Astoria Resort

The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. There is a great pool and beautiful green premises. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with great variety and plenty of options. The wifi didn't work in our room and it was very important to us. They took too long to fix it and we felt the service wasn't good enough, but we asked for a compensation and they gave it to us, which was very nice of them and fair. I loved staying there. It's a very pampering hotel.

Everything is great except the air conditioner, which is very hot and keeps turning off. I called them more than once every day and nothing happened.

Good overall

The breakfast was wonderful, the room had a beautiful view and was clean, the staff was very friendly but the spa was very small and if I had known before I would never have spent 20€/person more for two hours for a pool and two saunas. The only thing that really disappointed us.

This is a gem of a place, really beautiful and well maintained. Clean spacious rooms, perhaps too hot and hard to control the temperature. We opened the big windows before bed.

The indoor pool is open from 7-10am free for all guests, thereafter there is a €20 charge for 2 hours that includes the sauna and steam room. This can get expensive!
Restaurant and bar are excellent and standard prices for hotels. Similarly excellent food can be found in many of the excellent bars and restaurants within a 10m walk for significantly less. Great location and great facilities.
Daniel makes the best omelette and Alice's cappuccinos are second to none! Thank you all for a lovely stay. We will be back.

We had a really fantastic time staying at Astoria resort for four nights five days in October; we enjoyed mountain biking walking excellent food and service. Accommodation is really nice and we were provided a comfortable room for three. The room has everything you might need, a nice balcony and masses of hot water. The breakfast buffet is excellent too, really a great spread, with all sorts of cold cuts and sweet pastries all made in the in house bakery. The juicing station is particularly good, fresh juiced veggies and fruit. Also eggs to order. Yum. The indoor swimming pool is excellent. It is free for all until 10am. Then there is a charge of €20 per adult for 2 hours that includes sauna and steam. No children after 12. Children €10 between 10-12 They also offer free city bikes for 4 hours a day. This is excellent and offers a great way of seeing the city and cycling to Arco. the bar and restaurant are excellent. And offer good food and drinks at typical hotel prices. There are excellent options within 10 mins for food and drink at significant savings and to provide variety and different vibes. It's worth noting that Alice who serves in the breakfast makes the best cappuccino. and Daniel makes a very very good omelette but all of the staff were friendly helpful and testament to a great team. And leadership. Thank you for our stay. We will be back.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast excellent. Pool and spa area very nice. Free bike hire a nice perk.
