The rooms are wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. We had a terrace that over looked the city. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Marco.
Lovely stay. Staff were super kind and friendly. Attached restaurant makes delicious food with a beautiful view. Rooms were not very sound proof unfortunately, we had an extremely loud family next to us with children screaming past 11pm at night. Understand that this isn’t the hotels fault, however, sound proofing could help.
Very comfortable hotel. The room was very spacious with a beautiful bed, 3 seater divan and various furniture. A reasonable sized TV was also on the wall. We didn't use the bar so I can't comment. The breakfast room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self service. Everything was in abundance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Attached to the hotel is a very good restaurant. There...
This hotel was nice. Rooms are large and comfy and service is great. The restaurant at the hotel is superb, so are the views overlooking the area. Only downside was that the bed was hard and shaky, and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.
Guests liked the large, clean rooms, though some commented maintenance could be improved
A nice hotel 5 minutes from Florence with great view.

The hotel is beautifully restored and immaculately clean. The room and en-suite bathroom were larger than we expected. The area was very quiet at night, so it was very relaxing. The views of the wooded Tuscan hills from the bedroom windows and from the terrace on the roof were fantastic. It is also a very easy drive from the hotel to Florence (just 12km, so 15-20 mins, depending on the traffic). The...
If you want a glimpse of what a charming hotel, town, and learning experience is and can be - then please consider visiting this town and staying in this hotel. The reception was hospitable, the staff gracious, and the warmth and charm is indescribable. The room has everything you could want. The restaurant serves both the inside of the hotel and then also outside terrace across the street at #4 via...
Our group was traveling through Italy and was referred to this hotel by a friend since we were near Florence. What a quaint and charming hotel it turned out to be. The owners were very friendly, very accommodating and very hospitable. Matteo was happy to help in any way that he could. He referred us to nice restaurants, a local vineyard for a tour and helped us with our travel arrangements back...
Where do I begin? Matteo, his parents, brother and wife are kind, thoughtful, hard working and generous. They function as a team and made us feel like family instead of guests. We absolutely loved our four night stay. The hotel is charming, immaculate and the breakfast was delicious. We were in town for a destination wedding and so grateful we choose Hotel Bellavista. We enjoyed our walk through the...
A family hotel in the square in Impruneta. There is a lovely garden restaurant at the side where we had a wonderful lunch. We needed a room at short notice and everyone was extremely helpful during our stay. There is a sun terrace at the top of the building with views over the square. Would definitely recommend.
Loved the whole experience of the RESTAURANT. The terrace is really nice, there is space in between the tables ( perfect with kids and stroller). There is shadow. Food is excellent, pastas are hand made and you can see the whole process inside. The ricotta and spinach raviolis are the best in the world ! People are super nice. I strongly recommend !

The hotel is in a picturesque place, beautiful landscapes in Tuscan style, good restaurant in the hotel. Clean quality bed linen
We stayed at Villa Cesi for 3 nights and highly rated our stay for the friendly and attentive staff, our comfortable beds and spacious room, the restaurant meals were delicious and our massages in the spa were exceptional. We would highly recommend staying at this lovely quiet country villa if you are travelling to Impruneta.
The hotel is not big ( around 26 rooms) quietly situated on top of a hill surrounded by trees. The rooms are nice and clean, as is the bathroom. All rooms have mosquito screens, which is necessary during the summer. We had a room on the ground floor, no balcony but what you would call a French balcony: no room to sit but the possibility to open the window door. There is swimming pool with sunbeds and...
Nice grounds, but mosquitos everywhere including in the rooms. Management needs to do a better job in spraying property, including rooms. Also, forget about trying to get coffee in the breakfast room. 1 slow coffee machine and crowds of people waiting and waiting for coffee. Management obviously not trying anything to minimize problem despite having a bar with professional coffee equipment. That coffee...
Hotel Villa Cesi provided a truly enchanting experience during my recent stay. Nestled amidst the picturesque Tuscan hills, the hotel's serene atmosphere was punctuated by the soothing sounds of cicadas singing in the trees. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the attentive and professional staff who ensured a seamless arrival process. The room exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and impeccable...
Okey minus hotel depending on your standard. Location, totally lost. Nothing near by. Great place for a rehab or detox from everything. The room was nice, but not as clean as I would expect. Breakfast - ok minus. Lunch - had none so we almost died from starvation. Dinner - ok minus..

Loved the pool and the winery tour. We had the Florentine steak and the food was amazing. Taxi from the Santa Maria Novella train station was about 50-60euros. Impruneta terracotta village was about 10 minutes walk from the villa and was beautiful. I could’ve easily have spent days and days there.
We stayed here for one night at the start of a tour of Tuscany and Umbria. The room was very pleasant, with a comfortable bed and functional bathroom. The air conditioning worked well. The pool area is nice, with a decent sized pool. We did not dine here, but the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a nice position, and the staff were very welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant stay indeed.
This villa is set in a wonderful location just south of Florence and has superb views of the region. Our trip only afforded one night's stay and we wish we could have stayed longer. We had the garden villa room, which was perfect for our family of three. We found the drive in and back to Florence easy with a nav system. The hotel has an onsite restaurant - we ate both lunch and dinner here and...
Beautiful setting. Comfy bed, clean and quiet for the most part. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. Short walk to town square, about 45 min to Florence and Sienna. Ate dinner here only one night of 5 as food was not great. My fish was fishy-tasting and cold. Their olive oils and wines are good, especially the oil.
We stayed here for 5 nights. A good location for seeing the sights in Tuscany. We had 2 separate rooms in the same building. .The beds were comfortable, but our rooms had bars on all the windows . Not good if a fire was to breakout in the room. Make sure you don't have a ground floor room with window bars. Pool was nice and refreshing after a day sightseeing. Breakfast was good, but a very limited...
This hotel was just wonderful. The location and views were fantastic. Service was genuine and friendly. You have many choices for rooms or villas. Breakfast was included and more that you could hope for. Choose a room or villa bigger than a classic room if you are a couple. The restaurant cuisine was fresh using local farm fresh ingredients. Unique stay at an old monastery. Friendly staff.
Bed was the only downfall The stay was amazing. The room was large and clean. The bed slept like a hammock. I asked for new mattress and got one for the second night. Still a hammock that sank to the middle but better than the first night. Breakfast was basic but certainly enough. The property is beautiful and the service was amazing and welcoming
They wait for you late and even they lived the restaurant open late to make sure you eat the staff is excellent and the panoramic view is beautiful
At first we thought it is not that far from the city center. But, the experience we had with transportation was horrible, making the location not ideal. If you are with a car there is not much of an issue.
Lovely monastery like hotel with beautiful original designed rooms and great views.
Great out of the way place to stay with an excellent view of the countryside outside of Florence. Restaurant staff was very informative and helpful.

The rooms are big and spacious. With a kitchen. Nice and clean pool. The AC is great and have a unit in each room! Cleaning was okay. Staff was nice and friendly. The room smelled a bit of petrol or something when we arrived but after some ventilation and AC it was gone.
+ great apartment, great place, great surroundings. - stupid rules at the pool - you can’t use one side of the pool, so if you want to be laying in the sun after 4pm you need to be lucky.
Very nice receptionist! Our scooter broke down from Florence and we got a cold water and could stay in the cooled reception, since we had 37*C outside and no shadow... Waiting is much better here, for the scooter rental to pick us up. Thanks a lot again for the help!

We stayed for one week at Residence Rocca del Palazzaccio and it was a truely great experience. The communication with Mario was very convenient and quick. We couldn't have any better stay at Rocca del Pallazzaccio. The room was astonishing, if we needed service we'd get it as soon as possible, and the pool had a beautiful view. Exceptional Hotel Amazing Villa, super clean, fantastic location, great food and faultless service made for a very memorable break in Florence. We are already planning our next visit!
The room is quite big, nice, the service is also good, the environment is good, the breakfast is also OK, well, it is worth recommending
Super location with views over the beautiful city of Florence! Super staff, Daniel you were a legend! Dinner was astonishing, fabulous food and service! You can walk to the city centre, downhill and flat, 20 minutes or so, definitely a taxi back, circa 12 Euro!
I stayed in this manor-style hotel in Florence and the overall experience was very good. First of all, the environment here is impressive. The hotel is located in a vast manor, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which is very suitable for relaxation. Especially at night, through the large windows of the restaurant, you can see the charming night view. The city lights of Florence and the mountains...
Suitable for family outings without the worries of traffic jams in the city
Structure and staff not available, emails are not answered. They charge tourist tax incorrectly. I will never book this place again in the future.

Hotel David was by far our favorite accommodation we booked within our month travel throughout Portugal Italy! Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff were extremely attentive, considerate, helpful, and friendly. Attention to detail was everywhere. Our room had a view of the Brunelleschi Dome. A complementary large bottle of sparkling wine and two bottles of water were waiting for us...
The hotel is a little far from the old town, but the transportation is very convenient. The service was very good. The front desk was very detailed in introducing us to all the details we wanted to know about the city and the hotel. It is worth recommending.
It's a bit like a family hotel. The room is not big and the toilet is very small, but there is a balcony where you can sit outside. Service was ok. The hotel is very close to the square where you can watch the sunset, so you can walk back after watching.
Wow! Hotel David is among the treasures to be found in Florence. I had been disappointed when we couldn’t book our first choice hotel, but now I’m convinced it was some kind of divine intervention. Seriously, if you have the opportunity to stay at Hotel David - make the reservation! Terrific and attentive staff, gorgeous and unique rooms, generous happy hour and delicious breakfast. We had a blast
It's my 3rd time in Firenze, and the 1st one at Hotel David. I can wholeheartedly say that this is my favourite hotel, the warmest and coziest one, and I can't wait to visit it again if I have the opportunity. It felt like home ❤️ From the very kind staff, to the comfort of a 24/7 open kitchen that offered a snack and a drink (most of them for free), the great location and the warm decoration - everything...
I can't praise The Hotel David enough. From the moment you arrive, the entire staff makes you feel genuinely welcome with their warmth and kindness. It's not often that a hotel makes you want to spend time there, but their Happy Hour is truly something special—one you definitely won't want to miss. In addition to the excellent wine, the variety of snacks is both generous and pleasantly surprising....

I had a good time at Annalena, the rooms are beautifully maintained, the building itself is charming and I was warmly welcomed. If I may offer a small suggestion for enhancement, it would be to elevate the breakfast experience. While the €7 price is reasonable, a selection of higher-quality items—such as artisanal jams, fresh-baked bread, and wholesome cereals—would add great value. Offering more...
It was a great experience for us. It was a historical place. Workers were so helpfull. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We wish to stay here again.
Convenient location, we had a view of the park, large room, friendly staff, very welcoming, antique furniture, historical building, I recommend!
Literally the best hotel I ever was in. Feels like living in a museum, or an old palace.. I felt like I was some important guest of Medici family
Amazing hotel, the location is very convenient to get to city center and attractions. But the most amazing part is the staff, Fon made our late check in possible because our flight was delayed, he is extremely helpful and friendly, so does Egli that kindly offered us a late check out. We are very pleased and will definitely come back next time!
Wonderful location, peaceful but so easy to get to the historic centre and many many restaurants on your doorstep. Recommend the rooms with a terrace as spacious and great views of nearby gardens. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excelent room, with very nice atmosphere, nice location, it is exactly what we saw in the pictures on the add. A place to surely return.
Place is beautiful and location is amazing. Area around is very cute too and a short walk info the center. Would highly recommend this place
Wonderful character filled hotel with excellent restuarant next door. Brilliant service in the restuarant - thanks Davide and staff! Perfect location.
Absolutely stunning apartment, location, amenities. We will definitely stay here again. So easy to get around and not too far from the fabulous sights, bars and restaurants. Close to the Piazzale Michelangelo which is an amazing platform to view across beautiful Florence.
Very poor service, extremely low value for money

We opted for this apartment, located across the river from the downtown and touristy areas. It was a 15-20 minute walk to things like the Duomo and Porte Vecchio. We stayed in the suite which had access to a private rooftop courtyard and a terrace above. We had similar views of Florence that the Piazzale Michelangelo has (just a bit lower). The apartment came with a small kitchen (fridge, dishwasher...
This place is fantastic. The deluxe room is HUGE. Two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and sitting area with ten foot ceilings and hardwood floors. A full king bed and pull out sofa that was decently comfortable. A little less than 30min walk from the train station. Close to town and all of the attractions and restaurants. I would definitely recommend.
very good. The price is moderate.
The room facilities are very good
this was the end of our African holiday as we wanted to unwind in Florence. pictures and location listed are pretty much what you get. the is an elevator to the last floor, this a set of steps once inside the penthouse to reach to living quarters. had this just been us 2 everything would have been fine. a couple of family members decided to join us as there were 2 available rooms - which we referred...
Perfectly located on the Arno River allowing ease of walking access to the historical section of Firenze. We stayed in a self catering room with all the necessary equipment and amenities needed. The ability to walk into the historic part within a few minutes and then go back to the quiet and serenity of the place made it the perfect location. We were able use this as a base as we explored not only...

We stayed at the ground floor. The room had windows with shutters that can not be opened. So we couldn’t see daylight. The bed was comfortable and shower was nice. The photos doesn’t match with the room nor the reception area. The hotel is a little far away from the town. You surely can get better rooms for this price.
Excellent location just outside the ZTL. Very limited paid parking with a tight and steep entry…be sure you have a smaller car and a confident driver. Clean rooms and public spaces, a mini-fridge and air conditioning in each room. Three floors plus an attic room, and it’s stairs all the way. Rooms are not huge, and bathrooms are tight, as expected at this type of hotel, but the staff are friendly and...
Fabio at the front desk welcomed us with a smile and gave us lots of helpful information. He was so kind and friendly. He called a taxi for us too. He went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome.
Lovely little rustic old hotel with an amazing painted ceiling in our room. Owner and staff amazing producing a map with lots of information of local places to get breakfast (they do not provide breakfast but in your room is complimentary water, biscuits, coffee sadly no milk - bring the sachets with milk if you want a morning cuppa) the room was so comfy and peaceful great nights sleep. Location for...
Hotel Ferrucci saved us. We had made the mistake of booking our other hotel for one less day than we needed and had to last minute scramble. Ferrucci was literally the only hotel with vacancy in the city and we snagged the last room. For that, I will be forever grateful. In terms of review, this place is definitely a budget option with a no-frills motel vibe and it's further away from the core of...

Bathroom outside the room... no kind of attention upon arrival... I had to be helped by the waiter from the restaurant next door... 1 hour to open the doors... the closet didn't open either... a complete disaster
There is no in person check in. You do everything yourself and the hotel will not respond to your texts, emails, calls until your check in date.
Cons: - spent a long time looking for my room; - wi-fi without internet connection (fortunately, it was on the square opposite the house); - noisy air conditioner; - old worn furniture; - no refrigerator; - the room itself is cramped. Everything else was fine)
❤️❤️Must read for those who are staying here❤️❤️ Of all the accommodations I've been to in my life (including the retreats during my school days), this was the worst. First of all, the hotel is a converted apartment, so if you don't look closely, there's a high chance you'll just pass it by. It took a while to find. Second, even though I found it with such difficulty, the hotel's main door was closed...
Very good in all aspects. Very convenient placement for visiting
The hotel reached out in advance to answer all of our frequently asked questions. They made our two day trip to Florence a wonderful addition to our honeymoon. The room was comfortable and was perfect for tourists! We spent little time there but due to its great location we're able to stop by to clean up, charge electronics, and freshen up before going on tours or out to dinner! We would definitely...

This boutique hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Florence. It's the second time I've stayed at AdAstra. Nothing is too much, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, the hotel is immaculate and the breakfast is very good to start you off on a day of discovery. It's well positioned for the Pitti Palace and Ponte Vechio. The Borgo S. Frediano street is full of bars and restaurants and is 10 mins walk from the hotel. We averaged 16000 steps over 4 days. Me and my wife recently stayed at Ad Astra in Florence and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore all the beautiful sights the city has to offer. Delightful and comfortable Bed and Breakfast in quiet part of the city. Still easy to get to all the key places. Very stylish accommodation in historic building with lovely terrace overlooking gardens. Quirky modern mixed successfully with ancient building. Big roll top tubs in bedrooms along with modern clean efficient bathrooms. Good breakfast, helpful pleasant staff. We were upgraded to large room...
Pleasant hotel with a renaissance feel. A bit tired around the edges. Simple things were somewhat annoying at times - like the TV did not work. Garden room was very cold when we arrived, but it did soon warm up. Pity that you cannot explore the lovely garden more. Overall, however, a good experience.
Interesting hotel… although in a great location, it is very quirky and more like a B&B because it’s not very polished or well staffed (no one is there from 7:30pm-8am). You look at a beautiful garden but it’s not accessible to guests. The non-hotel part of the building is the home of the owners so you enter through their old and stuffy (a bit smelly) hallway to get to the hotel part. The hotel is decorated...
