Family resort great for kids and families. There are also quiet areas for romantic couples to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Food is excellent and breakfast is rich in quality and quantity. This is our second time here and probably will come back many times more. Credit to the staff and hotel management for maintaining high standards. 🙌

Nice place 15 min. drive from the old city of Ostuni. Three swimming pools (not heated), beach (walk there or use a private train), many parking lots, nice breakfast, very good food for dining. The fitness room has a nice view of the pool but requires attention (air conditioning, equipment, music, water...). There's no view from the rooms

The best pasta we have had all week! Choose the Ragu Polpo and Tomato and pistacchio spaghetti- it's delicious. Beach is small but clean, just remember to ask for towels and drinks at the reception :) definitely recommend.

Perfect beach club, very spacious territory while the beach line has 4 sun bed lines so it is not crowded at all. The water is crystal clear with nice waves. The staff is very helpful! Gorgeous strip of beach.. extremely well organised and clean; super friendly staff. ( a new management has taken over this year). They have take very seriously all COVID precautions. Highly recommended for both young people and families with babies. Last, they have a nice pool which is a nice plus the few days when there’s strong wind. A very nice complex, we came for a beach day, but the sea beach was very windy (day after a storm) and it was a great option that the complex has a pool. The receptionist was very friendly and the price for pool access was reasonable, 8eur per adult with umbrella and sunbed included. The toilets next to the pool are clean. Expensive, but a great little beach. take your own food and drink. If it's windy in town it doesn't mean it will be windy on the beach.

This is a modern family-owned hotel situated almost on the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly and they try their best to give excellent service. My room had a sea view but the hotel also has a swimming pool. The bedroom and en suite bathroom are very clean. There is a TV and a stocked fridge but no room kettle. the view, beach access and amount of sun beds plus shade available. luckily the five coaches were out on trips daily so plenty room for us.

Lovely hotel but holiday nearly ruined by room allocated. We has chosen room with balcony. The room we were allocated was dark and small with a shoebox sized balcony with no view. Luckily, for 140 euros, we were upgraded to a super light room with decent sea facing balcony. Can’t fault rest of hotel but you must book sea view with balcony unless you enjoy a dark cellar

Excellent Stay. The hotel was spotless. The staff, from reception to cleaning staff went above and beyond..The restaurant and bars were run very efficiannly. Nothing was too much bother. We were lucky enough to het a seaview room on the 4th floor.

The location of the hotel with a large pool and directly on the sea is beautiful. Also for the children, there is a lot of variety and a fun water playground with a trampoline. Great hotel with fabulous service. Beautiful property on the beach with a good setting on the edge of the village. The suite we had was spotlessly clean and really well designed. Although most rooms don't have good sea views, our balcony was out of the wind and a great place to sit if we were not enjoying the garden or pool.

We had a wonderful time! Highly recommended. The staff, food and decor are amazing. The only thing is not the best place for kids, specially older kids or noisy toddlers.

I loved the decor of the hotel with a white touch and Apulia's DNA, the pool is beautiful too! The personnel working there is well prepared, professional and with a great sense of client service. My boyfriend and I, we ate at the restaurant for lunch: the food was just amazing! Raw fish was delicious and the maitre has a great knowledge of the products. Stayed here in April 2019. Loved the location - on the beach - great pool area too. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with plenty of options too. Rooms are spacious and neat and staff were very helpful - to the point of getting a hairdresser to come in at 1 hours notice for me. Beautiful common areas too. 5 stars. Would definitely return

The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

The stay was pleasant and I would say the following: Pros -restaurant staff are amazing! They made fresh food for us at the buffet if asked as we were vegetarian. -beach is nice and good general facilities - hotel offer good guided tour to Alberobello Cons -unless it’s meal time, it is very hard to fill up a water bottle (one day it was very hot and I was playing Tennis and could only get one cup...

Fantastic hotel. Giuseppe the manager was so helpful and professional as were all the other staff. Children were attended to so well in the kids club. Fully recommend for families with kids. Evening entertainment and food were superb

The food was great & there was a huge variety offered every day. The location is excellent, a short stroll along the beach or road to Torre Canne Centre. The resort is very clean & well maintained. The shows & evening entertainment are great. All of the staff are extremely friendly. It is perfect for families, there is so much for children to do.

Friendly staff, the facilities are of excellent quality and carefully groomed. Very pleasent, only problem is the extremely loud entertainment on the beach... Impossible to have a conversation of any nature, we had 2 avoid the beach in the morning
