Staff was very nice! Check-in was super easy by whats app! Besides the fact that the hotel offers bicycles for free, we wanted to bring our own and they were fantastic finding a place in our room to put them

Enjoyed an evening at the spa and it was beyond my expectations! The staff is super professional and the place is beautiful and well kept. You can enjoy hot tubs, a steam room, sauna, a salt room and pools

We had to fill in a questionnaire the night before selecting the breakfast of our choice, avoiding any extra contact or buffet, which was really good

The aperitivo by the pool was a particularly nice touch. My partner and I also got massages. A special mention to Lois who did a fantastic Ayurvedic massage! Highly recommended

A very nice family hotel with excellent cuisine and polite, attentive staff. The rooms are small, but cozy and clean, with large balconies where you can spend an evening with a glass of Italian wine

Very friendly staff! Clean rooms, daily cleaning, delicious breakfasts, even when there were early departures for excursions, you could always eat the freshest croissant in the morning! Very atmospheric!

A very cozy family hotel, the staff will always help and advise. They always asked if we were satisfied with everything and if we were full. The rooms were always clean and very comfortable

We went for the weekend to relax the room was clean and quiet and the reception was very nice and helpful, you have a swimming pool and sauna and breakfast until 11 am and staff in the dining room are so sweet and friendly we enjoyed our time in the hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It has a lovely fully functional and neat spa area. Sauna with prior reservation gives you the privacy you need. The sauna area has a hot and cold water dispenser for tisane

The pool is warm and big enough for a family. During the month of foggy November I never felt cold there. The hotel provided a bathrobe for free on request. The pool can be used from 9AM to 8PM daily

Sauna from 5 PM but always make a reservation first and needs a reminder again before leaving the room so it gets heated up. Once in 4 days of my stay I had to wait for 30 mins till it got heated up

However I always felt kind of confused about what the hotel offered, how to find it, where to find it, what cost associated was, and overall it made things more difficult than they should be

Our room did not have any soap or bath products beyond a combined hair and body wash. The staff is very kind and helpful so that's definitely a positive to keep in mind

Thanks to everyone at the reception who took good care of us! Our room was beautiful, the bed was really comfy and the view from the balcony was stunning. The room service was without blemish and always did good work

My girlfriend and I visited this hotel from August 2nd - August 9th. We had a very good experience. The hotel is easy to reach with available (free) parking spaces that are always under video surveillance

Hotel is in process of refurbishment, it looks very cute and stylish. Breakfast is great, it has basically all what is needed including fruits. Rooms are comfortable, beds also

Deluxe room is comfortable and clean but very small. But a waiter in restaurant say to me that I can't take two tea bags from restaurant. I really like this tea but I didn't see it in a supermarket

So if you pay around 100 euro per night I don't think it's something wrong to take away only two tea bags that you like. I don't think that she needs to reprimand me

I stayed at this hotel in the year 2012. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony, and there was a good supermarket and restaurant near the hotel.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very good breakfast. All the towels and sheets are changed daily.

Good hotel to stay in for a moment, the room was clean and tidy, only problem was the walls and ceiling, which was damaged by water and unpleasant to look at and possibly moldy.

very good place, conveniently situated. quiet nights, good breakfast (it's corona-time, remember!). we love the beach and the view from the balcony as well. the beds are quite hard and make some noises

So Breakfast did not differ in range and amount, except that the coffee here was so-so in taste, the lobby looks decent, all in marble, well, the room and the view was not good, of course

Out, people walking everywhere, beautiful, everything lights up, ate, and walked to the hotel. Parking is not very good-along the same promenade street, and it is stimulating to find place easy

Good resort with a very kind receptionist (Lina). The room was clean a part some ashes near the bed. The room has everything but is quite old: old couch, ruined bed side tables, etc

I think is a good place to stay for a couple of days (or a week) if you are not looking for a 4stars standard hotel

I recommend this residence for everyone who wants to travel to rimini.. The staffs are nice not to talk about the breakfast (buffet delicious). I was also satisfy with their rooms so they deserve 5 star👍👍👍

Just loved the place! Stayed for a week with my family. Had a big room with 2 balconies and seaside view. Great breakfast and a very pleasant staff. Would love to come back for another stay.

Rooms are quite spacious and modern, ours even had a small built-in kitchen. All in all, this hotel is a great place to stay

Not a big fan of music in a tiny elevator. Echoing sound makes it more cloustroPhobic. Please allow to control my own video source plugged in to your TV set. Remote was blocked do we could just change the channel

Very friendly staff who tries their best to speak english, near the beach, quite at night, climat works fast, room was small but it worked nicely. Not the newest and the shower smelled a bit wierd on the first day

The staff are really friendly and helpful and the service is brilliant. The breakfast selection is amazing. It is conveniently located, just a few minutes walk to the supermarket, beach, and bus stop into Rimini

Close to the beac, (un)fortunately far away from center of Rimini but you can take bus or bike from hotel and little less turists in this area

Quite far from the city centre but bus 11 available from the stop next to the hotel and also bicycles available for a trip

Breakfast is good but one would expect proper orange juice instead of the articial stuff served. One would also expect a complimentary bottle of water, some international tv channels. the carpark view is pretty ugly

Difficult to judge, beautiful building let down by very average rooms, even if the bathrooms are nice. The entrance doesnt do the hotel justice. Location is great and the beach very nice with an excellent buffet

if your a light sleeper good luck as iv slept much better at home that’s for sure. staff are great and very helpful

My room also lacked a writing desk with stationary, which I think is an important feature. Other than that, the hotel is immaculate in cleanliness, very well located, near to shops that you can reach by foot in 15 mins

One of the best hotels in Rimini. Spa is decent and service is ok. Rooms are a little small and beds are not that confortable. Beware of parking under the trees! There are a lot of birds!

We arrived in Milton Sunday at 10:30 and although check in was supposed to happen at 14:00, we settled an hour later, at 11:30. The room was not large but comfortable. Clean, good bed, among 200 channels - 3 Russian

I love this place! My room was well designed and served, the restaurant offered genuine quality dishes and a pleasant atmosphere, breakfast in the garden is a great start for the day. The personnel is nice and helpful

Clean and nice room, with everything you need. The breakfast was amazing, the staff also really nice, polite and there if you needed it. A plus: you are just next to the famous Grand Hotel from Fellini's movie.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in July 2019. This is a very nice hotel, extremely clean and rooms are nice. Breakfast is excellent - a big variety of food to choose, excellent quality and extremely fresh

Matilda and Ramona made sure that everything in the restaurant was excellent. At this moment I do not remember the name of the guy in the front desk (night shift)

Italians speaking English in Rimini is really rare but I expect this in a hotel with tourists. There was one woman at the reception who wasn't friendly and it seemed like she was annoyed with every question we asked

She responded one time with 'that is none of your business', while we were asking about the prices of the massages. As a customer , you are allowed to ask these questions

Very cramped showers - I'm a girl 44 size barely fit! Great restaurant, beautiful and cozy atmosphere of the hotel, the lobby, the press, the staff greetings to go out and responsive, the problems with cleaning were not all worked

great location in the midst of rimini beach. good family rooms, nice beach club in front. rimini promenade has been completely redone and is car free

It’s really amazing at Savoia Rímini. Starting with the people, who are very kind, the room is fantastic and spacious. I was afraid on the first night when we heard some noise from outside, but it disappeared by 11:00

The hotel is good but there are drawbacks: dirty window in the room. It is a pity that the pool is open only to three.
