Beautiful historical spa, so well maintained and clean throughout the day! The prices are slightly higher than expected but they often have interesting packages and offers. The staff was kind but not everyone was professional.

We have enjoyed our first 2 days of the stay. The staff has been great and answered all our questions about the area. Their kindness is much appreciated. Grounds are beautiful, and breakfast is a great way to start the day!

The rooms are spacious, but it is disappointing that they do not have a coffee or tea station, which is considered a basic amenity. The hotel's facilities are outdated and overused. The spa's location in two different wings, both of which are old, is not ideal. The operating hours of the spa from 10 AM till 7 PM are also not up to the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. Old and dated hotel. No where near a 5 star. The spa is also old and dated with basic pools. Sauna was very good though. Steam room smelled of sewage.

We used “Night at the Spa” package that includes aperitif (finger food and drinks), visit to 5 pools and 2 saunas (dry and steam) , bathrobes, towels and slippers, and background music. They oversold the entry passes it seemed as the place was crowded as sardines! There was no place to change, not enough lockers, i had to change in the toilet and jam my things into a small 30x30 locker in the corridor...

I purchased a groupon for the restaurant, and after reading some of the reviews I had come to panic. Then we decided to try it and honestly it went well. The staff is friendly and the service commendable....you are working hard. The food in spite of what the age reported on the opinions was good. For sure nn is a restaurant of a 4 star hotel, but maybe it's better that way.

A very nice hotel with everything I needed, situated in an enchanting place. This hotel is clearly underrated: in terms of location, facilities… Even if it’s really far from my city in France I’m pretty sure I’ll go back there when I go back in Italy

The view from the window was great, the room was spacious and looked like you would expect something from the era to look like, with the addition of a modern bathroom inside the suite.

We were guests to a wedding. Overall, this was really amazing. Big and clean swimming pool, amazing view over the city, nice and welcoming staff. You could really enjoy the best of italy and nature.

The place is beautiful with an astonishing view during night. I was with a group of 15 people for a graduation dinner. The food was typical from Tuscany (starters and first courses). The waiters are kind and professional. They did not complain even we stayed after 1.30 am.

Little hidden gem, that is definitely worth visiting. Easily missed when passing by we found very nice interior where the owners put lots of passion in. You directly feel welcome and home at your friends.

We attended a gala dinner there, it's a very beatiful place, surrounded by Tuscany country. The food was excellent, there was a nice selection of vegetarian dishes as well. The staff, in particular the barman, was really friendly. Oh, and there is an awesome dog living there, willful to play football with everyone!

Very pretty small B&B. Has only 5 rooms. Very nice and friendly house owners. Very quiet area. Nice breakfast, Pizza Restaurants nearby.
