Beautiful hotel and fabulous location. Ferry a hop skip n jump away. Not noisy at all. Restaurant was lovely and breakfast delightful. Staff were so attentive and helpful. Pool in the sun and plenty of umbrellas if needed. Outlook from lake window view well worth the extra if you can. Just such a gorgeous hotel and location I’d love to go back.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and there is good a/c. Staff are extremely thoughtful and kind. Front desk helps with arranging transportation by taxi which is very helpful (they kindly ask for 24 hour notice). First, the hotel is perfectly located. Could see the lake from our room and the ferry being across the street is a big bonus! I’m glad we opted to stay in Lenno over the other “popular” towns. This hotel is clean, beautiful, HAS AC, and the breakfast was great! Would happily stay again and highly recommend!

We only ate lunch here, but the service was great. Later that day, on our way back to the ferry, we needed to use a restroom and the hotel staff were very welcoming. I’d definitely eat here again if we ever come back.

I stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful hotel. All the staff have been truly friendly. The room and the food were excellent, plus everywhere was clean. The hotel can be reached by bus or boat directly outside and is in walking distance of an iconic movie location. Stopped here for a beer during my Greenway del lago walkabout. Got there aroumd 6 PM. There is not much of a view but it was great observing the interactions between the locals. A beer is about half the price here, Euro 4 for a .66 liter bottle. Did not eat. Friendly staff.

Honestly can’t thank this hotel enough! I have a gluten allergy ( coeliac disease) we went to about 5 restaurants and they all said no can’t serve you! Aka they can’t be bothered to make a dish gluten free even though they’re more than likely to have something I can eat.. got to hotel ristorante Lavedo and they gave me something to eat showed me what was gluten free I can’t thank them enough! Nice, convenient apartment almost directly located at Lake Como and Lenno’s boulevard. Also, there is a possibility to park the car in front of the apartment complex. Furthermore, the boat stop/pier is also in close proximity, allowing for easy visiting of Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna (and others).

It's a family business hotel. I really like the coziness and the calm aspect with an extremely professional and helpful and respectful owners/managers(Alice and Elena) . Their attitude reminds you of the vertus that rarely exist nowadays. Its a 1km distance from lenno ferry and 30 second walk from bus stop. Food is really good and cleanness is excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Balbianino. The lake can be reached in a few minutes by foot. From there you can start your daily trips, go to restaurants or visit Villa del Balbianello. Daniela and her Staff were super nice and gave us great tips for planning our stay. They took care of special requests we had for breakfast. Our room was very clean and nice to stay at. No daily change of towels and bedsheets for shorter stays. The breakfast is simple but nice. ~20 min down/uphill walk to/from the lake, which can be a little exhausting in the sun. Very friendly owner who is willing to make calls for reservations or requests.

We loved the location and it was very convenient for our friend's wedding at the Lido di Lenno! We enjoyed using the garden for BBQs. The office in Menaggio were very helpful assisting us with our questions about restaurant bookings and the San Mortiz tour. All in all we really enjoyed ourselves and will take you up on the 10% returning guest discount! Arrivederci..

Good for the price. Nice room and bathroom. The floor was sticky. Nice staff but no one spoke English, only Italian. The breakfast was also good for the price: great coffee, many sweet pastries, joghurt and fresh fruits, but only one type of white bread, one cheese and one ham, no eggs. Every day the same.

This was a beautiful hotel, excellent friendly and helpful staff. The view was breathtaking. We had a large deck over looking Lake Como. Huge shower, with a water fall, rain shower heads, side wall shower faucets and hand held faucet in a shower that could hold about 4 people. Our stay at Filario Hotel was amazing! We stayed in a villa with our two small children, and everything was perfect. We had requested a crib, and it was there waiting for us, even with a little pillow in it. The hotel is in the centre of Lezzeno easy 5 minute walk to the ferry. The breakfast is wonderful with way more food given to you than you could eat. The man and his granddaughter that run the hotel are very friendly & caring.

This hotel would have for sure gotten 5 stars had i not got food poisoning from one of the on-site restaurants. The service is great, everyone is friendly, the building and property are beautiful, and the food is good, although a bit overpriced. I was only here for 3 nights so losing a day and a half due to food poisoning but a bit of a damper on the mood.

Poster Brughee is a vacation in heaven. Stunning! The views from our rooms were right out of a picture book or a fairy tale. The beds were most comfy and we just adored the view. Easy walking to great food and the breakfast feast in the morning is top notch. So glad we stayed here instead of one of the more crowded locations. Lovely place, apartments fully equipped, casual style. Pleasant gardens, private furnished terrace. Charming hosts who literally couldn’t do enough for us. Very friendly service. Reception with drink and appetizer. There was no oil or spices in the apartment which one would expect as standard. There was no air conditioning but a standing fan. Center is 25 min. walk away. Unfortunately, the path is almost continuously directly on the winding, confusing main road without a pedestrian path.

This is the best food/experience I have had, a serious 10/10. Such a quaint complex with many animals, and a view you cannot beat. The food wine and owners were seriously phenomenal. I’ll be coming here every time I visit for sure!
