Everything. Staff were very attentive, location was amazing, pool was great, food was delicious and we had the best sunset of our life. Suite was huge and to top it off their wine and oil produced on site was marvellous.

This is my favorite resort/hotel I have ever stayed at. When I tell you that I could’ve laid by that pool the rest of my life and been happy… The views are amazing, it’s quiet, the restaurant on property is great. We would do little day trips to close towns but I would love coming back to the resort to relax. I recommend it to all my friends who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

I stayed at this property from 21st to 26th August 2017. First of all, I would like to thank Gaetana, Alessandro and their son Andrea, I will hardly find more kind, friendly and nice people. What can I say, a very pretty structure, where an absolute tranquility reigns, the room is very comfortable, the Gaetana "bio" breakfasts are fantastic, with jams prepared by her with the fruits of her garden....

Simply wonderful! First of all I would like to congratulate the owners Stefano and Cinzia who were kind and thoughtful. New structure surrounded by greenery, swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills. We stayed in the super-equipped and clean apartment "la Torre". Seeing is believing!!!!!

We staied 5 nights in the Rondini Blu and had a great vacation. We had a nice apartment that was super clean and well equipped (full kitchen, ventilation, hair drier etc). As well we enjoied our swims in the pool. Here i have to say that it is a great big pool between the olive trees what is lovely - unfortunately there were a lot of death insects in there swimming too. Stefano the host was very welcoming...

B&B in a nice setting but not taken care of at the top, clean room but the common areas and the breakfast area are a bit neglected. Modest breakfast. Beautiful pool area for some relaxation.

Beautiful location and Alberto was very welcoming host. Stunning views and excellent rooms. Wi-Fi didn't work for me but did for my sister hence 4 stars. Kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine etc. Clean and well kept. Easy to get to most of Tuscany esp Florence and Siena.

Such a lovely quiet countryside hotel - which was super convenient as the bus from Florence dropped us off at the bottom of the drive!! Apartment super clean. family atmosphere. pool, air conditioning. Motorcyclists very welcome. The operator Giorgio is super nice and even speaks German. Highly Recommended. I extended it straight away. The prices are fair. €60 in high season, including breakfast. I will definitely come back.

Spent 3 wonderful days there on arrival and on the way home. Giorgio went out of his way to look after us, so friendly and kind. The whole property is magical. The pool, the beautiful garden and the fine breakfast. In the meantime we were able to safely leave our car and trailer in the parking lot. We'll be back to continue exploring the area on motorbikes.

Cheap clean hotel in the city center. Besides the two stars of the hotel and definitely better than most with more stars. The hotel is on several floors and without a lift (at least I have not seen any), so inquire well before going there. Good hotel, average price. It is noteworthy that there are double glazing (great because there is a bar downstairs that is open until late). The bathroom is a bit small but the staff are friendly and there is a cute little cat.

Cheap place in the center. The courtesy of the owners contrasts with a place that is certainly not fabulous. There is no breakfast and parking is also missing, but if you leave the car only for the night, there is no problem because the paid parking starts at 9.00 in the morning.

2-star hotel, clean, welcoming with stylish furniture in the room. The only flaw is that it is in the LTZ and that it does not have a parking space or scooterone (in my case) rate in August 2015, € 35 per night.

We loved staying here. Anna and the team are helpful and very nice; the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, and the view is fantastic. We loved the breakfast and the Pizza night activity. Perfect for a family vacation with a great playground. Wonderful place to stay in Tuscany for group of friends or families. It's located on a hilltop with amazing views, nice outdoor areas and farm animals.

Quiet location, among the olive trees and vineyards, accompanied by two very nice dogs and a splendid horse. In the quiet of Tuscany the house is clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped. Definitely recommended.

The facility is great, the pool area is very well maintained and tidy. Furnishings of the apartments are a bit old. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The complex is a bit out of the way, for shopping and/or dining out a car is necessary.

I can say many great things about this place but I will also say it’s not for everyone. If you have an issue with bugs, do not book this place. The property has very aggressive mosquitos and bugs that will make your life miserable. Repellant will NOT help. I’ve always been bate, bugs love me, not fun. The front desk was accommodating as we had to cut our stay by half due to the many bug bites and terrible...

Amazing facilities and the food at the restaurant for dinner is incredible! Have to admit, not much choice, but it doesn't even matter because you can't go wrong with any dish there. Also a 1.5m deep pool that's always beautifully well kept with many sunbeds. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good place to stay around those areas :D

The setting of Villa Cappella is great - consisting of a huge garden/chilling area and a very nice, heated pool. Our apartment was nice, very spacious, with a fully furnished kitchen. The interior is held very traditional. The lovely staff makes you feel at home. They provide breakfast, simple but very tasty lunch and from to time dinner.
