The room is spacious & clean, the staff has been very kind & hospitable, the grounds and gardens are beautiful, the outdoor pool is open 24/7, and the spa is very fairly priced. Not to mention their welcome gift! 😊 I hope we get to come back & celebrate more occasions here!

- Couldn't use the indoor pool during all hours.
- Reception staff could have been friendlier.
- Random empty space in the corner of the room.
- Room was fairly basic in appearance.
- Room somewhat dusty.
- One size of bike, too big for one of our guests.
- Only one pool towel per guest.
The cost of the hotel is High compared to similar hotels in Garda. And it provides no amenity services like- no free drinking water in the room, No Toothpaste and Toothbrush 🪥. Used Towels change requires extra fees. Cannot switch off the AC or temperature cannot be controlled. The Food quality of the hotel is average.
The location of the hotel is good- 10 minutes walking distance from the center. Some good restaurants are near the hotel which offers good food at a reasonable price.
Our first dish, canederli, arrived cold in the middle. After informing the staff, they didn’t replace it but microwaved it, leaving it soggy and unappetizing.
For mains, I had salmon, which was raw in the middle. I wasn’t sure if it was meant to be undercooked, but the watery and flavorless sauce didn’t help. My partner’s braised beef was soft and tender, but the presentation was uninspired, with raw onions and hard, chunky carrots.
On a positive note, the staff seemed to acknowledge our dissatisfaction as there was no service fee on the bill. Breakfast the next morning was a much better experience, with fresh and versatile ingredients.
One last tip: if you plan to visit the spa (€20/person), don’t forget your swimsuit! I forgot mine and asked to buy one there, but the prices were steep—€32 for men’s and €48 for the simplest women’s design.
