Nice but the then neighbors.. Let's say visitors never allowed us to eat in peace they were Chinese precisely.... They took away a lot of breakfast meant for visitors in the name of being in a hurry.... management needs to be upgraded

No idea why this hotel is rated 4-star. Room is okay, but the bathroom need major improvement. Overall pretty average but worth the value. I'd give a 3/5. 🙂

Lovely breakfast, very accommodating. Beautiful surroundings. Secure, underground parking. After a terrible trip with several re-routed planes we arrived at Hotel Moderno at 1:30am. Our room was ready. Showers were hot. Slept like a prince. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Great breakfast.

the service of the employees is very welcoming,the rooms very comfortable and above all very clean.The lobby very welcoming and the decor very modern as the hotel :)

It's very close to the railway station, though a bit uphills. We really liked the cleanliness and the quality of the rooms. The garden with sets of tables and chairs was very lovely. The place seems to host occasionally art exhibitions, the creative atmosphere is in the air.

Good experience for me as this was my first time staying in a well preserved 800-year house. The house was decorated in vintage. Just look at the pictures I posted and you find the host was thoughtful in selecting pictures and decorative items to create the atmosphere. We didn’t try the swimming pool but the pool looks very nice. The house surrounding is really big enough for family fun.

Excellent solution for those wishing to stay in the countryside a few minutes by car from Florence: in addition, we were able to try the excellent wine and excellent oil produced on site. A special thanks to Leonardo for the welcome and kindness shown towards us.

The hosts made us feel we were part of their family. If you like being away from the rush and chaos of a city and don't mind driving (Barbara will show you a place where you can park for free and catch a bus to the center), this is an amazing place. At first we thought we were too far and the driving and parking would be a hassle, but it turned out we liked this little place more than Florence...

Absolutely stunning location. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. The hosts were both warm and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional! We loved everything about our stay in Casignano. Maurizio and Tina were incredible hosts. They picked us up and dropped us up where we needed at no additional cost. They provided an amazing breakfast and were incredible people who made you feel at home and like family. The view and location was 10/10. So quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Nice host that was happy to answer our questions. Uncomplicated checkin and good (sweet) breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean, albeit strongly perfumed (we put the perfumer into the cupboard, which reduced the fragrance to enjoyable). We were here many times. Tranquill, peaceful place with atmosphere. Car highly recomended, because it is far away from main road. Owner is a very nice and helpful lady. If you like calm, picturesque places, you will be amazed.

The view is astonishing and to get there is kind of an adventure, but it is definitely worth. Surrounded by the silence in nature are cozy apartments with all the essentials. Also for big families or group of friends.

The location is amazing 😻 We stayed for 1 night there. The staff are amazing, the ambiance was great, room was so nice, but they have a problem with pest control, mosquitos everywhere around the hotel, the menu is limited and doesn’t suits Muslims, also some guests are too noisy in the night.

We really liked the employees and the property is beautiful, our only complaint is we are from Miami and during some cold nights we were told they could not make the rooms any warmer due to laws in Italy to save on energy. We stayed in many places around Italy for almost a full month and never had an issue in any other location.

A hotel lodge on the up. The owner / manager was pedantic, sweating all the small stuff. This however had its benefits too, well attention staff and a lovely accommodation overall. The food and kitchen staff were outstanding, meeting our vegan needs in stride. Great real estate, incredible vistas.
