This is a really nice hotel! The location is beach front at beach 149. It has good service, a nice spa, pool area and a really good bar. The food in the hotel restaurant is ok. Great breakfast though! Right outside is both free parking and one of the best pizzerias we found in Rimini! I recommend this place and it is worth a stay!

Enjoyed an evening at the spa and it was beyond my expectations! The staff is super professional and the place is beautiful and well kept. You can enjoy hot tubs, a steam room, sauna, a salt room and pools. The aperitivo by the pool was a particularly nice touch. My partner and I also got massages. We had an amazing experience staying at Le Rose Suite Hotel for a holiday. We’ve got a big room with two balconies, one of them with a table and chairs. There was also a small well equipped kitchen with a real refrigerator in the room. Super useful. The swimming pool is heated and was renovated recently (by the way, we loved the playlist). Clean, homey, reasonable value - been coming here for 12 years and rooms need a make over. Wi-Fi often terrible so don't come here if you need to get work done. The elevator was probably programmed in the 1950s and it's intelligence consists of "last button pressed." The last two comments probably apply to every Italian Hotel. Nothing to complain about for the cheap price. The hotel is close to the sea, provides a great buffet for breakfast which you can enjoy with a view on the sea and has bikes that you can rent free of charge. Rooms are quite spacious and modern, ours even had a small built-in kitchen. All in all, this hotel is a great place to stay.

Good resort with a very kind receptionist (Lina). The room was clean a part some ashes near the bed. The room has everything but is quite old: old couch, ruined bed side tables, etc. I think is a good place to stay for a couple of days (or a week) if you are not looking for a 4stars standard hotel.

Excellent hotel and great location. I come every year from Russia. What the local expert squeaked there is unclear. If someone left the bar, then the owner himself will serve you as it should be. I recommend. You will not regret. And as for small rooms, then you need to go to the Grand Hotel. Only the price will be three times more.

This hotel is very well managed and clean. It has perfect ocean views and is perfectly located near the shopping street. The food at the restaurant is always good and the rooms are clean and good well maintained. There is a small swimming pool and jacuzzi, which is perfect after a long day at the beach (only 10-20 meters away).

With this hotel we got a mixed feeling. Overall, after 8 nights in the suite with my wife and baby I would rather look for other option next time. On positives first. It's super cheap, we booked via Airbnb, and it's a small room, equipped with kitchen. Nothing fancy, but it's comfortable, clean, there is a small but functional balcony, it's very well located (200 m from the beach) and the manager, Sergio is friendly, although he can't speak English (but his Russian is very good 😎). We had a parking space for our motorbike, so we were good....it's a perfect Basecamp...

Hotel by the sea, beautiful and large deluxe room for 2 with terrace and breathtaking view. The hotel is very large consisting of 2 structures. The good and plentiful breakfast and all the waiters are very kind. The only flaw is in the daily cleaning of the rooms which was not the best found even with other customers. The free bike rental service is excellent.

I enjoyed a two week stay at the hotel. The staff is very accommodating, and the evening meals are always spectacular, both in quality and presentation! Their private beach area also includes outdoor dining. Rooms are ample size for beachfront hotel, and are well serviced by housekeeping staff. Free use of bicycles is a plus to move about the area.

After 25 years I returned to the hotel and I felt at home as I did then ... What about all of them. , wonderful people and always available. The place is very well located in a nice historical building. Beach is very close, nearby there is a Conad for quick groceries and bus to center. Breakfast is various and tasty! Breakfast poor. Restaurant = canteen. Food variety 4,5 out of 10. No vegetables. Coffee from machine, milk from powder. Room#102 on the first floor = 7 points out of 10. All sounds are heard from outside and from above neighbours. Cleaning daily. 10 points. Air conditioner in the room 10points. WiFi in the room very poor or no connection.

Cost-effective, nice staff, good amenities, and a very good breakfast, all at a very convenient price. The location is almost ideal. The building itself is a classic, beautiful Rimini hotel from a hundred years ago, resembling its bigger brothers such as the Grand Hotel, which is nearby. My 9-year old enjoyed the small swimming pool a lot.

This hotel is super cool! I have stayed in 3 hotels in Rimini so far and this is the best. Right now I am staying in a Brenta Hotel which is awful *it's next to this one* and the propreitor of this hotel has let me work here because wi-fi in my hotel is awful.
