Cozy hotel located in the heart of the city, in a very quiet place. Pleasant, elegantly furnished. Ideal for economical holiday in San Remo.
Location: 150 m from the centre of Sanremo, 300 metres from the sea. Nearby the Orthodox Church. Airport of Genoa, 140 km from nice and 60 km.
Consists of one 5-storey building.
The hotel has 50 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 300 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free.
Pets: on request, for a fee.
Meals: Breakfast – buffet, lunch and dinner with choice of main course menu (with three options), in July and August a buffet of vegetables. Drinks at lunch and dinner extra.

Excellent choice in San Remo.
The hotel is perfectly located, on a calm area but not far from the center and the beach.
Breakfast is good with a lot of options and rooms are clean and cozy.

I am so pleased we found this hotel! Just a short walk from the town centre and seafront, this hotel had lovely comfortable beds (with blissful air conditioning if you've spent the day wandering through Ventimiglia Market in 31 degree sunshine). The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast options were fantastic. We really loved the sizeable balcony in our room and the pool was the perfect spot for a post-lunch pennichella!

We needed a place last minute and found this was open, what a great decision!
Cleaned throughout, great food and the staff was super friendly and attentive at all times.
Wasn't even in my plans, but ended up spending a few hours by the pool!

We stopped for one night as part of a larger drive. I was looking for good accommodation that didn't cost the earth and that was in a good location to explore. Hotel Principe is absolute value for money. Friendly staff, great breakfast and easy short walk into town and they offer free parking. Yes the rooms are a bit dated (as some other reviews moan about) but the price reflects that. I highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Limited parking. Put down bread crumbs if you leave the hotel walking. We got lost on our walk back to the hotel after dinner. Thought we were going to have to get a taxi. lol
