Nice but the then neighbors.. Let's say visitors never allowed us to eat in peace they were Chinese precisely.... They took away a lot of breakfast meant for visitors in the name of being in a hurry.... management needs to be upgraded

No idea why this hotel is rated 4-star. Room is okay, but the bathroom need major improvement. Overall pretty average but worth the value. I'd give a 3/5. 🙂

Lovely breakfast, very accommodating. Beautiful surroundings. Secure, underground parking. After a terrible trip with several re-routed planes we arrived at Hotel Moderno at 1:30am. Our room was ready. Showers were hot. Slept like a prince. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Great breakfast.

the service of the employees is very welcoming,the rooms very comfortable and above all very clean.The lobby very welcoming and the decor very modern as the hotel :)

Nice house, nice view. The kitchen is very well equipped with a pizza oven, gas stove and refrigerator. Only the wifi is not that fast

I have been there with my whole family - 8 adults and 2 kids - and we all loved the house! It’s in the middle of nowhere, so it’s very silent and relaxing. The pool is amazing and we used the week there to chill and relax, cook our own food and hang out at the pool. The owners are very friendly, helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back!

Location is not so far away from the city. But you'll need a car to drive up there. But it's totally worth it. The Villa is surrounded by vineyards. Great place, suitable for all, families, couples etc. You need a car, but with it being close to train station you get with ease to and from Florence. Lovely apartments in the hills of Sieci. The apartments are very well equipped and offer the luxury of your own home with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and a big fridge. The property has great outdoor space with and a beautiful pool between wine yards. The proximity to Florence which can be reached by train in only 20 minutes is great. I stayed in the pink room as a pilgrim and had my own bathroom. It was very pleasant there. I was able to wash my laundry there and let it dry on the balcony. The landlady also helped me with overnight stays for the next day and tips for dinner. Many Thanks

My husband and I stayed here September just for one night while doing the Camino di Francesco. Nice quiet room with nautical theme. We had access to a lovely little solarium which was great for drying our washing, also tea and coffee. Breakfast was lovely, lovely stay overall.

It's very close to the railway station, though a bit uphills. We really liked the cleanliness and the quality of the rooms. The garden with sets of tables and chairs was very lovely. The place seems to host occasionally art exhibitions, the creative atmosphere is in the air.

Very nice place, the tuscan cuisine is made more refined. Suitable for romantic dinners, but also in the company of good friends. Excellent wines.

Price/quality ratio is slightly unequal to the detriment of the diners. Definitely a local that "works", and judging also from the prices required in an alley in Pontassieve for dishes that do not upset the taste.

Spectacular food, beautiful atmosphere, is around € 40 per person but the quality is high... I do Not give 5 stars (well deserved anyway) why don't you create a complicity between the customer and the service... HOWEVER the SERVICE is IMPECCABLE but too serious

Lovely location amongst olive trees and vines. Close to facilities of nearby town and easy access to Florence via train station there. As a family of 5 it felt very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and separate dining room. We were under the impression it was a working agriculturismo - that's no longer the case, which wasn't an issue for us but I mention in case...

Excellent farm 15 km. From Florence, in a strategic position to visit the area. 3 bedrooms + an apartment. very quiet on the hill between olive trees and vineyards. Really excellent cuisine, very fine, of great value. Small pool for hot days. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams and cakes. The whole family that runs the farm is really helpful and discreet.

This place is absolutely amazing. If you want to experience a true Tuscan experience this is the place to go. Nice quiet getaway. Love it

Me and my family, two children, husband and dog, we arrived on Friday and stayed here for two nights, tomorrow we leave. A very very nice hotel, wonderful atmosphere, clean, beautiful and original rooms. Everything speaks of art and love, the super nice owners !!! Great price and high quality. I just have to thank .... It's more of a bed & breakfast than a hotel and it's delightful. One has the sensation of sleeping in the children's room. Spotlessly clean. The station is very close and allows you to reach the center of Florence in half an hour. The owner is very kind and will be able to give you information for every need. Absolutely recommended.

I have to say that I have found a truly original and welcoming, and given that I went to this place for health reasons, and this fact has been really positive. The room in which I stayed was very nice with a good view of the relaxing green of the large bathroom and bidet. Peronale friendly and the daily cleaning. The environment simple but pleasant and comfortable, excellent price/quality ratio. The room was large, bright and furnished in a creative, thorough cleaning. The managers have an ecological spirit and to prove it. This hotel has a lot of personality and is sure to visit.

Perfect location for a short hop in to Florence on the train. The rooms are very large, very comfortable and the entire property is beautifully appointed. Breakfast was an absolute joy. Stefano is the perfect host - interested, discreet, helpful and a very interesting person in his own right!
