Very friendly Hotel. Excellent quality / price ratio. The room great . We dined very well with the quality of fish excellent. Only drawback is the swimming pool. There is the floor and being all deep and is not accessible to those who do not know how to swim.

4 star Hotel, but 4 stars is not much left.. maybe it was..but in the eighties..the time seems to be stopped.. I can only find foreign workers.. rooms are certainly not fragrant.. and could greatly improve the cleanliness of the rooms, the bed uncomfortable.

The strategic position of Ciuscia makes the stay in Sicily really pleasant; outside the terrace of the rooms the landscape is completely green and you can perfectly see the castle of Calatabiano opposite. The lady was very nice from the first moment. In the morning we saw her smiling and making really good cakes. Cleanliness is the basis of your bed & breakfast. Located at the beginning of the village, the view is wonderful. You can see the castle of Calatabiano. Highly recommended. Nothing to say.

Very good hotel. Nice variety for breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruits, bread, yogurt, barista coffee. Staff is very helpful and friendly, we got great advice for local activities. Free parking. Highly recommend.

It is very convenient hotel if you want to be close to Etna park.

It does not feel like a 5 star hotel, because it is quite dated. But the location is beautiful, the pool is great and we also enjoyed the spa - which was included in our rate; 35€ for it is too much in my opinion. It was such a great hotel I was pleasantly surprised for the price. The staff was nice and kind, the food was amazing and the view on Etna was 11/10. We saw Etna errupting. Also the options for vegetarian and gluten free food was great. In summary I recommend this hotel for everyone. Also for families with children there was a nice child play area.

A nice resort hotel set on the beach. Our room was clean and tidy and although the bathroom was on the smaller side it was perfectly fine for the two of us. The breakfast was great with plenty of options and the staff were all friendly

I stayed there for a week with my family. The resort had better days but now you quickly notice the age of it and also perhaps not a perfect maintenance program. We stayed in a family suite. Giardini Naxos is a wonderful area. The St. Alphio Garden Hotel is phenomenal. The service was great. The location was fantastic. The pool was beautiful and well kept. They offer a nice buffet breakfast. The mattress was a little hard, but as soon as I asked, they offered me a topper that made it work. There are restaurants within a 5 minute walk. If you stay here, be SURE to dine at La Spelonca....

A beautiful hotel almost by the beach and with a great pool. Very nice breakfast snd a very nice staff. Always smiling and polite👍. More like a congress hotell than a «typical» holiday hotel. Stayed with my daughter for a week. Had to ask to switch the room as the original one was smelly . The new room was small with a balcony, quite old fashioned but tolerable. This place is an excellent option for you if you like the peace and quiet of the mountainous area around Etna. The hosts Serena and Maria are very welcoming and quickly respond to any question that might arise. The red wine they produce is marvellous.

Charming house in a beautiful setting surrounded by vineyard and a garden with a view of Etna on one side and over the sea to the other side. Inside the apartment there are a lot of rustic elements which add to the old fashioned style and a lot of outside space to relax and enjoy the views. Lovely!

Definitely the best of our stays in Sicily this year. Great, welcoming host, absolutely fantastic breakfast and what a garden on the roof! Room very spacious with blooming terrace, bathroom well maintained and properly cleaned. Beachfront about 15 min walk away (on safe streets pavements, that's not always given in Sicily), and not very far to Taromina if you're looking to visit. Would recommend.

An excellent location with nearby swimming beaches and restaurants. Small and comfortable hotel in a thriving resort, clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Wifi excellent. Good access to local buses for trips to Catania,Taormina and for airport transfers (booked in advance online, 'Etna' transport). We used it as a hiking base with a private group minibus facilitated.

Clean, comfortable. Room with balcony and views but air conditing exhaust noise from adjacent hotel driving us crazy - no action, must be a known issue with this room but reception hides behind lack oof english language and ignoring tour guide. Sad business, otherwise impressed.

I had really good experience in the hotel. I'm impressed the most with all the people working there. And I think this hotel is so great thanks to them. The rooms could do with some refurbishment but obviously it's not a 5 star hotel and it was great value for the money. We spent 4 days on an amazing property with a caring, doting staff that couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We're in the middle of moving house and this holiday to Sicily was the perfect getaway. The view from the hotel is stunning, there's a nice pool, breakfast is good and the wellness is a great extra to really calm down. The staff is very friendly and even though there's a language barrier sometimes there's always a solution. From the hotel it's very easy to visit the Etna volcano.

What a fantastic stay. Superb views, outstanding welcoming staff, exceptional spa facilities overlooking the planes surrounding Catania. The room was clean, quiet and included free drinks. The gym was accessible to my 10 years old daughter who adored the heated swimming pool in the spa. Food was very tasty. Homemade delicious pastry, cakes and luxurious patisserie.
