The apartment room was very spacious, clean and had great air conditioning (we visited during summer period). The villa in general is a huge place, including a pool, private parking and has great views around it. The staff was very responsive, informative and helpful in general. They helped us book wine tasting tours and made great restaurant recommendations. If we return to Tuscany we will for sure...

There were no instructions for later rival and we were very stressed out by this. It would have been nice to receive an email beforehand in case this ended up to be the situation. If it hadn't been for a taxi driver dropping someone off late and showing us where the keys were, we would have been in a world of hurt. The apartment was nice but poorly furnished as there was no coffee pot or even salt...

The setting here is beautiful! It may have been our favorite hotel in Italy. The pool is refreshing and restaurant excellent. The staff was so kind and friendly. Anything we needed they were happy to help. Rooms were updated and very clean. Only advice: bring mosquito repellent!

Beautiful, charming hotel surrounded by mountains, countryside and picturesque little villages. The rooms are spacious, open floor concept, with high ceilings, and a fully functioning kitchen. Large refrigerator, helps you save money by going shopping at the local markets with plenty of space for storage. Nice, clean, quiet and very spacious in the family room. Lovely views by the pool. Tasty food in restaurant, good prices. Would love to come back. Only stayed for quick stop going south but sure it's a good place to stop longer to explore the area.

This is a very beautiful and calm place, and we had a fully enjoyable holiday. Huge garden full of colorful flowers, olive trees... The whole atmosphere gave us the pure Tuscany feeling. Hosts are very polite, food is good and fresh. We had good and cheap connection to Florence by train, and we were able to visit many cities in Tuscany. It was one of our best experiences in Italy.

What a beautiful haven. We enjoyed all the hustle and bustle of the busy Florence but was grateful to come home to this tranquil B&B. We (couple + 2 kids) stayed one night mud July on our way from Switzerland to Napoli. We looked a quiet place outside Firenze not far from the highway exists. The location from this standpoint was just perfect. The setting was perfect and the breakfast was great. We also had a opportunity to see the cellar and taste the wines. The staff was super helpful and friendly - even though they did not know about our booking on arrival.

ELISA at the reception very kind good at her job .. very helpful in all the clarifications of the case .. cleaning girl very friendly and good ... only flaw the rule on dogs ... that I was done also present in a bad way by a lady of the staff ... dogs can NOT be alone in the apartment or cmq alone .. what is strange x who accepts animals in the structures .. and difficult to respect...

Lovely location amongst olive trees and vines. Close to facilities of nearby town and easy access to Florence via train station there. As a family of 5 it felt very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and separate dining room. Excellent farm 15 km. From Florence, in a strategic position to visit the area. 3 bedrooms + an apartment. very quiet on the hill between olive trees and vineyards. Really excellent cuisine, very fine, of great value. Small pool for hot days. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams and cakes. The whole family that runs the farm is really helpful and discreet.

This place is absolutely amazing. If you want to experience a true Tuscan experience this is the place to go. Nice quiet getaway. Love it

A real earthly paradise in the middle of the Tuscan hills. Great place to relax in the middle of nature and, in case, be in the center of Florence in just 30 minutes. Super recommended!

Nice place, but not very close to anything. You are in the Tuscan Hills, so expect to drive everywhere. They are a bit fee happy, Rebecca made beautiful breakfast's every morning.

Cooking class is outstanding and lots of fun. Made pizza and pasta then enjoyed all of the food + much more than we didn’t prepare. Lots of wine and sangria was also included and we also enjoyed relaxing with live piano music.

Beautiful bed and breakfast with a wonderful host! The location is very nice and the house feels like it is out in the countryside. Breakfast was amazing each day, so delicious! We were also fortunate enough to take the cooking classes which were a highlight on our trip! Highly recommend!!

Teodoro and Sara are very nice and kind. We stayed with them for two nights and we really enjoyed it. Large room and excellent use of the kitchen. We hope to return.

Alessandro was a great guest and made us feel very welcome. He's great! The fattoria is really beautiful and the apartment is very spacious. Only disadvantage is the noise from the railway and highway nearby.

This is a beautiful place to stay with lots of great views of the rolling hills and vineyards. The service is amazing and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The pool was really nice and the place overall was very clean and I recommend it if you want a quiet place to get away and drink some wine.

Great place, well maintained, ckean. Beautiful area and pool. Quality bed linnens and towels. Owners are very nice. Kitchen is very well equipped, there is a dish washer and oven. Perfect! As suggestion, we'd also put mosquito nets at the windows or above beds. And offer washing machine usage (for a fee). Only disadvantages is that you can hear the train and trucks unloading every now and then. Toilets...

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very large and it was nice to have the extra room for our small child. The pool was very clean and refreshing on the warm days. The stay also included a free wine and olive oil tasting. The owner Simone was very nice and helped us getting settled in quickly upon arrival.

This has to be our favorite of places to stay. In 7 weeks this was number 1 please don't miss the wine tasting at this great winery. Would have gladly stayed additional days. First class people.
