The new management of this hotel is really valid....staff were friendly and the location is great...we tried anke the Spa and we were happy!

I purchased a groupon for the restaurant, and after reading some of the reviews I had come to panic. Then we decided to try it and honestly it went well. The staff is friendly and the service commendable....you are working hard. The food in spite of what the age reported on the opinions was good. For sure nn is a restaurant of a 4 star hotel, but maybe it's better that way.

I'm pleased to be here to enjoy the sorroundings, seemed to forget all problems ,I love this place. .!

Bagni di Pisa is truly a place that stays with you. We came as a couple and left feeling completely recharged. The atmosphere is peaceful and elegant, but what makes it special is the people — genuinely kind, attentive, and sincere. It’s one of those rare places that feels both luxurious and personal at the same time.

We stayed at this hotel last winter and really enjoyed the different pools and spas. It is true it is not the most modern hotel sure, but it has its charm I would say. It is like staying at an old palace😊 choice at breakfast was OK, nothing crazy. It needs some work I would say

I was not a hotel guest but I booked the day spa for the day. The staff are very helpful and friendly. However, as mentioned in other reviews, there needs to be more investment. No issues, staff was awesome, friendly, courteous, food was awesome, plenty to select from. And what can I say about the variety of wine selection, Chianti was great, excellent body, color, hreat aroma.

We had brunch, lunch and dinner at the Osteria dell’Ussero with 70 guests. Everything was fantastic, the food, the environment and the vibe. Antonio made the difference: he was on top of everything and more.

About the restaurant: I could not eat there because they were full booked. However, they were very kind in suggest another very good place to eat. The restaurant looks like amazing, plenty space for parking, airy rooms. I will return for sure to try.

We were guests to a wedding. Overall, this was really amazing. Big and clean swimming pool, amazing view over the city, nice and welcoming staff. You could really enjoy the best of italy and nature.

The place is beautiful with an astonishing view during night. I was with a group of 15 people for a graduation dinner. The food was typical from Tuscany (starters and first courses). The waiters are kind and professional. They did not complain even we stayed after 1.30 am.

Fillipo was fantastic. He was very helpful and his reccommendations were top notch.

I really love this place. It's very homey and in a beautiful setting not too far from Pisa. Bikes are provided for free so it's easy to get into town and is a lovely ride. Little hidden gem, that is definitely worth visiting. Easily missed when passing by we found very nice interior where the owners put lots of passion in. You directly feel welcome and home at your friends.

Wonderful property with amazing staff and great location to visit Pisa, Lucca or Livorno. We enjoyed the Italien breakfast and the exquisitely furnished house which made us feel at home.

Quiet, very clean, large room, always clean and tidy. Delicious and abundant breakfast, especially the desserts made by Mrs. Marisa. Signora Marisa and her son Filippo, two wonderful people who made us feel at home, always available and with them it was pleasant to chat. This was such a wonderful B&B!! The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. The best part about our stay, however, was the host. He was the kindest man who was very accommodating and polite. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Pisa area!

I saw at the Booking, that I can check-in till 00:00. somewhere in the evening I got a message that reception will close at 21:00. later I got another mail, that they will give me room in another hotel next to it. we came at 20:50 and there were nobody. was also already dark. Everything about Antica Dimora was perfect. Breakfast was first class, and the room exceptionally comfortable. The hosts were so very kind, even taking us to the railway station when our taxi failed to arrive.
