The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

The stay was pleasant and I would say the following: Pros -restaurant staff are amazing! They made fresh food for us at the buffet if asked as we were vegetarian. -beach is nice and good general facilities - hotel offer good guided tour to Alberobello Cons -unless it’s meal time, it is very hard to fill up a water bottle (one day it was very hot and I was playing Tennis and could only get one cup...

Fantastic hotel. Giuseppe the manager was so helpful and professional as were all the other staff. Children were attended to so well in the kids club. Fully recommend for families with kids. Evening entertainment and food were superb

The food was great & there was a huge variety offered every day. The location is excellent, a short stroll along the beach or road to Torre Canne Centre. The resort is very clean & well maintained. The shows & evening entertainment are great. All of the staff are extremely friendly. It is perfect for families, there is so much for children to do.

We have just returned from a weeks stay here as part of a Newmarket tour group. This is a good hotel, we had a high room (511) which had an excellent view out to say and across to the resort. The room itself was a little pokey but was adequate for our needs. There is entertainment which is quite good, a very friendly hotel with pleasant staff everywhere. One of the best experience that I have ever had in a resort. You feel part of the family. Everyone will make you feel at home. Staff and service is beyond imagination. You can experience a White Lotus kind of service without the drama. I highly recommend them and I will be visting again!

Beautiful resort hotel with outstanding service. We found Puglia overall much more to our liking than Rome, and Hotel Masseria was no exception. Very unique place 300 meters from the sea. Everything was clean, beautiful and tasteful. The staff was more than welcoming (the receptionist even ironed my friends' shirts for the wedding we had that night!). I highly recommend this place if you want to have a romantic weekend in the middle of the lemon plants.

The staff were all very charming, helpful and efficient. Kudos to the front desk, lifeguards and pool area waiters. Pool and sea views stunning. Yes, the rooms are somewhat basic but step outside and you are surrounded by the sea. The town is relatively small and quiet (but with enough restaurants) so perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Cool cool. There is nothing you could not want. Family resort great for kids and families. There are also quiet areas for romantic couples to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Food is excellent and breakfast is rich in quality and quantity. This is our second time here and probably will come back many times more. Nice place 15 min. drive from the old city of Ostuni. Three swimming pools (not heated), beach (walk there or use a private train), many parking lots, nice breakfast, very good food for dining. Our first trip to Puglia. The hotel is in a very upscale rural setting. We had a very nice villa with a private pool and our own outdoor terrace. The property offers lots of privacy, not a big hotel feel, but a private villa along a golf course vibe. It is located between Bari and Brindisi, very easy to get the different towns in Puglia.

A lovely 15th century hotel with a very good restaurant and great, friendly service. Our room in the tower had 37 stairs (very high) and no elevator so it's something to check on if physical restrictions, but we had a great view. very large bathroom. The shuttle service to the private beach/club just a few minutes away was quick, and it was great having a down day in the son.
