This hotel is beautiful, and the staff are so welcoming and obliging. We cannot fault it at all. The hotel isn't too big so you really get the personal touch. Hotel Cristallo is not a very large hotel, but it does not need to be. The friendliness of the staff is amazing. They are ready to help and do it with a smile and patience. Breakfast is gorgeous. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.

My husband and I booked two nights at the end of April, using two gift boxes received; the hotel welcomed us really well, assigning us a room with a postcard sea view! In fact, the location of the property is right in front of the beach, in the front row. The environment is welcoming and the breakfast is tasty, as well as having the precious possibility of free parking. Recommended hotel!

Excellent hotel and great location. I come every year from Russia. What the local expert squeaked there is unclear. If someone left the bar, then the owner himself will serve you as it should be. This hotel is very well managed and clean. It has perfect ocean views and is perfectly located near the shopping street. The food at the restaurant is always good and the rooms are clean and good well maintained. It was great vacation mostly I had. I spent quite well time in Rimini. But there was a problem, I run away from construction work but unlikely there was a construction work outside of the hostel. If you don't mind it like me. I refer you here for great friendship you may get.

Stayed here with my daughter on our interrail trip around Europe. The staff very helpful, the room cozy, maybe a little worn out, but still clean and the overall atmosphere very cool and friendly. Sunflower City Hostel has very friendly and dedicated staff. The location is top, especially regarding the train station, the beach and the city centre.The building and the rooms are not the newest, but in an acceptable condition. The price for an overnight stay is good.

Close to the beach, each apartment is very comfortable and clean, the staff are exquisitely helpful and kind. We went there on holiday with a one-year-old baby and we had everything we needed, from a microwave oven to the fantastic swimming pool (in case of cloudy weather). Definitely recommended.

Large and spacious rooms, a little old hob definitely to be renovated. Not very clean but despite everything comfortable, both for proximity to the sea and for the apartment itself.

The place is definitely good, but there are some serious issues: reception is often not available even during the hours it should; staff is friendly, but if you don't remind about your request as they can forget; and the worst - you cannot check in without paying the full sum for your staying, not pre-authorize, but pay.

A clean and friendly hotel, but with some drawbacks: 1. I always review the photos and details before booking a hotel. I reserved a deluxe room, expecting it to resemble what was shown online, but the actual room was significantly different. 2. There was no reception on-site; we had to check in at a neighboring hotel. 3. The breakfast offering was very basic and underwhelming.
