We stayed here for three days and we had a great time. The staff was very friendly. Near the boulevard and a couple of minutes from the sea. Enough cafes and restaurants nearby. City Centre is 15 minutes walk

Very bad hotel. There are never any plates or food for breakfast. They take a long time to bring drinks. The hotel owner and staff are always rude. I do not recommend going here.

The owner tried to hold my passport until checkout rather than taking the information and giving it back. When I refused to let him keep it overnight, he kicked me out even though I had a reservation. I called the police and they told him he couldn’t take my passport overnight. He’d already been aggressive so I didn’t feel safe there. I decided it was better to just lose the money for the reservation and just stay somewhere else.

I was in Hotel Villa Caterina in Rimini for a few nights and the service was absolutely great. We booked an additional night very short termed on a busy weekend and the host as well as the receiptionist worked very hard to make that happen for us!
The location of the Hotel really is great, as you can reach many destinations on foot and neither the bus nor metro station are far, which means that routes within the city are very easily accessible.
Overall everyone was very kind and provided us with some local information about good restaurants and beaches. The staff was open to questions and made sure we had an enjoyable experience! The rooms were clean and the price performance ratio was great.
I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely shameless staff. Be prepared to be insulted and humiliated by the rude and aggressive manager the moment you enter the hotel. Well this may not be the case if you are willing to pay extra money for services that you have already paid for. Eg breakfast and air conditioner. Yes even after paying for breakfast extra, he will deny you buffet and ask for 7€ extra per person. Same is the case with air conditioner. He mentioned air conditioner as facility in room but will only give you remote once you have paid him 8€ extra. He is not even ready to put this extra amount in his listing which is misleading the customers.
And o my in case you politely ask him, he will chew you off aggressively and make sure that you are insulted.

absolutely horrible experience. All staff members lie about their facilities and reservation packages.The owner behaves very rudely and gets aggressive even on asking for a coffee (paid ofcourse) because as per him he shouldn’t be directly approached he thinks himself to be some king of his small horrible empire (hotel) built on lies. Even after paying for breakfast while booking be prepared to pay 7€ per person addition for breakfast because its the owner policy. otherwise you will be denied breakfast humiliated and insulted

Absolutely worthless. The staff and the owner are rude and will put in all efforts to blame on you for everything. Please note that even if you book a AC room you will have to pay extra 8€ for remote control and even if you include your breakfast while booking online the manager will not listen anything and will ask for 7€ extra per person for breakfast. Staff knows nothing and calls manager for every small query and then the manager will shout on you that he is being called for small things. Most welcome to book if you want to get insulted.
