The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Como, and the views from the window are fantastic! The toast at breakfast was really delicious, definitely worth leaving a review! It's a bit far from Como city center and other attractions. It's the kind of hotel best suited for a relaxing vacation.

It's a family business hotel. I really like the coziness and the calm aspect with an extremely professional and helpful and respectful owners/managers(Alice and Elena) . Their attitude reminds you of the vertus that rarely exist nowadays. Its a 1km distance from lenno ferry and 30 second walk from bus stop. Food is really good and cleanness is excellent.

Stopped here for a beer during my Greenway del lago walkabout. Got there aroumd 6 PM. There is not much of a view but it was great observing the interactions between the locals. A beer is about half the price here, Euro 4 for a .66 liter bottle. Did not eat. Friendly staff.

Honestly can’t thank this hotel enough! I have a gluten allergy ( coeliac disease) we went to about 5 restaurants and they all said no can’t serve you! Aka they can’t be bothered to make a dish gluten free even though they’re more than likely to have something I can eat.. got to hotel ristorante Lavedo and they gave me something to eat showed me what was gluten free I can’t thank them enough! Ancient building renovated with care and abundance .. comfortable room .. comfortable bed .. impeccable cleanliness, excellent breakfast if I had to make a note there is no porter and not even an elevator. We had a wonderful stay at Balbianino. The lake can be reached in a few minutes by foot. From there you can start your daily trips, go to restaurants or visit Villa del Balbianello. Daniela and her Staff were super nice and gave us great tips for planning our stay. They took care of special requests we had for breakfast. A high standard of hygiene was maintained at every time - we felt really safe...

It was a wonderful experience staying with Balbianino! Daniela is a lovely host and gave us great advice regarding the trip planning. Easy access to restaurants, supermarket and bars. We would really like to stay here in Lenno again if we come to Como Lake next time!

This is a bit of a difficult review to write… Five years ago, we came to Lezzeno and stayed in an Airbnb loved area thus returning, and had two dinners here, had a wonderful time / experience and service…. This trip/time returning to stay here for 4 nights ( as a minimum stay is three nights), we wanted to get the full ‘crotto del misto’ experience… I cannot complain about the room, a fantastic view...
