Everything. Staff were very attentive, location was amazing, pool was great, food was delicious and we had the best sunset of our life. Suite was huge and to top it off their wine and oil produced on site was marvellous.

This is my favorite resort/hotel I have ever stayed at. When I tell you that I could’ve laid by that pool the rest of my life and been happy… The views are amazing, it’s quiet, the restaurant on property is great. We would do little day trips to close towns but I would love coming back to the resort to relax. I recommend it to all my friends who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

Spent 3 wonderful days there on arrival and on the way home. Giorgio went out of his way to look after us, so friendly and kind. The whole property is magical. The pool, the beautiful garden and the fine breakfast. In the meantime we were able to safely leave our car and trailer in the parking lot. An absolute hidden gem. Perfect location if you want to stay close to Florence but enjoy the picturesque views of Tuscany. Both food and service were outstanding! Beautiful hotel, excellent service, and an amazing spa. The views of Chianti from the pool and restaurant are spectacular. Hotel in the center of the village. You seem to sleep in your grandmother's room for dated furniture. The rooms are clean and spacious. On the stairs a strange smell of soup. For one night it can be a valid solution given the low cost, but no more. Breakfast not included in the overnight stay is in no way proposed by the owner.

We only stayed for one night. Convenient because it is right on the square and has a private parking, kind owner. But it is still an old-fashioned and old-fashioned hotel in sanitary furnishings etc .. a bit pricey, but on the other hand it is in the center. Breakfast is not included, for a fee there is a cup of coffee with some packaged Briosch. Don't stay there, just for quick overnight stays.

This hotel was nice. Rooms are large and comfy and service is great. The restaurant at the hotel is superb, so are the views overlooking the area. Only downside was that the bed was hard and shaky, and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

Bed was the only downfall The stay was amazing. The room was large and clean. The bed slept like a hammock. I asked for new mattress and got one for the second night. The accommodation is so nice to come to. Every morning we woke up with a beautiful view of the Tuscany hills. The people at the reception are also very nice and helpful, they will do anything for you if you ask them. It was a perfect apartment for a small family with a child. Very clean with everything you need. Swimming pool was just perfect and there were a lot of possibilities for excursions around the accommodation. We found a great play ground in Barberino Val d’Elsa. It is for all age categories and there is a bar for aperitivo or a small restaurant to eat right next to it. Our daughter loved it.

Loved the pool and the winery tour. We had the Florentine steak and the food was amazing. Taxi from the Santa Maria Novella train station was about 50-60euros. Impruneta terracotta village was about 10 minutes walk from the villa and was beautiful. I could’ve easily have spent days and days there.

We stayed here for one night at the start of a tour of Tuscany and Umbria. The room was very pleasant, with a comfortable bed and functional bathroom. The air conditioning worked well. A family hotel in the square in Impruneta. There is a lovely garden restaurant at the side where we had a wonderful lunch. We needed a room at short notice and everyone was extremely helpful during our stay. There is a sun terrace at the top of the building with views over the square. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the whole experience of the RESTAURANT. The terrace is really nice, there is space in between the tables ( perfect with kids and stroller). There is shadow. We recently spent two weeks at the end of May at this delightful hotel. Authentic family run hotel. One of the best kept secrets in San Gimignano . Beautiful gardens, great location, delicious food friendly helpful staff. A lovely charming and old fashioned feel. A definite 10/10.
