. Perfectly central in Schenna, everything is easy to reach and yet quiet on the sunbathing lawn without noise. Clean, cozy and well-kept ambience.

Nice resort with all the facilities you need. Great view to the mountain. Dinner varieties were marvelous, same with breakfast. Nothing to complain. Staff needs to be trained in term of language, at least they speak Italian and German. Cleanliness in the room (bathroom included) needs to be improved. Hospitality at its best.
