A great location yes. Walls in the room (at least my room) was thinner than wallpaper, you could hear the whispering in the next room and alley. Moreover, why charge extra for everything? Extra charge on the beach? No ironing self service? I have to use the very expensive laundry service? Way overpriced food too. Definitely do not recommend it for this price.

Beautiful hotel. I loved the sea water pool! During dinner some child-care is offered and one evening there even was a magician (royal follies program). Sometimes it is mentioned that they have a sauna but it is a sanarium at 60C. The pizza is tasty but very salty. A beautiful grand historic hotel set in a perfect location overlooking the Mediterranean. Service is excellent from the moment you arrive. Rooms are spacious and have breathtaking view. One of kind pool with caves should you want to explore. The pool is heated and there are many sun chairs.

An Italian palace… everything was perfect: spacious room, very well equipped (Nespresso, snacks, linen, spa bathrobes…), impeccable service, fabulous breakfast (salty, sweet) with a view of the sea and vegetation… We loved it…

Wonderful hotel situated just on the edge of the city center. Very easy to walk everywhere once you arrive. Staff was very friendly, especially the bellhop. Would recommend including breakfast with your reservation.

Very nice room, level 2, upgraded without asking, extremely good price, helpful friendly night receptionist. First rate. Due to the pandemic we did not want a hotel on or too near the main Autostrada. This was an excellent choice.

Everything was fine. Except a case that my car has been scratched on the hotel parking. The hotel manager Paolo has told me that he had handed over my data to the insurance company, but nobody called to me or somehow connected to me. I lost 300 EUR because of the repair. Okay....they were having some "movie stars" at the hotel that night so we felt a little second class. Room was nice, great view.

The place is overall good. The rooms can be a bit dated but offer reasonable comfort. Breakfast was a bit repetitive after day 2, but still ok. The coffee was great. Parking can be tight, but the location is excellent! The staff was friendly & helpful!

Not sure what to expect but was surprised to find the room clean. Fresh towels and immaculate toilet. My balcony gave me a brilliant view of the sea. Stunning view really. The staff here are courteous and always ready to help. I will surely come again soon.

Excellent hotel run by a lovely couple. Their pride in running the hotel runs through in all the staff who are friendly and helpful. A true family hotel, that we will visit often when in Sanremo again !!

A really nice hotel, with friendly service and a great restaurant! The staff were very attentive. The classical building was like stepping into Sanremo’s golden era. We will definitely be staying here next time we’re in town. Overall very highly recommend. Great quality to price ratio.

Old but decent place for a vacation

Unlike many reviews read, the hotel met my expectations: room of adequate size as well as the bathroom. Both premises appeared clean and sanitized. In the room we also found water bottles, welcome dj chocolates and a coffee machine at our disposal included in the price. The only negative note was the breakfast: The products were not fresh, the choice was not very varied and the quality was poor.

Beautiful hotel recently refurbished. Exquisite staff, rich and copious breakfast. Clean and very nice rooms. We will come back for sure. Also ideal for 4-legged friends who feel warmly welcomed !! Excellent position to reach bathing establishments .. only flaw: lack of car parking ....

The hotel is low priced, you'll get a basic but outdated room. Beds could be better, shower is pretty small. If you don't have high standards and want a cheap room. It's ok.

Great service from checking in to checking out. This small family run hotel has everything you can ask for, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, breakfast and a good price close to both the beach and train station. I would recommend this and stay there again!

Wonderful family run business. Beautiful 19th century villa with clean and air conditioned rooms. Amazingly well located near rail station and the beach. We had a small room, but the hospitality was over the top. Great breakfast with lovely cappuccino in the garden. We loved every moment of our stay. Downtown location, charming italian hotel, with a beautiful garden and a lovely staff. The patio was dreamy, with all the trees surrounding it , and the roses , perfect place to have a morning coffee. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Room in the center, modern and clean. Nearby there is a convenient parking, which in such places is not to be underestimated. Although the room overlooks a square, it is well soundproofed. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Only the location and the price per night is worth the excellent score. Michele the manager very kind and helpful. Clean room every morning in a good way. I might modernize the bathroom with a shower stall a little bigger and do something about the strength of the water. I would definitely go back again.

The interior is nice and stylish. The location is great; an easy walk to town and the harbor. But it is on the main street and thus, the rooms facing the street are noisy. The breakfast is very good. Our beds were not so great. Service is very friendly. You can bring dogs; charged at 10 euros a day. During high season it is hard to find public parking. The hotel has a garage; charged at 20 Euro...

Stayed here for one night on business. Excellent service from the reception and breakfast staff, very welcoming and ready to help. Large range of food available and drinks on table-service. A really beautiful and lovely place. It‘s made with a lot of love, very clean and a pleasure to stay here. Breakfast is fantastic, one of the topics are the choice of diffrent juices. I love it. But: I had a room to the street, not to recommend, cause the noise is to loud. And the bed was to soft. But I‘ll come back again (in a room to the other side)

Good clean rooms with air-conditioning. Good location for going out at night very luxurious atmosphere and video surveillance system for their private parking garage. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice and everything is fresh and of good quality.

We had a wonderful stay at Miramare. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff very attentive and friendly. Got a free upgrade to a room with the sea view. The pool is a must. Despite being fully booked the hotel was very quiet and gave a feeling of privacy and total relax. We will definitely come back next summer! Thank you so much to the hotel team 😊

The hotel itself is very luxurious and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful and very welcoming. However the breakfast organization is disastrous. Due to the pandemic, the staff hands you out everything at the breakfast, though you don’t even see what they offer exactly because you stand too far away to see what they have. Superb location on the sea, with great facilities including outdoors sittings and pool. Very good service from the staff, friendly and helpful, reception, bar and restaurant. View from the room was amazing but the room itself has nothing special, from the colour to the poor decoration. The bathroom was disappointing for a 5 stars hotel: small shower, and needed to wait 5 minutes to get hot water.

The hotel Miramare in Sanremo is very elegant and modern hotel. Wonderful view and garden with swimming pool. Not far away from the main attractions. I suggest you this hotel for a Holiday or just a long week-end

Great location and great rooms. Easy walk to the beach and shopping area, lots of restaurants and bars around. If you arrive by car make sure to book the valet parking as there is no/limited parking space in the area

Just a wonderful place to stay. Staff are great, rooms and breakfast excellent and the location is amazing. High floor would be a good idea, since the pedestrian area right in front can get a bit noisy. I highly recommend the restaurant Quintessenza as well.

Visited this hotel in early season , rooms and food were good. Location good too. I found the area disappointing, an upper class Blackpool with unlimited sunshine is my assessment.

Kind of ok. The sea view side is very loud, the casino side probably has much more quiet rooms. This hotel needs renovation, but it's clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Need major renovations but the staff is very friendly and the location is optimal. Sanremo doesn’t have nice beaches but the city center is nice to visit.

Fantastic location. Hotel is faded glamour and is tired. Room nice, view fabulous, air con brilliant, shower 🚿 no water pressure. Breakfast OK. Pool is really lovely. Staff nice. They need to sort the sunbed issue. 10 euros per day is not a solution to not enough sunbeds. Beach is 3 min walk and is very commercialised in San remo. We'd stay again tho.

Great friendly personnel. Close to beach. But rooms smell bad, lots of noice every morning and you have to pay 10€ per sun chair at the pool even though you stay at the hotel…

What must have been a grand Hotel in times gone by, it is now very tired and in need of renovation. A short walk to the beach, it is well situated but not a place I would rush back to.

Stayed for 4 nights in March. Generally pretty good but the woman on reception was generally unhelpful. The other receptionist Massimo was great !

Older hotel but good service and modernized rooms. Breakfast Was good. It was okay for one night.

Great location. Reasonable prices. Got to San Remo at late evening, found this hotel. Illuminated pool with the guy playing ballads on the piano next to it. Made my day. Ordered a bottle of wine and enjoyed every moment. Recomnended!

Rooms overall were pretty good, just pretty dated, could use a bit of a renovation. Balcony (6th floor) was really great, big and awesome view. Breakfast was ok, coffee pretty good and staff was really friendly. Parking was also nice, pretty protected behind the hotel and most of the day in the shade.

I've been to Bobby hotel for several days, first of all the staff are great! very helpful and were willing to help with any needed issue, and spoke also Hebrew! Rooms are clean and well maintained, breakfast is great with nice selection of tasty local food and drinks. We had a great time. In the panorama of a Ligurian hotel hospitality that tends to be reluctant to renewal, we found this hotel with modernized rooms in good modern style. Clean, comfortable. The tiny flaws are completely buffered by the extraordinary kindness we found in the staff
