Truly lovely place that was immediately calming the moment we arrived from the hustle and bustle of Florence. spectacular location and vistas, immaculate, wonderfully attentive staff, great amenities. Fantastic breakfast, pool, grounds. Arranged drivers to take us anywhere we wanted to go. WIFI left much to be desired, the only hitch. Will definitely be back to this little slice of paradise.

An absolute hidden gem. Perfect location if you want to stay close to Florence but enjoy the picturesque views of Tuscany. Both food and service were outstanding! Amazing pool and Finnish sauna to top it all off (included in the price of the stay) as well as an array of spa services which you can get as an additional cost.

We had a wonderful time at Villa I Barronci. We didn’t stay at the hotel but visited as guests with one of the packages the hotel offers. We really recommend this place and the package with breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool, and spa. What a bargain. The staff is incredible and super friendly.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, and an amazing spa. The views of Chianti from the pool and restaurant are spectacular. The restaurant had excellent food a (truffle pasta was divine) and there is a respectable wine list. There's ping pong and a trampoline for kids. Excellent buffet breakfast. Absolutely phenomenal place. It's location and views are superb and the team who work there simply amazing. We spent 5 days here and cannot fault it. The food was great and the service friendly. I had a lovely stay at the Villa il Poggiale. I'd been once before and had very fond memories of the villa, the restaurant, and the surrounding countryside. Lovely stay. Staff were super kind and friendly. Attached restaurant makes delicious food with a beautiful view. Rooms were not very sound proof unfortunately, we had an extremely loud family next to us with children screaming past 11pm at night. Understand that this isn’t the hotels fault, however, sound proofing could help.

This hotel was nice. Rooms are large and comfy and service is great. The restaurant at the hotel is superb, so are the views overlooking the area. Only downside was that the bed was hard and shaky, and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

We couldn't have any better stay at Rocca del Pallazzaccio. The room was astonishing, if we needed service we'd get it as soon as possible, and the pool had a beautiful view. Loved the pool and the winery tour. We had the Florentine steak and the food was amazing. Taxi from the Santa Maria Novella train station was about 50-60euros. Impruneta terracotta village was about 10 minutes walk from the villa and was beautiful. I could’ve easily have spent days and days there.

We stayed here for one night at the start of a tour of Tuscany and Umbria. The room was very pleasant, with a comfortable bed and functional bathroom. The air conditioning worked well. A family hotel in the square in Impruneta. There is a lovely garden restaurant at the side where we had a wonderful lunch. We needed a room at short notice and everyone was extremely helpful during our stay. There is a sun terrace at the top of the building with views over the square. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the whole experience of the RESTAURANT. The terrace is really nice, there is space in between the tables ( perfect with kids and stroller). There is shadow. About a half hour driver from the center of Firenze, also near Siena, San Gimignano. When I tell you that I could’ve laid by that pool the rest of my life and been happy… The views are amazing, it’s quiet, the restaurant on property is great. Spent 3 wonderful days there on arrival and on the way home. Giorgio went out of his way to look after us, so friendly and kind. The whole property is magical. The pool, the beautiful garden and the fine breakfast. In the meantime we were able to safely leave our car and trailer in the parking lot. Cheap clean hotel in the city center. Besides the two stars of the hotel and definitely better than most with more stars. The hotel is on several floors and without a lift (at least I have not seen any), so inquire well before going there. Cheap place in the center. The courtesy of the owners contrasts with a place that is certainly not fabulous. There is no breakfast and parking is also missing, but if you leave the car only for the night, there is no problem because the paid parking starts at 9.00 in the morning.
