Had a swanky room with a lovely sea view and a very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with lots of mini products. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Was really lacking a mini bar/fridge to cool beverages including milk, since there was none for the coffee/tea (if you provide amenities to make a hot drink, ALWAYS have milk or milk powder). Also, please don’t include the possibility to borrow a bike in the booking confirmation when the location for this (the 5 star hotel next door) is closed. I rented a bike 5 minutes from the hotel, but it still cost me an unexpected €15. Location is quite a walk from the station (2 km), so keep this in mind if you’re arriving by train.

First : beds is around 1.9 meter in a three stars hotel which is a joke for tall people seeing the price paid and that no information about it is given anywhere.
Secondly, this is bad services at the highest level.
Parked in their palazzo, no one says hello beside the one in the reception.
Thirdly, the reception of the three star hotel is like a bunker with a guy behind a 2 cm glass (you could harm him) lastly elevator not working not even asking for a hand to help a customer paying around 150 euros to carry luggages at top for a bed that he cannot enters in.
You deserve one stars or two maximum for the water bottle in the room. Never coming again here and thank you for the sleepless night (write on your website the size of your bed, I don't mind paying 50 or 100 euros more to get a nice bed just write it down).

Lovely place with nice sea view with check-in hours to be respected and they've tried to make us pay 15€ for dodgy parking on check-out when nothing have been said or written for an extra cost so I said that I wouldn't pay for it !

Excellent experience
It was my second stay in this lovely hotel. The situation is excellent, only a short walk to the center. Everything is clean, the bed is very comfortable. I will surely return.

In general, our stay was nice. The room was very clean, but very, very, very small. Finding the reception was complicated since we had to register at the Miramar (far from the suites) because there was no one at the reception at the San Remo luxury suites. The included breakfast was out of this world, and we really enjoyed it. I still recommend for a one night stop like we did.
