This hotel was nice. Rooms are large and comfy and service is great. The restaurant at the hotel is superb, so are the views overlooking the area. Only downside was that the bed was hard and shaky, and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

Amazing view, clean big cozy room. Staff was very friendly and they even allowed us to Check in earlier to our room. Breakfast was not the best, but alright. Also the aircon wasn’t really doing much but it wasn’t the hottest night so with the window open was okay.

This place has great views and the restaurant is very good. The a/c works well too. The beds are firm, sheets are ok and the pillows are flat but u think this is common in Europe. The hotel is located on top of a hill with some tight roads. Breakfast was nice as well.

Hotel is on great location. Near Firenza, Pisa, Siena and Pienza and yet you are isolated, surrounded by pines and sound of crickets. A family hotel in the square in Impruneta. There is a lovely garden restaurant at the side where we had a wonderful lunch. We needed a room at short notice and everyone was extremely helpful during our stay. There is a sun terrace at the top of the building with views over the square. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the whole experience of the RESTAURANT. The terrace is really nice, there is space in between the tables ( perfect with kids and stroller). There is shadow. This is a beautifully placed hotel with breathtaking views in a lovely setting. Rooms are clean and well serviced. They do struggle with the concept of English tea but seemed happy to provide a kettle and teabags! We did have a couple of issues with our shower but they wasted no time in resolving these issues, so I have not penalised them in my rating. Sophia was particularly helpful in this regard...

Great hotel for the money!!! The property and grounds are immaculate and the rooms clean if a little dated. You can easily get to florence by going down the hill and catching the number 37 bus and going just a few stops. There are places to park at bottom as well. Great breakfas as well.

The rooms are big and spacious. With a kitchen. Nice and clean pool. The AC is great and have a unit in each room! Cleaning was okay. Staff was nice and friendly. The room smelled a bit of petrol or something when we arrived but after some ventilation and AC it was gone.

Very nice receptionist! Our scooter broke down from Florence and we got a cold water and could stay in the cooled reception, since we had 37*C outside and no shadow... Waiting is much better here, for the scooter rental to pick us up. Thanks a lot again for the help!

We couldn't have any better stay at Rocca del Pallazzaccio. The room was astonishing, if we needed service we'd get it as soon as possible, and the pool had a beautiful view. The only thing that was sometimes a little bugging was reaching the location via bus. It was quite a walk, and the road wasn't the safest road. But you get used to it and it's not such a big deal. Room was very large, air conditioning works well. Room but after the beds make if you are a short time away from the landlady, for whatever reason ... The pool we could not use in the summer, was out of order. Nice view, but not for deep cars. Better to arrive only with suv. You could judge the short access road but nobody does it.

We spent 3 days touring Tuscany and Florence while we stayed show here. Very good starting point for such excursions. We attended a wedding here and it is a beautiful building in the Tuscan countryside. There is a pool and we ate in a lovely courtyard. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a wonderful experience.

The staff at this campground were so sweet and friendly. If I lived in Italy I would come here every summer. Also, they're English was perfect! 10/10! The bus is every 15-20 minutes into the city and you can buy the bus tickets at the front desk. Also make sure to bring a swim cap for the swimming pool!

Things to know, the swim cap is compulsory at the swimming pool attention, you will get you out of the bath if you are not equipped. Washing Machine and tumble drier available : 5€ per machine. Small but comfortable appartment with all the basics. Authentic vibe and kind hostess. The view and the pool is a real bonus. You can relax in the pool after visiting the surrounding villages. The kitchen is usefull and we used it to cook dinner.
