Alessandro was a great guest and made us feel very welcome. He's great! The fattoria is really beautiful and the apartment is very spacious. Only disadvantage is the noise from the railway and highway nearby.

I have tried 3 different hotels in Tuscany.. it is the best hotel that I have been booked, good service, clean and nice people work on it. This is a beautiful place to stay with lots of great views of the rolling hills and vineyards. The service is amazing and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The pool was really nice and the place overall was very clean and I recommend it if you want a quiet place to get away and drink some wine.

Great place, well maintained, ckean. Beautiful area and pool. Quality bed linnens and towels. Owners are very nice. Kitchen is very well equipped, there is a dish washer and oven. Perfect! As suggestion, we'd also put mosquito nets at the windows or above beds. And offer washing machine usage (for a fee). Only disadvantages is that you can hear the train and trucks unloading every now and then. Toilets...

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very large and it was nice to have the extra room for our small child. The pool was very clean and refreshing on the warm days. The stay also included a free wine and olive oil tasting. The owner Simone was very nice and helped us getting settled in quickly upon arrival.

This has to be our favorite of places to stay. In 7 weeks this was number 1 please don't miss the wine tasting at this great winery. Would have gladly stayed additional days. First class people.

The room is very good, the view outside the window is beautiful, the breakfast is not very varied but fully qualified, the staff is friendly. There are plenty of parking spaces and it feels like home. The self-driving experience in Tuscany is very good.

A small hotel in the Tuscan countryside. The front desk was very nice. They helped me prepare dinner when I arrived late. The price was right and it turned out to be one of the best meals in Italy. Hahaha

The setting was perfect and the breakfast was great. We also had a opportunity to see the cellar and taste the wines. The staff was super helpful and friendly - even though they did not know about our booking on arrival.

ELISA at the reception very kind good at her job .. very helpful in all the clarifications of the case .. cleaning girl very friendly and good ... only flaw the rule on dogs ... that I was done also present in a bad way by a lady of the staff ... dogs can NOT be alone in the apartment or cmq alone .. what is strange x who accepts animals in the structures .. and difficult to respect...

Just a fantastic place to spend your vacation and unwind. In a word Great.

Cooking class is outstanding and lots of fun. Made pizza and pasta then enjoyed all of the food + much more than we didn’t prepare. Lots of wine and sangria was also included and we also enjoyed relaxing with live piano music.

Beautiful property with a large shared pool in a beautiful typically Tuscan setting. Wonderful host who shared her local knowledge and made reservations for us, told us where to park in Florence etc. Loved the vending machines by the pool offering ice creams, beers, cold drinks.

We've only had 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and had to buy more. Had to buy soap, dish washing soap, and some other nessecities. The location is amazing 😻 We stayed for 1 night there. The staff are amazing, the ambiance was great, room was so nice, but they have a problem with pest control, mosquitos everywhere around the hotel, the menu is limited and doesn’t suits Muslims, also some guests are too noisy in the night.

This is a very relaxing and beautiful place very close to Florence. Our Room was very nice and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool. The agriturismo is very well kept, with a nice pool and the possibility to join dinner in the evenings is very handy when you have young children. Great location, about 45 minutes from Florence. Daniele and his family are great hosts, very warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend a stay with them!

Nice but the then neighbors.. Let's say visitors never allowed us to eat in peace they were Chinese precisely.... They took away a lot of breakfast meant for visitors in the name of being in a hurry.... management needs to be upgraded

No idea why this hotel is rated 4-star. Room is okay, but the bathroom need major improvement. Overall pretty average but worth the value. I'd give a 3/5. 🙂

Lovely breakfast, very accommodating. Beautiful surroundings. Secure, underground parking. After a terrible trip with several re-routed planes we arrived at Hotel Moderno at 1:30am. What a marvelous ten days spent in this most splendid villa!! The accommodations were the best! The grounds were immaculate and comfortable. The pool was awesome! Watching the beautiful peacocks stroll along the grounds was a delight. The staff was more than I ever imagined. Olive grove on the grounds as well as a vineyard. We loved everything about our stay in Casignano. Maurizio and Tina were incredible hosts. They picked us up and dropped us up where we needed at no additional cost. They provided an amazing breakfast and were incredible people who made you feel at home and like family. The view and location was 10/10. So quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Great place to stay near Florence. Great hosts

It's very close to the railway station, though a bit uphills. We really liked the cleanliness and the quality of the rooms. The garden with sets of tables and chairs was very lovely. The place seems to host occasionally art exhibitions, the creative atmosphere is in the air.

A relaxing place to stay! The grounds were beautiful and staff was great. I would say that having a car is important if you plan on using this as your home base to explore Tuscany. Breakfast was wonderful and the fact that this is adults only makes the property feel more tranquil than it would be otherwise.

We were here many times. Tranquill, peaceful place with atmosphere. Car highly recomended, because it is far away from main road. Owner is a very nice and helpful lady. If you like calm, picturesque places, you will be amazed.

The view is astonishing and to get there is kind of an adventure, but it is definitely worth. Surrounded by the silence in nature are cozy apartments with all the essentials. Also for big families or group of friends.

Delicious. Paradise on earth, super location, nice apartment, but warm, but it is also extremely hot in Tuscany at the moment. A great choice for families, great value for money. The breakfast was average, and the service was warm, attentive, and attentive. The kids and adults loved it, too. I'd definitely stay here again. It's a bit far from the city, so I recommend it to those traveling by car.
